Wait, since we see bill cipher with his clothes on when He’s in therapy, does that mean that the only things he’s ever wearing is his bowtie and his top-hat?? Is he’s just always naked??? And since he doesn’t have the black limbs as a baby, is he always wearing shoulder length gloves and thigh highs?
