NOTHING fucks me up more than “has it ever occurred to you that i might be getting exactly what i deserve?” “nobody deserves this.” garak is trying so hard to punish himself and be disgusting and unlovable and julian just says “no, actually, i will love you anyway, i will love you despite your pain, i will love you despite the lies you tell me, i will love you no matter what” i will ALWAYS go crazy for that
