Your gateway to endless inspiration
Warnings: Revenge of the Sith Spoilers, distressing content, manipulation, possessive Anakin, and mentions of death. Proceed with Caution.
Upon turning around, you were met with a sight for a more prepared personnel. Standing in front of you so very proudly, is the infamous and ruthless Sith Lord Count Dooku, his curved, red lightsaber activated and pointed directly at you, at this sight you know you must play it calmly. Even despite every instinct and fiber in your body telling you to run, call for help or... that's when you realize the radio device in your hand, is probably the only chance of survival.
Especially when your master's voice can be heard ringing through it calling, "Y\N? Y\N, come in! Are you in trouble?" But you were forced to ignore those calls and fight against the almost overwhelming urges to make a break for it, because you were a Jedi, no longer a padawan in this instance. "Well, hi, Count." You greet with the calmest tone you can manage. With a chuckle, Count Dooku retracts his lightsaber, keeping it at his side. "The young, but controversial padawan herself... look at you, almost a Jedi." He muses, his slicked back grey-silver hair illuminated greatly in the ample light. "How did you know where to find me?" You inquire, gazing back at him as if his presence was not a major disturbance in the Force.
"I was not looking for you, I assure you. Merely on a trade for the Droid Army, you see, I am their leader. They depend on me." He tells you. "Why would you need to go to Kamino?" You slowly begin to interrogate him, thinking you can use this to your advantage when you return back to the Jedi Temple. "The same reason you must be here, despite the becoming a Jedi part." You nod and to your great surprise and horror, whichever, he moves closer, instinctively, your hand flies to your lightsaber tucked away in your robes. "The army..." You whisper in realization. "You know something, Y\N? You would not make for a bad Sith. With your intelligence and strategic mind, you can make the galaxy yours." You stare up at the Count, his words catching you off balance. "Excuse me? No. I am a Jedi." Count Dooku lets out a low chuckle, standing not too close to you but not exactly too far from you either.
"I can use the Force too. I can sense in you something the other Jedi can only guess. You don't know what you've become, a simple Jedi padawan with such a level of feelings for a fellow padawan whom is at war with himself as we speak or nothing short of a mess." Count Dooku's words tear through your heart as a child would their Christmas presents, your eyes widen as you find yourself unable to speak in turn to his shockingly true words. You find yourself conflicted. "Come with me. We shall meet someone you know will turn you for good." Gazing up at him and his outstretched hand, a storm of uncertain and certainly not Jedi faithful thoughts cloud your mind. Should you stay or go? What would become of you? What are you doing? In a fleeting moment, you make a decision, taking his hand, you surrender to your inner desires, your fears. With a smile of nothing short of cockiness and malice, Count Dooku leads you away from the world you've known all your life.
"Anakin, what are you doing?!" Calls an angry Obi-Wan and Council. "You haven't even looked into it? What would you call yourselves if not cowards?!" Anakin angirly snaps. "Listen to us, Anakin! For just a moment longer!" Anakin turns around, marching back to the center of the Jedi Council's room, gazing around at the members as if they committed the most heinous of crimes. "Y\N will be found. She only lost connection with us at the moment, that is no sign that she is in danger." Windu tries to reason with the hard-headed boy. "She will be found." He says, sounding more like he is trying to convince himself than anyone else, as if he cannot believe she lost connection at all. Ki-Adi voices his concerns following this outburst by Skywalker. "I do believe she might be facing something, Master Windu. I think it best if someone checks on her, to confirm she is safe." Yoda nods in agreement, turning to Windu. "A point, Master Ki-Adi has. Finding Y\N should be highest on our priorities." Windu nods and so do a collective few other members, at this, Anakin is instantly overjoyed. "I shall!" He happily volunteers and without missing a beat, the masters deny him.
"Because Master Ki-Adi mentioned it, I believe he should be the one." Says one member. "I agree, it should only take a few days at most." Agrees Obi-Wan. "Agree, I do." Replies Yoda. "It's decided then, Master Ki-Adi will be in charge of locating and confirming Y\N's safety." The members nod. And just like that, the meeting is dissolved. Anakin, once more finding himself in a fit of absolute rage, goes to cool off in this only way, building things, as he goes outside to work on his ship. He finds himself pondering if you would even contact him upon realizing you are in danger, if you were to die, would you want your last moments to be with him? He sighs as he begins disassembling small parts of his ship, that he cannot use because of his punishments and the very unlikeliness to be given a mission. If he could, he would fly to you, check on you, hold you, maybe reassure you if you needed it, apologize for his outburst at you hours before you left, maybe kiss you... God, the amount of times he has fantasized about kissing you, the thought does manage to creep in at night and make him unable to sleep. But he does, oh so very much dream of you.
The next day, when Ki-Adi gets geared up to locate you, Anakin watches, both feeling defeated but annoyed, annoyed he has just stand by and let you get potentially rescued by some other guy... but he ultimately has to swallow the bitter pill. Ki-Adi lands on the stormy planet of Kamino hours later. He goes inside to investigate Lama Su's appearances of you and notices your ship still there. He communicates this to the Jedi Council and proceeds. When Lama Su tells him that he indeed has seen you before and spoken to you, Ki-Adi immediately mentions this to the Council, saving Anakin another unneeded heart attack. However, at Lama's words that the last time he had seen you was when you asked to study the Clone Army once more, and that was it. Actually, he did mention hearing a few strange noises as if two people were having an intense conversation but Lama was not able to confirm that it was actually yours further provoking the Jedi's thoughts, hidden or not, that you had been somehow harmed.
Ki-Adi searched your ship, but saw nothing, except that you had left your supplies, such as food and water, proving to the Jedi that you were taken. Returning back to the Order, the Jedi all contemplated what to do furtherly as a group, Anakin being one of them. Your sudden disappearance startling Anakin but awakening something much sinister inside him. Without thinking of anything else, Anakin makes an excuse to speak to Chancellor Palpatine about this. "What is it, Anakin?" Palpatine asks with a sudden smile. "It's about someone close to me, a fellow padawan and a friend. They've gone missing." Anakin begins pacing around the grand office of the Supreme Chancellor, trying to sort out his scattered thoughts. "What about this 'someone'? Under what circumstances have they disappeared under?" Anakin hesitates a moment. "That's what we don't know. I mean, she's gone. This person, to me, is something beyond the comprehension of a simple padawan or a close friend...." He takes another long moment, thinking of how to word what you are to him.
