In general, I rarely draw non mcyt related art, but I’ll draw the occasional MCR or magic the gathering fanart. However, I do take requests, and they don’t necessarily have to be Minecraft related! If you send in a drawing ask, as long as it’s within reason, I’ll draw it! Unless of course tumblr eats the ask, which it has already eaten five of them and I have no idea how to retrieve them, so, to anyone reading this post who may have sent in any sort of ask, but I haven’t responded, please try sending it again! But yeah, OCs, sonas, other fandoms- I’m open to pretty much any req.

Meet Fen Liu. Probably one of the most changed characters from the source material.
Liu was a throwaway line (and also a man) so I classify her as an original character. Liu starts the story as the maid of Gretchen and Alfred, who treat her as nothing but a servant.
Liu speaks English quite well, but chooses to speak only Chinese to spite Gretchen. She plans to take down the Byrnes family, take everything from them, and leads a group of other residents of Echo with the intent of taking down the people in power.
She becomes the leader of this group after something paranormal happens - because this is Echo, paranormal things happen all the time - which earns her a scar over the nose, newfound freedom, and also general plot relevance. She also gets an axe to protect herself.

This isn't a pro censorship post, so I'm sorry if you somehow read it that way, but I think AO3 should have a toggle in Preferences to hide all sexual content on every search (can be undone, would be an account setting, all the works are still THERE just not VISIBLE if the user chooses to hide them.)
Because oh boy is it a pain to have to add a million smut tags into the exclusion filters and still have NSFW pop up no matter how many tags I put (seriously, just tag your fics, is it that hard?) Also there could be beneficial to have this idea for a sitewide NSFW filter setting automatically enabled for minor's accounts, and can't be removed until they're 18 (I understand disliking censorship, but I hope we can all agree minors shouldn't have access to smut.)
Just to clarify: It would be a setting similar to blocking accounts or filtering tags in search. It can be toggled. It doesn't censor anyone- the fics would still be there.

IT COULD BE SO GOOD BUT ITS LEANING TOO FAR INTO STEREOTYPES AND TRYING TOO HARD TO MAKE THE CHARACTERS “ZANEY” AND “ADULT” WITH NOTICEABLY FORCED MOMENTS, BUT IT COULD BE SO GOOD. IT COULD BE SUCH A GENUINELY WONDERFUL DEPICTION OF POLYAMORY AND FINDING WAYS TO NOT LET YOUR TRAUMA HOLD YOU BACK EVEN WHEN IT TRIES TO COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU, OF THE ABUSE AND HOMOPHOBIA QUEER PEOPLE OFTENTIMES FACE FIRST IN THEIR OWN HOME. THE WORST PART IS, THIS WORKS FOR THEM. 1ST ML IS THE CLASSIC TSUNDERE CHARACTER-TYPE AND HE APPARENTLY SECRETLY LIKES THEM PUSHING PAST HIS BOUNDARIES WITH ZERO REGARD FOR THE WORDS HE SAYS TO THEM WHICH IS AN INACCURATE DEPICTION OF ACTUAL SOCIAL SITUATIONS AND WILL, WETHER INTENDED TO OR NOT, TEACH YOUNGER VIEWERS (FINDING IT BY ACCIDENT BECAUSE IT LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO APHMAU VIDEOS) THE ABSOLUTE WRONGEST INTERPRETATION OF CONSENT, THIS WILL TEACH KIDS THAT PEOPLE WILL LIKE IT IF YOU NEVER STOP PUSHING PAST THEIR BOUNDARIES.

Sometimes it feels like a little bit of ego mania is inherent to human nature, par for the course- other times it feels like im drowning in the doubt of whether im actually smart or just a narcissist. I always thought it was a problem that everyone had, but then i realized that the struggle to confirm to the self that you are who you say you are - whether you said who you were aloud to others or not - is not actually normal. Imposter syndrome is a finicky bitch that needs to pick a lane, are you sticking around or leaving me the hell alone- chop chop i wanna know. At the same time, i know that for people struggling with imposter syndrome (myself included) it can be really difficult to accept facts about yourself as true or untrue- especially when your an avid consumer of books and movies and shit, because every time you feel the imposter syndrome popping up your like “uhm, why do i sound like a book character- ew no, that is cringe i do not want to fall into tropes”

I keep getting ads for this ai dating app called blush, and i keep watching them in horrified fascination. Because they look *almost* human. At a glance you wouldn’t see it as strange. But you look at it, you watch the video, and something is *wrong*. It’s not clear what exactly it is. Any specific element looks fine, if a bit airbrushed. so i had an idea for an AO3 fic. Modern superhero/villan/superpowers AU where Owen, Krow, and Apo are roommates. Owen has the power of metal manipulation, Apo can control plants, and Krow has two powers; one being the ability to control and travel through shadows and be able to hide its demon features [horns, claws, tail] which most people assume the opposite of; that it’s second power is to turn into a demon. Apo is a vigilante, Owen is a hero, and Krow is kind of a morally grey character; it helps people in need but also does small crimes like theft and arson on abandoned buildings; the hero organization classifies it as a vigilante tho. they all try (and fail) to hide their identities from each other, so it’s very comical how sus one of them can act and the other two are way too tired to notice. more later, is getting late. byeeee o/
