Desired Reality - Blog Posts

heyy so ive been asking around about this but i feel like the hardest thing for me to manifest is a certain face / appearance changes โ€” not because itโ€™s hard to manifest in itself but i can never decide on a df or desired features.. howโ€™d you choose yours, if you donโ€™t mind me asking ?

* I'm really hapy to answer this, because I could never choose a DF too! I saw Taylor Hill for the first time few months ago, and I just FELT - like in my heart - that i want to look just like her. Every time i wanted to change my DF, it was just for a small period of time (like when I watched Leon The Professional and wanted to look like Natalie Portman for one evening, but didnt do anything to actually look like her). My eyes, nose and face shape is naturally similiar to Taylor's, and I always felt insecure about these features of mine.

* When I saw Taylors face card absolutely EATING UPP these features i became more confident about my eyes, nose and face shape. I always wanted to have eyes like for example Adriana Lima or Megam Fox even though they're literally the opposite of mine, and after i tried manifesting their face I just looked weird, so when I saw Taylor I just FELT it. I was sure, even though for some time I didnt want to look like her cuz I wanted to (for example) have Brooke Shields eyes, but then I just went with what my heart wants๐Ÿฉท She really 'fits' my face and i look way much better now!

* If you still struggle with choosing your DF, then make an image where every single DF (past and present) of yours is in it and choose whoever looks more like you and just FEELS right ! Good luck angel ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿชฝ

* PS. If you choose the DF that feels right and then suddenly want to change it, just stop trying to manifest looking like anyone for a while so you give yourself time if you actually want to look like that person you suddenly felt the need to do so, or if you wanna look like someone you choose before ๐ŸŒบ

brother DR: I don't have a brother in CR. so here's something:

my brother is a cinephile, 1 or 2 years younger than I, calls me "Aapi" and takes advice from me for literally all things cinema

he and I have an online rivalry (ironically) in our alt accounts on Facebook.

he tells me about his dating life, and I jokingly judge him for it. but I advise well.

he's popular in his friend group, and he is very respectful of me.

I yell at him a lot cuz...siblings

we have two sisters, who are my sisters in CR (I will always include my CR family in every family DR, because they're the apples of my life and I can't and do not want to shift without them).

my s/o and my brother have a great relationship, he calls my s/o "Bhai".

he has a batcave type room, the whole family makes fun of it.

he's more pretty looking than handsome, which makes it a family bet of who's prettier among the sibling. my sisters and I win. he loses.

my youngest sister and he fight the most.

his favorite sister is our other sister. they have the sweetest relationship.

okay I have two shifting stories for you guys.

in 2018, I would daydream about s/o DR a lot. one specific person. I was in love with him in CR, was not sure about him. in the DR daydream he said something to me that I longed to hear. I made that shift in 2021's beginning!

I had a lot of insecurity about not making people laugh. I worked very hard to be funny, but it wasn't enough. I began daydreaming about the DR about making more people laugh, specific people who I admired. I shifted to this DR in a year or less.

https://www.reddit.com/r/shiftingrealities/comments/n2jjdb/how_to_reprogram_your_subconscious_for_reality/

Whatโ€™s included:

Reprogramming the subconscious:

The subconsciousness is the part of your mind that works below your consciousness. It works behind the scenes, absorbing or rejecting information based on an existing perception you have of the world around you.

The subconsciousness was programmed this way from when you were an infant to the age of 7, which was when your brain was in a theta state (hypnosis state) learning by observing everything your parents did. After the age of 7, the way you learn changes to repetition and habituation, doing something repeatedly until you're good at it.

So you've been trying to shift, but whatever you do something or the other comes up or you keep sabotaging yourself at every point? Doubts, negative thoughts, demotivation... More likely youโ€™ve got some old programmed messages that conflict with the new conditions you want to create.

See, shifting isn't something taught to you and it contradicts a lot with what we knew to be true, but you can teach your subconsciousness that shifting is something that you can do as easily as washing the dishes or riding a bike.

You can do this by reprogramming your subconsciousness.

4 Day Approach to Reprogram Your Subconsciousness:

Mornings:

1: Wake up, and do the exercises to relax yourself and rid yourself of negative thoughts to set the tone for the day. (Check the end of this document.)