"I love her." He ends firmly, his eyes, lit with a fire of rage, possessiveness and relief, relief at finally letting his pent-up feelings and the truth about you out to someone, including himself. Palpatine nods solemnly, sympathizing with Anakin's confession. "What do you plan to do about her vanishing?" That's what Anakin was dreading to be asked, as he had no idea what he would do. "I don't know. But it's not going to be good." At this, Palpatine suppresses a silent but malevolent grin. "Remember the anguish and anger you felt when you found your mother? The burning urge for revenge? Is that what you are feeling now?" Palpatine's voice takes a turn for the worse, sounding more sinister than ever, replacing his usual normal, caring tone. "Yes. It's not fair. How a Jedi Master, who does not care for Y\N gets to rescue her and learn about her being taken while I have to suffer with the expectation to be calm about it. It's insulting." Anakin blurts out angrily, his eyebrows arching in an angry expression. "Yes... and you came to me. Do you know what I recommend?" Anakin turns his back on the Chancellor, standing still but listening, quite intently.
"I recommend, Anakin, that you release your anger, in any possible way you see fit. You are aware of the Dark Side. You have hate, anger, save Y\N and all this time you have been locking it up. Let it out, Anakin. Let. It. Out." With This, Anakin storms out of the Chancellor's office, his intentions nothing short of ill-willed, he storms to the Jedi Council, his hand directly on his lightsaber as he storms into the Jedi Temple, the Council members, whom are still in session with their meeting about you, stare at him as if he was crazy. Activating his lightsaber he unseathed from his hip.
Meanwhile, you are seated in a luxurious but no doubt dark liar. Count Dooku approaches you and takes your hand, leading you inside another room, where countless Droids are all piloting a ship, a Neimoidian, no doubt the captain of the ship spouting commands left and right, to a room with a hologram of a figure, draped in black with a hood covering their eyes awaiting. "Lord Sidious, here she is." The figure, with it's arms seemingly stuck to it's chest, turns to you menacingly. "Jedi padawan Y\N L\N. It seems the offer and temptation struck a specific desire in you. I know you are separated from your precious Jedi on the mission to Kamino, where you were t recruit the awaiting manufactured Clone Army to return with the hope of being promoted to Jedi Mistress, as you wanted so badly." You nod, facing the hologram with both fearing but curious eyes. "Yes, t-that's right." You confirm and the hologram laughs, a sort of suffocated laugh, evil in nature.
"Your worshipped Anakin.... well, he's broken because of you. And here you are, standing in front of me, practically begging to be turned to the Dark Side." You nod once more. "That's right. But, Anakin, in what way is he broken?" With a twisted smile, Sidious explains. "Well, he's already turned to the Dark Side, in short. And it is all your fault. Your willingness to turn has well.... a reversed sort of effect on your beloved." Your eyes widen at this news. Anakin, turning? "Please, let me speak to him. Take me back." You try to demand. "If you prove yourself worthy, of course. Your master, Mace Windu has been opposed as a threat to the Sith. You must terminate him, show no mercy." You take a moment to decide and with a nod, you confirm you will do this. "I shall."

Note: Sidious is down to the point ngl and not necessarily in character but it is my little version of Revenge of the Sith basically with a younger Ani and with you so I don't really care tbh but yeah. Part Twelve is going to come with a ridiculous amount of warnings.
Today was the day! The day in which you were to regain your much needed freedom and the Jedi Orders trust. You were up at dawn, going over your sparring skills, of course the nerves had gotten to you again, and it made you jittery.
However, you were determined to regain your previous rank as a dedicated Jedi padawan and the trustworthy, hard-working and eager padawan of Mace Windu. As you get dressed and pack the needed supplies for your trip, you go down to meet with the rest of the Jedi, immediately going to the Temple, knowing there was bound to be a meeting for your mission. Right you were, when you entered there was Ki-Adi, Plo Koon, Kit Fisto, Yoda, Obi-Wan and Windu.
"Y\n. There you are. Are you ready to discuss your mission?" You nod, trying to supress your eagerness and enthusiasm. "First things first, you are on this mission because we saw immense improvement in your behavior and attitude. You are now more attuned to the Force than ever. Also, because you are to take the trials to become a Jedi Mistress." Windu tells you, his eyes stoic but a hint of pride in them, hidden. "I do believe you are ready." Obi-Wan smiles at you. "I've seen you grow. I am sure you will be an excellent Jedi Mistress, Y\n."
You smile back, the compliments and approvings of the Masters boosting your confidence. "You are to go to Kamino in a few hours, depending if you have your supplies or not." You nod, locking your hands together. With a curt nod from the Council, you are dismissed. On the way back to your quarters, you are met with a perplexed Anakin. At the sight of him you jump, but at the sound of his voice it's as if you are grounded. "You're leaving?" He asks, his tone bitter as he fiddles with the makeup and perfume sets of yours.
"Yes. Anakin, I have to." You try to explain to him in the best way possible, but he isn't having it. "Do you know not understand what you are to me? What you leaving means to me?" He snapped at you. You gazed at him in disbelief and shock. "So what? I can't have what I want? What I deserve?" You shoot back at him, both of your tones loud and venomous. "Y\N, you and I know better! You're only doing this to leave me!" Anakin snarls at you, his eye twitching in pure anger. "Why would I want to leave someone I can't be with in the first place?!" At this, Anakin stares at you in annoyance, not understanding your words, or at least not in the rage he's in. Without a second glance, he storms out of your room, striding away.
With a grumble of bubbling rage, you slam your door shut, sitting down forcefully on your vanity chair, trying to regulate your intense anger. "He doesn't understand.." You sigh to yourself, gazing at your reflection. "I need this. I need a break." And with that self-assurance, you pack the needed supplies for your mission, including your Jedi robes. You walk out to your spaceship, issued by Chancellor Palpatine, because of the importance of your mission. "Y\n. A moment, please?" Calls your master, who is standing beside your ship, sauntering over toward him you reply, "Yes, Master?"
"I'd like for you to keep this," He hands you a small device, with a built in microphone, like a miniature walkie-talkie. "It's a radio." You take it, examining it's silvery-gray complex and the barely noticeable microphone hidden in the very front of the device. "Stay in contact." He commands you firmly, and with a nod, you board the ship. Blasting yourself into the skyline of Coruscant quickly, using your map, you calculate the fastest and most efficient ways to get to Kamino as quick as possible. Once you do, you set course for it, passing by other planets and stars as you begin your journey.
Watching you leave, Windu goes back into the Temple. But the one person who seemed too arrogant and stubborn to watch you go was Anakin. Staying cooped up in his room, disassembling his lightsaber and then reassembling it with skillful hands, trying to calm himself in the only way he knows. Of course, your words are of no significance to him, he finds himself drifting to the days where you both were on Tatooine, where nothing else seemed to matter, only two months ago, you both were on the sandy and hot surface of the desert-like planet, strengthening your once nonexistent bond to a steely friendship. Oh, how he missed those days.. the sight of you with him every day, helping him through the worst pain known to him, smiling at him, reassuring him, showing him compassion he wasn't sure he could ever find from anyone or anywhere else, he felt himself falling more and more into the depths of forbidden attachment and love, all despite his seemingly firey and distanced outer shell. Only you could do this to him. Only you.
