Scene of Lui and his fury bud having convo over serious issues. Toothy needs a proper profile from me as well as the other fury Scar, although I didn't want to really post about the nightfuries in my character world as they're just little side events that appear here and there. Idk. whatever.

It literally took me one month to get this done. But mainly because I got interrupted with commissions and some other private things. Well, nice to see this finished up finally... Pretty happy with how this turned out!

I was in a sort of drawing funk for a while despite my daily doodles saying otherwise. This funny face helped get me out of it.

Practicing drawing guys! It's the face shape that gets me. Unless they're really young (children basically) they don't have soft faces, but if I make them too sharp, it just looks out of place in my style.

Some girls from my sketchbook that I liked!

I inked them with a red ballpoint. The first 2 are the same girl in different styles. Her name is Antoinette. Of course, she has a whole story. She's one of those Ocs you create for those times when you're bored and the only way to entertain yourself is with your thoughts

The other girl was drawn from the typical Pinterest ref, so her anatomy is a bit better.

Base colours!

She's an orange-themed character. In my story, she will most likely be in her school uniform most of the time. Currently, that outfit is purple.

I've been working on relearning all the drawing skills I lost and one of the most difficult things for me has been dynamic poses.

This is my OC Ciera and I thought I would try out this pose with her as she's the easiest to draw.

It's not perfect, but it's loads better than my other attempts! I'm going to ink and color her in!

Here's the final line art! I may adjust some things before I start colouring (like that hairline) This is the first successful digital piece that I've made using a screenless tablet and I'm really excited to complete it!

If this goes well, I can start illustrating my other characters!

I’ve been reading a lot of Hero x Villian writing prompts and my brain demanded I do this. (Click for better quality)

Saw a post about battling dysfunction by pretending to be an alien, and I suddenly remembered how I broke myself of the “there’s something watching me” anxiety in middle school.

I pretended that there WAS something watching me, but instead of wanting to like eat me or something, they were my own little guardian creature that just wanted me safe. I pretended they were a giant invisible lizard creature who just hung on the wall and liked seeing what I was working on, no matter how embarrassed I was about it. Art that looks weird because I messed up the arm? They were glad I was finally finishing it. Fanfic that’ll be buried until the day I die? Well at least I’m improving my writing skills.

So... yeah. It worked!