2: As you go on throughout the day, say that everything you do is actually helping you shift. For example, you're going to brush your teeth? Think to yourself, brushing my teeth is going to bring me a step closer to shifting. You're going to be productive and study for your exams? Think to yourself, doing this is actually bringing me closer to shifting.

3: Create a google doc. In the first page, write down a list of your beliefs. In the second page, write down a list of what you don't believe in. Place shifting in your list of beliefs. Read the list of beliefs out loud. Use this technique to get rid of any limiting beliefs you have about reality shifting.

4: Since the subconscious mindset can be rewritten by repetition you should write over and over again the intention as if it was already a reality, ex. "I am capable of shifting on command", this should be done on a daily basis until repetition becomes a habit.

5: Personality creates personal reality, meaning that if we can adapt ourselves to a desired outcome before it arrives our subconscious thinks of it as something that is currently happening, making it actually happen.

Nights:

1: Meditate while affirming that you believe in shifting and that shifting is real.

2: Fall asleep while listening to hypnosis videos on reprogramming the mind. (optional)

3: Layer affirmations with theta waves. (optional)

Relaxation Technique:

1: Sit in a comfortable position where you have leg room.

2: Lift up your right leg and stretch it, holding the muscles tight. Keep it that way for about 20 seconds, then relax.

3: Do the same thing next for your right leg, then your left hand and right hand. (Basically you lift up your arm, keep your hand in a tight fist, hold it for 20 seconds then release and relax)

4: Tighten your abdominal muscles for 20 seconds, relax.

5: Tighten your chest muscles, relax.

6: Same thing, but with back and neck muscles.

7: Lastly, scrunch up your face tightly but not to the point where it hurts. Then relax.

8: Do some deep breathing for a minute or two.

9: Now, tighten all the muscles of your body, legs, hands, shoulders, face, abdomen, chest. Keep it tight for a few seconds. Then close your eyes, and relax them.

10: This is the time to let go of all the tension and pressure. All the muscles are going in a deep state of relaxation. Clear your mind of all thoughts. Let your mind be completely free in a deep calm state of relaxation.

Negative Thought Removal:

1: Identify thoughts of repetitive negative nature. Bring those thoughts back to your mind. For example: "I will not be able to shift", "I'm a horrible person", "I'm good for nothing".

2: When the thought comes, clap your hands and say: "stop". And immediately go back to the state of relaxation you were in before in the relaxation exercise.

3: You'll notice the more you repeat this exercise, let the negative thoughts in, clap and then go to a state of relaxation, the more time it takes for the negative thoughts to appear again. Soon enough they won't appear at all.

Hi! Can you explain waiting rooms please? Like how to script them, what they do, etc

Hello friend!! I sure can โ˜บ๏ธ (long post incoming)

What is a Waiting Room?

A waiting room (or WR) is a (non-mandatory) place that you can script to shift to and itโ€™s a sort of in between for your CR and DR. You usually shift to your WR to kind of collect your thoughts and get ready to fully enter your DR. A lot of times your WR is a simple and rather empty room that just has you in it. (It can include whatever you want Iโ€™m just giving an idea)ย  And a lot of people have a door in their waiting room that they can open and step into their DRย โ€œportalโ€

Why do people use Waiting Rooms?ย

As mentioned above, WR are a space to calm down andย โ€œprocessโ€ your shifting before continuing into your DR. It helps people not feel so startled by just opening their eyes and being DIRECTLY in the action of their DR. Also, for some people, visualizing a single room is a lot easier than your whole DR world.

How do you script a Waiting Room?

I mention this a lot (but I know newer shifters donโ€™t always know this) but scripting is NOT necessary to shift. It is a helpful tool to organize your thoughts, just like methods are, but you do not 100% need one in order to shift. If you do still want to write a script for your WR, it can be whatever you want! It could be simple bullet points with description of the room, it could be a single paragraph, it could be a drawing, ANYTHING!ย  Whatever helps you visualize or however you like to set up your script is what you should do!

Thanks for the ask and I hope this helps!! If you have any other questions, send them my way!!!ย

This post will be an introduction to scripting - you can also use scripting for manifesting but this post will mainly talk about scripting from a reality shifting point of view. I will start off with some general calcifications for the people who are new to reality shifting itself.

โ€œSimply put, reality shifting is the movement of your consciousness from one reality to another (...). Think of yourself not as one physical body but as one conscious being that expands over all realities. When you shift, you tune into that consciousness in another reality.โ€ - @astra-nomy

DR (desired reality) - The reality you want to shift to. You can have as many DRs as you want.

