I kinda missed drawing in this fandom and Jason in particular...
Big fan of these two
Um... Maybe I'll try to post something here (ง ื▿ ื)ว These guys are wonderful, impossible not to draw them!
My uninteresting headcanons about Jason:
-he can play guitar (but does it rarely)
-bleached his hair once either as a teenager or in early to mid 20's, while he was under...ahem, chem influence, and it...didn't fit him - at least that's what he heard
-has a sister who wanted to become a medic (a small parallel with Clarice whose degree is Dr) and feels guilty for failing her
-didn't bother with keeping his room (when he had one) tidy but after the military he surprisingly does and it's one of the most notable changes about him for those who knew him before (among some other things, like swearing even more and, as I mentioned in some earlier posts, not allowing hair grow longer than was allowed there. From side he seems very fine, but when you get closer to him...oh he is absolutely not the same anymore despite some spots of his previous personality, and I say it in sad way)
-absolutely dislikes it when anyone who never served asserts their bs (for example, complaints about real military people not being "Commando" characters or wishes there was draft again) by using those who did as the point
-now, like other HoA protags, probably dislikes bats because they remind of the vampires
-currently lives with Salim in London, IDK, I decided so
Not gonna lie, this is the best House of Ashes playthrough. The guys really get into the story and even come up with their own headcanons.
This is what I feel a lot of let’s plays are missing; immersion. Like, it’s nice to joke about the story, but it’s a lot more fun if the players are really into the game.
Also, this is worth the watch just for Rico’s reaction when he learns that his character is working against the Americans (he was playing as Salim).
Okay so in house of Ashes I think that basically the “vampires” are actually intelligent and formed a civilization but then the parasite came and that’s the reason they’re so violent. That also explains why they were able to build a spaceship/city but didn’t invent guns because the parasite can’t use them so they didn’t. Also explains why they are so physically adept since the parasite made them that way.
I don’t know if this is a common theory but I haven’t seen anyone else say anything and I wanted it out there