Within hours, you landed on the contant storming planet of Kamino, the large body of water below you thrashing violently and rain whipping at whatever it could. As you land, you study what you can from the planet, so very unique from your normally sunny life on Coruscant, so threatening. Approaching the sliding glass door, with your obvious Jedi attire, the beaded padawan braid occasionally smacking you in your cheek from the harsh winds, the custom cloak of yours, acting much like a sanctuary for the droplets more so then to keep your body and clothes dry, flailing uncontrollably against the threatening winds. A woman can be seen also approaching the door, from the inside, her skin was a pale lavender, wearing a white type of dress and with probably the longest neck you've ever seen, activates the automatic door, inviting you in. "Hello. We've been expecting you." She tells you in what couldn't be farther from a 'warm' tone, gesturing for you to enter, once you do, the doors close.
"Hello." You greet her back, dumbfounded at what you are seeing but nonetheless going with it. "The Prime Minister has been waiting to speak to you." She leads you to a seperate, glowing white room, inside, is a large male with the same features as the woman but a black and grey dress, standing to shake your hand. "Hello. Lama Su." He introduces himself, extending his ridiculously large arm and hand toward your smaller one. "Y\N." You say in reply, shaking his hand modestly. He gestures to a seat as he sits down as well. "We have been informed you are here on a mission from the Jedi Order as a Padawan?" You nod. "Yes, of Mace Windu." Lama nods, clasping his hands together above his lap. "You are here to collect the clone army, correct?" He asks. "Yes, I am." You confirm. "Let us show you." He stands up, the woman taking a step toward the two of you, gesturing for you to go first. Following Lama, he tells you about the building, how he came to become in charge of it and what it is for, you glance around in awe as you take in the grand and unmissable walls, flooring and even railing of the building.
Leading you up a flight of stairs, you find yourself awestruck at the sight of thousands of people being made, yes, manufactured. "Here they are. Our own personal army." He announces proudly, glancing at the sight as if he were a father onlooking his son. "A-and these clones, this army, they are cloned from whom?" You question, unable to take your eyes off the sight. "He's here." Lama leads you to a bedroom, which is maked "Jango Fett". Knocking on it, an older man answers, he is about mid age, a slight bit of brown hair, but dark skin, painted with scars and scratches. "Yes?" He calls out gruffly. "Hello, Jango. This is the Jedi who will be taking your army." Jango glances at you, and you swear you see some type of malice in them as he nods to Lama. "That is all, Jango." Lama speaks, turning away to lead you back to the main room.
At the last step, Lama and the woman gesture for you to enter first and you do, taking your seat as they follow. "That is all we have to answer. But if your master and the Jedi demand more, please let them understand it will take a considerable amount of time." You nod to the Prime Minister. "I shall. But, before I go, may I.... take another look at the army? They're very fascinating." Lama nods, gesturing an arm toward the door, getting up, you realize neither Lama nor the woman are following you, so walking out to the same spot, alone, pulling out the radio device.
"Hello?" You call into it, and almost instantly get a response. "Yes, Y\N?" Answers the voice of your master. "I have made contact. The clone army is ready, they have thousands. They wish to let you know they have the resources to make more, but the time will be considerable." You report into the microphone. "I understand. Have you found anything suspicious?" With that, you feel an unsettling feeling, letting go of the button you need to communicate, you jerk your head and body to turn so you can look back. But as soon as you do, you wish you didn't. "Ah, Y\N."

Note: Prolonged, yeah, I know. But here it is. Just an FYI, these events are all linked to the events of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of The Clones. Spoilers are advised, but more so for the earlier parts, but for the upcoming parts as well.
"A-Anakin? What are you doing here?!" You stare at him, your eyes watching him hoist himself into your room through your window. "Listen to me, Y\N. Listen carefully," He strides over to you, taking your hand into his, the contact makes your heart race. "I-I have been missing you. Ever since we had to be seperate. You have no idea, Y\N, just how much being away from you and watching you from afar has hurt me. You put me in agony." As he confesses all this to you, you cannot help but slowly feel yourself cave into his words. He seemed so overjoyed to just see and touch you.
"Oh, Ani..." You breath out, holding a breath you had no idea you were holding in the first place. Anakin's hand goes to your cheek, his hand, calloused and rough from ten years of harsh Jedi training, meeting your soft and pretty skin, caressing it in the sweetest gesture. "I've missed you so much. But what if someone finds us? What are we to do then?" Anakin smiles down at you, his ocean blue eyes scanning over your face as if drinking in every detail of you in this forbidden moment.
"Don't worry, Y\N. I promise you, I will protect you, always. Just be here with me." He places a sweet kiss to your forehead as he gazes into yours eyes, and as you always tried to will yourself not to do, you lost yourself into that intense but passionate gaze of his. "Anakin.." You muttered as that aquamarine blue eye color of his hypnotized you. "Y\N.." He uttered back to you, his hands travelling down to rest on your waist, he leaned in closer to your face, his warm breath hitting your face cooly and leaving behind the smell of cinnamon mint which makes your mouth water ever so slightly.
His lips brush deliciously against yours which makes you yearn for the taste of them upon yours, but instead he pulls you closer and buries his face in your neck, breathing out slowly. Instead of complaining, you wrap your arms around his neck and embracing him in turn. It felt like a lifetime since you guys have been this close or talked for this long, the feeling of him so close to you made your mind melt of all your doubts and morals.
However, every moment had to end, and it did unfortunately. Outside, you both could hear the sounds of footsteps getting closer and closer, and in a panic, you push Anakin away, your eyes urging him to leave quickly. With a roll of his eyes but a fleeting sense of fight or flight, he runs out of the window, using the force to close your windows doors behind him. As the footsteps eventually arrived at your door, you throw yourself under the covers of your cold bed.
With a knock on the door, you pretend to reply with a sleepy voice. "Y\N?" Called the voice of your master. "What?" You reply with an icy tone. "Can I come in? It's urgent." With a soft sigh. "Yes, Master." Windu opens the door, his eyes sweeping the room, no doubt for signs of Skywalker. Once determining the coast is clear, he enters the room and goes to sit on the edge of your spacious Queen sized bed. "Listen, the Council has been considering something very seriously." He says to you, his voice sounding the normal strict tone. You tilt your head curiously at him, interested in his next words. "We have decided that it seems necessary to send you on a specific mission, seeing as you are immensely close to taking the trials."