DR self (desired reality self) - This refers to yourself in your desired reality.

CR (current reality) or OR (original reality) - Itโ€™s the reality youโ€™re shifting from to your DRs and back. Basically, the reality you're living in right now.

WR (waiting room) - This is a reality you can make up and use as something like a lobby where you can go to before shifting to your DRs. You donโ€™t need a waiting room but many use it to spend some time there when they want to 'escape' their CR for a bit but also donโ€™t want to go to their DRs.

In the following paragraphs I will explain what scripting is and how to do it. I will also try to give you some ideas for scripting and answer some common questions.

If you want to shift realities you can write a script to define what you would like to experience in your DR - how you should look like, how you want things to play out or how you want the reality to look like etc. Whatever you script will happen in your DR.

No, not really. Scripting is completely optional and you donโ€™t need a script to shift. As shifting mainly operates on the bases of your subconsciousness, you donโ€™t need to script everything because your subconsciousness already knows what you want - because it's you. It's just that scripting helps most of us with visualizing certain things, organizing our thoughts and committing to our idea of what exactly we want to experience. Reading your script before attempting to shift can also make the process of shifting easier for you.

Actually, you donโ€™t need to keep anything in mind while scripting. There are no rules on how to do it and there are many different ways to script. Just find a way of scripting that you enjoy.

The format doesnโ€™t matter. You can find yourself a cute notebook and use it for scripting or you can make a digital script.

You donโ€™t need to care about your way of phrasing things. You donโ€™t need to write from a specific perspective. You can write it as if you're creating a character or you can write it from your point of view. Also, you donโ€™t need to write full sentences. You can just write โ€˜brown hairโ€™ instead of โ€˜I have brown hairโ€™ or you can just use an emoji that shows someone with brown hair - it really doesn't matter how you do it as long as YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU MEAN.

It is not always about writing, you can also use pictures to express what you mean. For example you can make a moodboard or create a file on your phone with pictures representing what you want. Or you can even make a presentation or a short video.

You donโ€™t need to script every detail! The length of your script doesnโ€™t matter! You could just write โ€˜I have brown hair.โ€™ as the only thing to script and anything else in your DR would still include all the other things you want. I often see people who get anxious when they try to shift because they feel like they havenโ€™t scripted enough - that is totally unreasonable! As I said before, your subconsciousness already knows what you want and making a script is not even necessary to begin with. So please be careful with getting obsessed with making your script โ€˜perfectโ€™. If you canโ€™t decide on something just leave it open instead of being unhappy with what you scripted- your subconsciousness will fill in all the gaps. Just make it enjoyable for yourself!

You can include anything you want! But I will give you some ideas on what to include but just know that they are not necessary.

Here you can write down just normal shifting affirmations. You can also script how you shift like with a certain method or with a certain action like tapping your wrist free times and saying the name of your DR whatever.

สแดแดœส€ แด…

You can define how your DR looks like, what the living circumstances are, you can make up new stuff in your DR (especially if you're shifting to a series/movie). You can script that racism or homophobia and stuff like that doesn't exist there or just that everyone is being treated right. If your DR is based on a movie/series you can script that certain events donโ€™t happen and you can make up new events/situationships. You can script certain scenarios you want to happen. Also, some people write down their first shifting moment - when and where they shift to and how they want it to play out. I also saw some people writing down stuff like โ€˜No one finds my behavior weird the first time a shiftโ€™ etc.

A safe word in shifting is a word or action or phrase you can say when you quickly want to go back to your CR or WR! It works instantly and it can be anything you want - many use something weird that you wouldnโ€™t say normally in your daily life but something you can easily remember (something like โ€˜Hakuna matataโ€™ or โ€˜Back to the ghettoโ€™ lmao). If you want, you can also script that your safe words will only work when you want it to and/or you can script that you always remember your safe words.

Here you define how much time passes in one reality (CR/DR) when youโ€™re in another reality. For example, you could just script that โ€˜1 Week in your DR equals 30 minutes in your CRโ€™ or that โ€˜1 year in your DR equals 1 hour in your CRโ€™. Also, you can script that no time passes in your CR when you're in one of your DRs. And the same goes the other way around (how much time passes in your DRs when youโ€™re in your CR). There are some rumors going around that a huge time difference would strain your body once you come back to your CR but that doesnโ€™t necessarily have to be the case. You could script that everytime you shift back to your CR youโ€™re well rested and healthy - or something like that.

