Thought: Grimmer's grief over the loss of his son either consciously or unconsciously showing through in subtle ways, like maybe he'll see a baby doing something cute and say something like "Aren't they wonderful when they're that age?", or he'll see something his son used to like or play with and say "My son used to like those"