Instantly, you sit up, your eyes focused on his. "Oh? Okay! What kind of mission? When? Where?" You ask eagerly. Windu lets out a small chuckle. "Kamino." He answers simply. "Your mission will begin tomorrow so I wished to inform you." You nod at him, the feeling of finally being allowed to leave Coruscant and go on a well-deserved mission made your heart flutter. Windu got up, giving you a curt nod before leaving the room, the sounds of his graceful, tapping footsteps on the marble flooring departing. You lay back down, closing your eyes gently now knowing you had a big day ahead of you.

P.S: Yeah, you guessed it, I totally didn't want to write Part Nine! But here it is anyway, and it came out pretty good I think. Anyways, enjoy.
Nothing so far had been easy for you, training to take the trials, dealing with the many eyes that starred you down whenever you entered a room, the stress what becoming too much. You had to work to earn back the trust you apparently so viciously ripped away from the entire Jedi Order.
And what did that mean? Stop socializing with Anakin. As Windu put it, Anakin is "In need of his Jedi trainings", whatever that meant. So as difficult as the challenge lay ahead, you had to continue being loyal and trustworthy to the Order, Republic and yourself, to become a successful Jedi. Easier said than done. But, Anakin? He was, in simple terms devastated by not being able to speak or see you anymore. On the rare occasions he did, there was always someone there to stop him from acting out and charging at you to pull you into a well-deserved hug.
That said, you could imagine the look on Anakin's face as he realized you were in this meeting with him. He could sneak glances and possibly even think about you in a way that did not seem too painful. "Anakin, this meeting is to discuss how we will be reacting to the movement in which the Separatists have made, as well as Senator Amidala's move to assist us." Obi-Wan informs his eager padawan, Anakin nods at his words, knowing he will be gazing at you the entire time as if you were hypnotic. "I understand, Master." Anakin reassures his Master emptily. Obi-Wan nods and leads the pair inside. In the Temple, there are multiple standard Council chairs and a table in the center of the room, on which is displaying the map of the Galactic Republic.
"Ah, Master Kenobi and young Skywalker. If you'd take a seat." Advises Ki-Adi-Mundi. Nodding, Obi-Wan and Anakin take seats directly beside one another. A moment later, you and your Master, Windu arrive, Yoda glances at you before glaring at Anakin, as if warning the two of you to be on your best behavior. As everyone is seated, Plo Koon wastes no time starting the meeting. "What shall we make of this move by the newly formed Separatist Droid Army?" "Well, our best course of action is to endorse and welcome Senator Amidala's attempts at help, correct?" Chimes in Kit Fisto. "No. We are Jedi, the keepers of peace in the galaxy, we should be able to round up armies that have fought with us before and stand our ground as the protectors of the galaxy." Replies Ki-Adi-Mundi firmly.
As this is said, the rest of the Council decide to interject to share their own opinions, of course this is a lengthy process in itself that requires heavy listening. You, sitting up and actively listening to what is being said and taking it into consideration in your own head decide to speak up. "Isn't it possible that we can use the clones Master Kenobi came across on Kamino?" All of the Masters paused and began murmuring amongst their neighbors what they think. Sitting back in your chair, you wait for them to arrive at a clear conclusion, and scanning the room for agreeance, your eyes meet Anakin's. He was gazing at you the entire time. Anakin's blue eyes, as ocean like as ever act as a mirror in which you could always see what he thought of you while looking at yourself, most oftenly you find yourself slipping into the vast sea of the crystal blue eyes that are Anakin's. He flashes you a toothy and gleeful smile, and as quick as the moment was in reality, was how quick you looked away.
You loathed the fact you couldn't speak, look or be alone with him, but you loathed how you were throwing away those many years of discipline for a simple fellow padawan. Sure you guys are friends, close ones at that, but what has been constantly drilled into your head since you started as a padawan at age eight? Never form attachments. And here you are, going off to different planets with this boy, this padawan, what does that say about you? That either you were forgetting everything at the blink of an eye because of someone who showed you attention or that you weren't listening to anything that has been taught to you.
Seeing you dart your gaze away from him, it hurt Anakin but also made him feel like an idiot. Ever since just a few weeks ago when you both came back from your adventures in Tatooine, Anakin has thought of you constantly, day and night. The feeling of slowly and surely but oh so madly attaching to you, it made him feel exhilarated because now he had something worth fighting for, something without a price tag. To him, you were worth more than any gemstone or precious metal, you had never ending beauty and never ending value to him. Never has he ever felt so good in his life. But being away from you, it felt like constant torture and agony, as if someone were endlessly stabbing or burning him. A feeling he never wanted to feel.
The meeting ended in your favor, as the Council had agreed to use the clone army on Kamino as their own against the Separatists. Walking out with your master, you caught a glimpse of Obi-Wan and Anakin talking, from the looks of it, Obi-Wan was speaking in a serious manner, probably scolding Anakin because of his (obvious) staring at you the entire meeting.
That same night, you found yourself restless but, tired because of the sheer amount of the ridiculous amounts of training in which you had to undergo, but restless because Anakin kept invading your mind as if he owned it. With a heavy groan, you flip onto your side in your bed, eyes darting around the room in an attempt to make them droopy and even more exhausted and you find yourself focusing on the figure of Anakin in your window, half illuminated in the twilight and dark. "Y\N..."

(Lmk if you wanna be taken off or added to my taglist!)
Note: This was supposed to come out yesterday, but I was too busy with my studies, sorry. Part nine out sometime tomorrow.
Procrastinate as you both may, eventually you both had to face what the Council had in mind as a punishment for your guys' sudden actions. When you both boarded the ship in order to go back to Coruscant, Anakin stayed as close to you as possible. "I'm going to take responsibility," He advises you. "You don't have to pay for what I did." You scoff, your eyes burning into his. "Who said I didn't want to take some blame?" He glares at you almost immediately, but his eyes inform you that you might've went too far. "What? Why would you want to do that?"
"What do you mean, 'why'? Because I agreed to go with you. That makes me responsible for myself, so why would I just hide behind you and make myself look like a victim when I'm not?" Anakin's gaze darts away, as he processes what you say. As you gaze out the windows, at all the near and far systems and planets, Anakin finds himself deep into a sea of thought. The thoughts of losing you, losing the special relationship between you because of his need to have gone and found his mother. Was it worth it? Was it? The ship landed at Coruscant not too long after his train of thoughts, and you both had to face repercussions.
Stepping off the ship, and beginning the anticipating walk into the Jedi Temple, Anakin had to make sure the two of you weren't presumed to have run off to escape the Jedi Order. Entering the Temple, and meeting the heavy and stress-inducing gaze of the many Jedi Masters. "Young Y\N and young Skywalker..." Began your master, Mace Windu, his eyes resembling steel as they rested upon the two of you. Yoda's eyes, however, went to your guys' clothing. "Gone to another planet, you have. Where?"