สแดแดœส€ แด…ส€ ๊œฑแด‡สŸ๊œฐ:

You can list personal details (name, age, birth date etc.). You can describe how you look like, what your personality is like, what kind of powers or skills you have, what kind of background you have, your life circumstances, your housing, your family etc.

Really useful is also to script a certain immunity. I know that many people want to shift to certain realities that are a bit dangerous and where you have to fight and stuff so you could script something like โ€˜I am immune to being attacked/hurt. I am always safe and protected. I am immortal. I am immune poison or dr*gs.โ€™ etc. I would also advise you maybe to script that you are immune to bringing trauma from your DRs to your CR and back or that your mental health stays unaffected. Also, you could think about what you would like to happen in the case of you dying in one of your DRs. I, for example, have scripted that I always wake up in my waiting room once I die in one of my DRs. Itโ€™s pretty much up to you what safety affirmation you use and it I guess it also depends on where you're shifting to.

You can make up new characters in your DR or include people from your CR (like your best friend). You can script their appearance, personality, abilities, your connections with etc. The same goes for characters that are already in your DR, you can change them completely or you can script how you are connected to them, what kind of relationship you have with them or how you get to meet them etc.

It could also be interesting for you to think about how you deal with your memories. I saw someone writing down that they forget their CR memories for a certain period of time to really experience life in their DR and then get their memories back at a certain time (for example after they went through the main plot). You can also script that when youโ€™re in your DR that your CR is a distant memory but youโ€™re aware that you need to return to your CR. Regarding your life in your CR: You could script that the memories of your DRs are stored in a library in your Waiting Room or you can script that your DR memories are just like fainted memories (like that of dreams) in your CR - so that it doesnโ€™t affect you too much in your daily CR life. If you have romantic/close relationships with people in your DR, I would recommend to script that you donโ€™t feel these feelings as intense or not at all when you're in your CR (so that you donโ€™t struggle with missing them or get โ€˜homesickโ€™ in your CR). Another tip from me is that if you have a waiting room, try to shift to your WR first. There you can process the experiences of your DR and try to rest for some time and mentally prepare yourself for your CR life before shifting back to your CR - because many often struggle in their daily CR life after shifting back especially if they stayed in their DR for a long period of time - and you can avoid that if you give yourself enough time in (for example) a waiting room.

แดแด›สœแด‡ส€:

As there is no limit to what you can script you can also include magical items (magical watch/bag etc) for your DR or stuff like โ€˜I donโ€™t get my period in my DR.โ€™ to make your life more easier there.

Again, itโ€™s your choice on how to do it. Here Iโ€™ll just list some ideas for inspiration.

notion (itโ€™s pretty famous in the shifting community and you can create your own templates and so on)

google docs

paper notebook

canva

pinterest (for pictures and for creating pinboards)

tumblr (I like creating moodboards like this or this )

picrew (for creating characters or scripting appearances)

artbreeder (also for creating faces and for defining your looks)

powerpoint (for making a presentations)

and many more :)

๐’๐ข๐๐ž ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ž

You donโ€™t need to feel bad for what you script. Itโ€™s your choice. You can decide what you want to experience. Just keep in mind that you will really LIVE in that reality you scripted. So, donโ€™t underestimate this and stay safe! <3

I hope this post is helpful to you guys. If you have more questions regarding scripting, I will add it to this post! - Just send me your questions. :)

Shifting is not real. You are lucid dreaming. It is not the same thing.

Yeah of course, you are right. One day a thousands of people decided that we should start lying about shifting. Iโ€™m schizophrenic and all my shifting experience was only happening in my head. All this time Iโ€™ve been lying, Iโ€™m crazy and mentally unstable and someone should lock me up in a psychiatric ward

SHIFTERS AND PEOPLE WHO ASTRAL PROJECT, I NEED YOUR HELP!

so basically today I explained what shifting and astral projection is to my Best Friend, she believed all of it and decided to try to astral project today. After few hours she called me and told me she tried to do it for few minutes. She felt like she felt asleep. Few minutes after she โ€œwoke up?โ€ she noticed that she had a bracelet on that she has never own or even seen. I really donโ€™t have an idea how that bracelet appeared on her hand and neither does she so maybe someone know how and why did that happen?
