⤷ Bokuto

the two of you talk about whatever comes to mind as you shift positions to hug each other; he likes the small spoon, lightly caressing your hand and occasionally brings it to his lips for a soft kiss. but he also like being the big spoon; chin resting on top of your head as he pulls you as close to him as possible. him placing his head on your belly and wrapping his arms around you as you gently stroke his hair. or him lying on your thighs and drawing random patterns to make you guess what he’s saying. and time passes happily like this until you see the sun rise on the horizon outside.

⤷ Kuroo the two of you kept moving in bed, waking each other up even more. so you just gave up trying to sleep and lay on your side; staring at each other while talking about random things. he gently caresses your face while you tell a joke that he didn’t think was funny, but he’s laughing anyway because seeing you smile is his happiness. the truth is, he thinks you’re an idiot, but still, he’s looking at you like you’re the most beautiful star he’s ever seen. moonlight comes in through the window, illuminating both of you, making you even more angelic and more beautiful than ever. and then he realizes he loves you more than he could ever imagine... even though you’re all sorts of an idiot sometimes.

it’s too hot and none of you can sleep, so you decide to sit on the porch; sharing a quiet and delightful atmosphere, just enjoying the cool night air. you ask him if he could go anywhere now, where would he go? and he thinks, perhaps of a historic city where every building whispers a dramatic story, or a bustling city that never sleeps, with different people from all corners of the world and with neon lights that make your heart race; or maybe a quiet house in a small city, where he can enjoy every second of life next to nature; being friends with old people and every kind of animals. and he looks at you because you are there with him wherever he goes; lying on the grass beside him; taking the subway together in the bustling city; sitting in a small cafe in an old town... he wants you to know but instead he jokes, his voice light, his face holding a ghost of a smirk, ‘well, anywhere away from you’

just the two of you in the kitchen to cook something late at night, but you end up spending half an hour there, deciding which dish to cook just to end up making the classic ramen. you talk about the ridiculous things that come to your mind as you savor the food, the sound of laughter filling the room. then he washes the dishes while you dry them, occasionally messing it up, throwing bubbles at each other while sharing sweet, lazy smiles.

even with your eyes closed, you can feel his gaze on you. but honestly you don’t care at all; you like the weight of his gaze on you. “watching someone sleep is scary, you know.” unperturbed, he says in a low voice, “i’m not watching, i’m admiring”. you finally open your eyes to meet his, melting under his loving gaze. he takes your hand and pulls you closer to him,“come on, you little creep, go to sleep.” “your little creep.” you smiles and hums softly in agreement, “yes. mine.”

⤷ Nishinoya

the two of you watch a movie or show on the living room but it’s less watching and more talking about random stuff or watching funny videos or playing by throwing food into each other’s mouths and talking about it while the sounds of the scenes play in second plan. sooner or later, the two of you fall asleep right there in the living room, with him lying on top of you; his head resting on your chest while he arms squeeze you even tighter against him.

sharing earphones and listening to your calm music playlist; you with your eyes closed as you try to sleep, but kenma is too busy looking at you. admiring every little detail on your face - the curve of your nose, your lips, how the moonlight lightly illuminated your face through the curtains... damn, he didn’t know he could get even more in love until that moment.

he grudgingly lets you drag him to the supermarket; although he prefers to stay warm and cozy under the covers - and he makes sure to tell you that all the time. he takes a jacket for you before grabbing one for himself; with a pout on his face, you walk to the nearest supermarket, he takes your hand and tucks it into his jacket pocket, covering yours with his own. a silly argument down the road about who’s paying for the snacks and who is paying for the drinks. then he insists on wandering around the neighborhood afterwards, taking blurry pictures of you late at night with an adorable smile on his face.

⤷ Sakusa

there’s something comforting in the gentle look in his eyes as you look at him, something soft in the way he’s smiling at you, something gentle in the way he runs his fingers along your jaw. you press the back of his hand with your palm, holding it against your cheek. “what’s on your mind?” you ask in a soft voice. “sometimes i can’t believe you chose to be with me”, he gives you a small smile, “yeah i’m just.. so grateful.. that’s all”

⤷ Hinata

reading conspiracy theories together and getting too pensive to sleep; but he just hugs you and puts your head on his chest as he strokes your hair, saying “just close your eyes and shhh”, and you just laugh at his failed attempt to help you sleep. but in the end, his body is so warm and his caresses in your hair is so relaxing that you fall asleep quickly, with a smile on your face.