Anakin steps forward. "To Tatooine, Master." Yoda nods and leans back. From the corner of your eye, you can visibly see Obi-Wan's eyes scanning the rest of the Jedi Master's body language and facial expressions. "And why?" You remain silent, under the words of Anakin and the Council. "Because I was having nightmares of my mother, Master. I suspected she was in danger." Your eyes immediately go to study what the Council, specifically Obi-Wan, Yoda and Windu thought of Anakin's words. "So you decided to bring Y\N with you? To potentially endanger her because you suspected your mother was in danger?" Questioned Windu. Anakin nodded. "Wait, wait, Master, he simply asked me if I would like to come and I didn't deny him!"
Windu's, Yoda's and the entire Council's eyes, followed by Anakin's eyes snapped to you. "Why?" Obi-Wan demanded quickly, his eyes focused intently upon you. "Because it's what a friend would do. A friend would offer comfort to someone when they need it. That's what I did." Yoda smiled a bit and then met your gaze. "That, dear padawan, is admirable." Windu nodded slightly. "Of course. But, Y\N, you need to understand that it is not of a Jedi to just up and leave. Especially you." With a heavy and audible sigh, you fought to keep from bursting out again, unfortunately, your will was broken quickly. "But aren't the Jedi supposed to comfort and protect? To give up what they have in order to be what someone needs? Aren't we selfless? And compassionate?" You argue fiercely, and while it was a seemingly steady argument, it fell to deaf ears.
"The punishment in which you both will be receiving respectably will be the inability to see each other, and to see anyone else for an undecided time. For you, Y\N, you will be resuming training to take the trials but shall not be allowed on missions until told so." Windu explained to you, his eyes both serious but understandably embittered. You sigh softly but nod at his words, knowing you had to face the consequences at some point.
"Well, Anakin. The punishment for you and your actions is to go back to the basics of the Force and what it means to be a Jedi, followed by a setback in your taking the trials." Sighed Obi-Wan as he faced his padawan. Anakin's body language, as he stood with his arms by his sides and his eyes darting patiently from each Jedi Master and whomever is speaking, but his head was noticeably hung, as if he was embarrassed. "Very well then. The meeting is adjourned." Announced Yoda as he stood up from his seat, followed by the rest of the Masters. With a heavy heart and swallowing a most bitter pill, you sweep back to your room, dressing back into your standard given Jedi robes and replacing your lightsaber on your hip. Glaring at the mirror, you were faced with the reality of your problems. Now, you couldn't see Anakin for however long and you were blocked from going on missions.
Meanwhile, Anakin was faced with his punishment while he was gazing at the door to your room. He purposely took the route to your bedroom to see you a last time, but upon the obvious closed door, he decided to just make his way to his quarters. Of course he should've considered the danger he put you in, but it never seemed like he was openly placing you in danger, rather placing you in his care, and him in yours. Was it wrong of him to take you with him? Yes, to the Council but it seemed to have so much more depth than a simple yes.
It felt like he needed the care and the comfort of you in such a way it made him feel like he was obligated to have you accompany him. But was that wrong? What was he feeling when he was around you? Simple friendship or was it something more? No, that couldn't happen. You both were Jedi trainees, with a close bond, but it was not like he felt attached to you. Or maybe he did? What else could explain how he kept coming back to you since the night you both met? He needed to know.

Not too long after the death of Shmi, Anakin began to ever so slowly become himself again, but only after you constantly found yourself to be around him. It was like he needed you, and that shone through in every action and every word he spoke.
"Y\N..." He breathed out softly. "Yes, Ani?" You replied with a breeze of intimacy. "I think Obi-Wan's looking for me." You chuckle. The situation in which you both were in was so much easier because you both were in it. But even now, with Anakin and you curled up under the stars and crisp air of night on Tatooine, intertwining your presences in an almost surreal way, everything seemed to be just the two of you.
Despite the feeling, it wasn't just the two of you. Anakin cared no less, because he was with you, the one who cared for him beyond anything else, the one whom stayed by his side in moments like this. He truly was grateful for you. "I think both of our masters are after us." You sigh softly, gazing up at the quiet night. "What are we to say? I mean, we did leave on short notice." Anakin glances at you, taking in everything so natural about you, studying you. "Well, I believe the truth should be at least mentioned, right?" You meet his gaze. "Sure, but what about you? You'll be in a lot of trouble for coming with me."
You let out a low scoff. "So what? It's what a friend would do, don't you think? Support and comfort their friend in need, regardless of anything else. Because you are my friend, Anakin, that's why." A point you cannot stress enough. Anakin smiles at you fondly, but then his gaze adverts to nothing as if he was in thought. "You know, you never understand how good a person is until they are faced with demons or an obstacle." Anakin looks at you once more, his eyes held a silent storm, but to you? They were Anakin, symbolizing what he went through and what he deals with.
"I am glad we are together," You glance at him once more, into those crystal-like blue eyes that you always had to stop yourself from falling into. "But, we've got to go back." He nodded, standing up and then extending his arm towards you, as you take it, you see him smile. Pulling you up, he wrapped his arm around your shoulder, pulling you close. "I'm sorry I yelled at you." You apologize softly, your head resting on his shoulder. He shakes his head vigorously. "Don't be. You were only looking out for me." You nod slowly. "But, if-" You were cut short by Anakin stopping, stepping in front of you and placing both of his hands firmly on either of your shoulders.
"Listen to me! Y\N, look at me!" Your eyes meet his reluctantly. "You were warning me, looking out for me, like a friend should. I should've listened to you! You did nothing wrong, it's not your fault!" You bite your lip, looking away, eyes nervously darting around the plentiful sand. "I- you're right." You let out a sigh and feel Anakin's grip relax. "Good. Now, let's go. We're going back to Coruscant tomorrow." He said, his voice sounding firm and non-arguable. "Okay." You follow behind him as you both go back into the small hut of his house.

Warnings: Alluding\Mentions of torture, one-timed cursing, death, intense sadness.
As Anakin speeds away, his eyes determined and at the same type confident, confident he will find his mother. No other thought in his mind, he maneuvers the speeder to make sure he can go in every direction of potential civilization.
The first three times, he was informed of nothing, but with his Jedi instincts and his overconfidence, Anakin was sure he would eventually find someone with sufficient information to find the Sandpeople. At sunset, Anakin got his wish, the hardwork and endless hours of asking and demanding answers, he finally got his questions answered.
Parking his speeder behind a couple of sand mounds, Anakin hopped out and perched himself on the highest mound he could find, looking at the unaware and oblivious people below him; working to keep the fire going and heading into their respective homes. Anakin swiftly skulked into the compact village, his hand on his lightsaber at his hip just for added measure, he looked into the modest-sized windows, checking a majority of them without getting caught, and without sight of his mother.
Until he reached the very last house; no different in appearance to the rest of the bundle, but nevertheless, lightened by the warm glow of the raging but slowly dying fire. Anakin's eyes darted around to check the scenery; empty. But he caught glimpse of someone, although the moved the slightest of inches, he saw them, and to his great surprise, it was his poor mother. Anakin ignited his lightsaber and used it to create a hole in the side of the house and step in.
Hurrying over, Anakin's hands went to check his mother for vital signs: her pulse was detectable, but faintly. Shmi, strapped to a board, wearing nothing but rags, bound and gagged, her fearful eyes swept to Anakin's, fear meeting anger, the two feelings colliding and creating fierce anger. Anakin's fingers worked at her gag, tossing it to the side as Shmi stared at him. When Anakin cut the ropes that bounded his mother to the wall. Shmi fell back, having no apparent balance or strength to fight the fatigue plaguing her mind, Anakin swiftly caught her, sinking to his knees with his mother cradled closely in his embrace.
From the ropes around her wrists and ankles for God knows how long, it resulted in horrible, bloody abrasions that rubbed deep into Shmi's skin. "Mom.." Anakin whispered, his voice cracking. Shmi's hand, weak and battered, caressed softly over Anakin's cheek, before cupping it. "Ani..." She whispered back, the voice Anakin once knew had grown hoarse and so deep into the depths of abuse that it sounded so unlike the warm, loving and tender voice of his mother.
"Mom, why.... why did they do this to you? Why?" Anakin felt the tears pricking in his eyes, but he did not resist, the sight of someone you know only ever loved, in your arms, withered thin and reduced to nothing, the sight makes you lose all sense of self and collapse into a mess of a person. "Ani, I-I....I...I.." Shmi's voice grew more and more faint, her hand still resting on her son's cheek, but her sense of strength wearing more and more frail and feeble. "I l-love you." She spoke as soft as the breeze of summer, her words stabbing through Anakin's heart like ice. He watched in remorse, pain and despair as the life in his mother's eyes faded, and along with that, her body went stiff.
Waiting for Anakin was normally so difficult, but this time, it seemed impossible. Your mind stormed with questions, your stomach burned with anticipation, but the feelings in you ached for the sight of him, to appease your eyes, but you had been waiting all night for him, after he left. Throughout the steadily decrease in temperature and the many warning of Cliegg's that there are predators out at night, scavenging for food, you remained seated on the sand. Some might say it was stubbornness and some might say it was a pathetic attempt to show how much you were remorseful for the argument the two of you shared which ultimately lead to his one-man departure.
However, time decelerated for you at the familiar and welcoming sight of Anakin's speeder, as you stand up and gaze at it, waiting and hoping to see Anakin hop out with his mother, you see Anakin step out, and then move to the passenger side and carry a motionless, wrapped in cloth body.
The look he gave you when he passed you and when Cliegg and Aika stepped outside, was one of pure guilt and anguish so deep, it made tears flood into your eyes. Anakin laid Shmi down, and went inside, grabbed a shovel, came back out and began digging. Cliegg's eyes were wide, but more than surprise or shock, it reflected a look of absolute crest-fallenness. You cautiously approach Anakin, but then stop yourself, as he had so quickly dug the grave and tenderly placed Shmi's body into the resting place, as a mother would carry a child to their crib.
As soon as he had covered the grave with sand, he took a moment to just stand there, to process the pain he felt and then he swept passed you, his eyes a noticeable hollow. "Anakin?" You breath out as you find him in his old bedroom, rebuilding a few random parts with intense but underlying blankness in his eyes. "She's gone." He croaked, the tone of his voice as soft as the wind but as raging as the sea. "She's gone and I couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't... get here sooner, and if I did? She would be here with me and I wouldn't have to feel like this. Feel so useless. Hollow, empty. It fucking hurts, Y\N." You strided over to him, wrapping your arms securely around his waist while leaning your head into his back. "I know, Anakin. I'm so sorry." He sniffles. "I should've been there! I should've.... I should've.." He broke down, sinking to his knees again with you behind him, you crawled to his face and pulled him into a firm, tight embrace.
The sounds of his loud sobs and wailing rung throughout the house, aiding Cliegg in his quiet remorse, but working against Aika's and your separate attempts at solicicing the two men. Anakin's arms stay motionless at his sides, but his he buries his head into your shoulder, muffling his desolate and dismal cries ever so slightly.

The moment the both of you landed on Tatooine, you were hit by the air-thinning heat and seemingly endless sand. Well, at least now you know why Anakin hates sand. As you both hop out, Anakin leads you into the tiny hut of his house.
Following him, you can see a droid, one that was very obviously unfinished; loose wires, no plates and a very bad paint job, as the droid was a charcoal black. "Oh! Hello there! I'm C-3PO human-cyborg relations." The droid speaks in a sort of Victorian way. Anakin smiles at the droid. "Nice to see you, again." It takes the droid a moment to realize. "Master Ani! It has been so long!" 3PO cries out happily. "Who is this?" The droid inquires, turning slightly to you. "A friend of mine. A close one." You turn to 3PO, smiling warmly. "I'm Y\N. A padawan."
"A padawan? Hello!" Anakin walks into the doorframe, holding your hand to lead you through. "What is it now?" A voice grumbled frustratingly, only to see a man in a wheelchair, no more than fifty, wheeling his chair to the entryway, where you and Anakin stand. "What are- Anakin?" The man questions. "Lars, is that your name?" Anakin says, huffing slightly. "Uh yes. Are you Anakin Skywalker?" The man queried once more. "Yes." Anakin answered simply. "Oh. I've heard of you." He wheels his chair back more and more into the kitchen, looking over his shoulder before gazing back at you both.
"I've come here for my mother, where is she?" Just as Anakin had asked the burning question he had spent nights wondering of, a woman walked in, a woman with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. "Cliegg, I-" She stopped short and the sight of you and Anakin, two Jedi trainee's. "Anakin, this is my wife, Aika. Aika, this is Shmi's son, Anakin." Aika nodded slightly, walking closer to her husband. "Hello." She greets softly. Anakin nods and then studies Cliegg once more.
"Where is my mom? And why are you talking about her like that?" Anakin demands, his tone rising slowly. You place a hand on his shoulder, attempting to calm him down. "You'd better sit down." Warns Cliegg, motioning to the couple of chairs in front of him. Sitting down directly next to each other, Anakin's eyes, now a piercing blue, stared down Cliegg, sort of like a prey. "When Watto sold your mother, I bought her. We fell in love and got married, and one night, once I was sleeping, Shmi was stolen, taken. I looked and looked and looked, and couldn't find anything, and with my leg and the fact these people could be anywhere, Anakin, I-" Cliegg was interrupted by Anakin's now booming voice. "By who?!"
Aika flinched and gripped Cliegg's shoulder, her eyes darting from Anakin to yours, her blue eyes frightened and startled. Cliegg takes a moment to answer. "The sandpeople." Anakin grits his teeth. You look at Cliegg for a second, "How long has it been since Shmi was taken?" Cliegg takes a sharp breath. "Months." Anakin let's out a low scoff and then heads outside, you take a moment before following him.
Catching up to him, you grasp his hand in yours, and he lets out a low sigh, visibly relaxing. "I don't understand... what would they want with her?" Anakin questions softly, taking you into an embrace. "I don't know." You say in response just as gently. "I have to find her." He announces to you, the determination in his voice evident. "What? Anakin, don't." He breaks away from the hug. "Why not? I don't have the right to find my own mother? To know what happened to her?" His voice cracks slightly, hiding his rage.
"Of course you do! But, what if she doesn't want you to know?" You argue, voice rising as well. "Why wouldn't she want me to?! She is MY mother! You don't even know her." He practically shouts at you, you close your mouth and lean back, completely silent. He sighs audibly and then turns away, running his hands through his hair. You, completely silent, just walks away, back inside. Anakin takes a moment to compose himself, but instead of apologizing, he makes an impulsive decision.
Checking to see if his lightsaber was still on his hip, he hops into his speeder and then zooms away. Hearing the noise, you run to see what it was, at the sight of Anakin zooming away, the feeling brings a strange sense of hurt. What was the point? Of coming here? If Anakin was just going to zoom off from you, as if you had a disease or something?

It was a reckless moment, deciding to follow Anakin most certainly into the unknown, but this man, he was your friend, and had no one else willing to accompany him on this journey. How could you ignore that?
It was like being blind, going into straight darkness, you had every right to refuse, but you didn't, leading you back to only one answer: Anakin. This journey was guaranteeing you a chance to get away from the normal, have some type of purpose other than training and undergoing immense stress, all to save Anakin's mother.
"Y\N! Are you paying attention?" Snapped your master, Mace Windu. You startle slightly from the awakening from your savory thoughts. "Yes, Master." You nod affirmatively, eyes going to meet his. "Are you ready to spar?" As much as your mind longed to go back to Anakin, you understood that you had to equally balance your Jedi life with the thoughts threatening to seduce you into another rabbit hole. "Of course, Master."
Of course, Anakin was in no better condition, but he managed to hide it better. Whenever his mind raged with thoughts of you, especially with being so vulnerable with you and coming back to his homeworld with you, he silenced them with the outweighing thought of saving his poor mother. Leading him down a place of familiar guilt and sorrow. Nonetheless, it worked.
At dusk, when the sun was growing more and more tired, Anakin grew more eager and anticipating. Everyone in the Jedi Order, excluding him and you, was asleep, his mind and body roared with sudden freedom. Anakin quietly and skillfully crawled out of bed and to his door, peering oh so slightly, but trying to properly assure himself that the coast was clear, he made his way to your bedroom.
You were awake, waiting. Observing every detail around you, which only be contributed to your mood and feelings, of restlessness and clear anxiousness. All of your instruments and supplies were ready; lightsaber, radio, water, food and a few pieces of clothing. Your clothing choice was as rogue as you could make it; black leggings, the regular pair of black Jedi boots, and a blue poncho, covering your white tank top. "Psst." You jerked around to investigate the noise, only to see Anakin, in his maroon and black normal Jedi attire, lightsaber hidden at his hip.
"Hey!" You whisper-shouted at him. "Hey." He replied with a smile, his arms wrapping around you as soon as you were within arms reach. "I missed you." Anakin whispers into your ear. "So did I." You embrace him as well, not knowing how much you needed it until you felt the warmth of his skin against you. "Are you alright?" Anakin questions, his blue gaze practically begging for an honest answer. "Yes, of course." You reassure him, gazing into his eyes with both honesty and determination.
And so, with his arm wrapped firmly around you, Anakin lead you outside, to his ready speeder. "You had a plan, didn't you?" You joke lightly, to which Anakin lets out a small chuckle and nods, shrugging sheepishly. "Better prepared than not, huh?" You nod in agreement and hop in. Anakin turns on the speeder and that's the beginning of your journey. You turn to him. "Anakin, are you alright?"
Anakin's eyes flicker to you then back on the desolate airway transportation way, little to no other forms of transport in the way, giving you both the advantage of relaxation. "Yeah." He nods. You look outside your window for a second, admiring the beauty of Coruscant once more in the night. The remaining streaks of vibrant orange and violet, reminding the night watchers of the sky that it is the time of quiet, fading into a deep blue, like a lullaby. "You know, my mother.... she would let me go out and do whatever I wanted. It was like she knew I would be back, every time... How did she know?" Anakin breaks the silence, and your thoughts. It takes you a moment to reply.
"Ani, I think she knew you would always find your way back." Anakin nods at your words, licking his lips as if they were dry. "After all these years, I can't get her out of my head. I made a promise, you know?" You reach out to lightly press your hand on his. "I know. We're going to find your mother, Anakin. You will get to see her once again, I promise." Anakin's hand firmly grasps yours. "Okay."

It had been a ridiculously long time since you have last seen Anakin. All due to the sudden wave of Jedi trainings, sparring, missions and improving yourself that washed over you like a bucket of ice cold water. Nevertheless, you had to prepare yourself to take the trials. During sessions with the Council, missions with your master and sparring with other Padawan's, you found your mind focused more than ever.
Naturally, with your strict schedule of seemingly endless work, you found no time to think of wandering the Jedi Temple halls. Tempting as they may be, you did commit to undergo Jedi training, and as a Padawan, you had to stay focused. You were determined to not let anything stand in your way, even if it did cost you the possibility of seeing Anakin again. Currently, your mind was busy with turning into bed with a heavy head and full stomach.
Changing gracefully into your nightgown, you couldn't stop your eyes from wandering to the door to your quarters. Just beyond those doors was the chance to clear your head, to get Anakin out of your head. Even then, your feet stayed planted firmly onto the smooth carpet, once done with your nightgown, you walked to your bed, slipping under the covers with a relieved sigh.
As you closed your eyes, you felt your entire body relax and your mind start to rest. No doubt the best part of your day, you let yourself go completely, surrendering to the mansions of rest. A few hours into your peaceful slumber, Anakin slipped into your room. Why? Because he longed to see you. Over the time you two had been away, his mind was restless with thoughts of speaking to you again, and once he haunted the halls of the Temple, while others were completely unaware, he was waiting for you. When you never once showed, he decided to take matters into his own hands.
And that is what led him to you now, his eyes went to your sleeping figure, taking in your amicable figure, how your chest heaved in a serene rhythm, it made him feel a need to protect you. He sat in a chair a few feet from your bed, studying how your sleeping figure was lightened by the beams of twilight that sneaked in through your window.
"I've missed you, Y\N." He breathed, as quiet as the wind. Anakin leaned forward, close to your face as he caressed your cheeks. A touch characterized by the amount of affection he felt for you now, which he did not completely understand at this moment. Touching you felt like a dream, even if it was just your cheeks, it made him feel whole. You stirred, turning ever so slightly, and Anakin retracted back into his chair. Had he awoken you? "Anakin?" You asked softly, and he could feel his heartbeat speed up a great deal.
"Yes?" He answered, his shining blue eyes quickly darting to your eyes. "What are you doing in here?" Your eyes flutter open slightly, feeling your sleepiness wear off ever so slightly at the sound of his voice. "I missed you, of course." Anakin grinned at you. Propping yourself on your elbows, you gazed at him. "Well, I missed you as well." His grin widened at your words. "So, how've you been?" He inquires, leaning back in his chair. "Stressed. How about you? How's your Jedi training going?" Anakin shrugs at you, his grin disappearing, replaced by a more annoyed expression. "Fine, I suppose. I've been having these... nightmares."
You tilt your head at him, curiosity piqued. "Try me." He sighs, standing up from his chair, his hands rubbing his face. "It's about my mom. Remember when I told you we were sold to a slave owner on Tatooine?" You nod. "Well, Qui-Gon rescued only me, so I had to leave her." The feeling in his words was real, as his fist clenched tightly. "What are your dreams of your mother about, specifically?"
Anakin glares at you, instantly you can see the fire in them; reckless, determined but also wounded and flightless. "She's dying, over and over and everytime I get there, it's too late." Tears begin to slowly, painfully prick at his eyes. "She's being hurt and I can't get there. I promised her I would come back.." Anakin's voice raises slightly. "What is the point of this? Torturing her? What has it all come to?" He scowls, his gaze focused intently on the floor. "Anakin, go see your mother." His head snaps toward you, his radiant blue eyes darkened by a uncertainty. "What?" You nod reassuringly, slipping out of your bed and placing a reassuring hand to his shoulder. "Yes, you should."
It takes him a few moments to respond before his eyes trail down to yours, and he slowly wraps his arms around you. "Will you.... will you come with me, Y\N?" He asks, no- pleads, into your ear, his voice soft but shaky and urgent. "Yes." You answer simply, returning his hug with your own, embracing him as you both held onto his each other for what felt like seconds, but was actually minutes. Once Anakin pulled away, he gazed intently into your eyes, trying to scope out any sense of a lie, an empty promise. The moment he could properly reassure himself you were being truthful, he pulled you into another hug.

A\N: I'm going on Thanksgiving break in a few days, and I have to study to get my grades up before the end of the semester, so I have no real idea when part three will come out, but if it doesn't come out during my break or over this weekend, it will come out the week after my break (Two weeks, at most.)
Anakin was wandering the halls of the Jedi Temple, looking for nothing in particular. His eyes scanned the marble and granite flooring, walls and ceiling. The mere patterns of the natural rocks brought a feeling of serenity to his soul.
Anakin was so caught up in admiring the natural beauty of the decorative suit of the Temple, that he did not notice you in front of him, also grazing the hallways at this late hour. "Oh, hello." You greet him softly, nearly running into him. His head snaps to you, his padawan braid jerking violently as his head turns to you. "What are you doing up?" He asks, his voice apprehensive. He didn't recognize you. "I'm a Padawan," You tell him, attempting to reassure his apprehensiveness. "Of who?" Anakin demands, his eyebrows knitted together.
"Mace Windu." You say simply, gazing at the young teenage boy with an air of interest and immense curiosity. At your words, he relaxes. "I'm Anakin Skywalker, padawan to Obi-Wan Kenobi." He smiles at you. "Oh? I'm Y\N." He nods, listening attentively to your words. "So, what are you doing out this late?" Anakin tilts his head, curiosity entering his tone. "I couldn't sleep." You gaze at him, trying to gauge him. He nods once more. "You?" He smiles. "I find myself coming back to these hallways to think." He begins walking down the halls again, beckoning you to follow. "About what?" You question, walking alongside him. He shrugs. "Anything. It's easy to get lost in my thoughts." You nod understandingly. "Do you come down here often?" He inquires, wanting to start a conversation as he walks.
"Yeah, whenever I can't sleep or need to think." You sigh. Anakin stops and turns to you, showing you the view of Coruscant through the windows. The sight takes your breath away, barely any speeders in the sky, the millions of stars in the sky, the few lights of people's houses. "Wow. You never really appreciate something until you see it up close." Anakin stands next to you. "I'm actually from Tatooine." He analyzes you. "Oh, really?" You glare at him, curiosity pushing you to ask more, but also wanting to examine the city. "Yeah. I and my mom worked for a Toydarian. We were sold to him. But then Obi-Wan's master, Qui-Gon came, and he freed me."
You process this information as Anakin focuses on the lights and midnight beauty of Coruscant. "What's it like being Master Windu's apprentice?" He queried. "I like to imagine it's normal. I mean, he's frank and always speaks his mind. Believing there is room for improvement at every turn." Anakin smiles. "Obi-Wan is overly critical, I don't think he realizes I'm actually ahead of him in many ways." You gazed at him, a slight smile on your face. "I think all masters are like that at times." A fond smile spreads across your lips. "It always frustrating when they focus more on your flaws rather than your perfections." Anakin gazes at you, his eyes understanding and clearly knowing what you mean through experience.
"It's upsetting." He chuckles. You nod, snickering. "It sure is. But, how would we learn otherwise?" Anakin sighs. "Yeah. I guess it is going to be how I teach my padawan, and it makes sense, but it's frustrating." Looking down, Anakin fiddles with his fingers, seemingly sucked into thought. "Well, I'm going to turn in. Nice meeting you, Anakin." You smile at him before walking back to your quarters. Anakin watches you go, feeling a sense of friendship between you both now. And with that, he's content. A new friend.
On your way into your room and settling yourself in to sleep, you grin at the notion of knowing you got to meet someone today. Someone both unusual and quirky, but unique from the boringness of just being a padawan. Satisfied with that, you close your eyes.

A\N: Part two will be posted sometime tomorrow. Also, this is going to go into a series of the Star Wars characters meeting you for the first time!
