Jojo school au

Bruabba & Fugio  (ProRis???) gus y not??

Gio: 15 Fugo:15 Naranica: 16 Trish:16 Mista:18 Bruno & Abba: 25

Rest of teachers: 23-42

(gio is an transfer student from japan last year)

Trish moved to Napoli in late June, about a week after the school year ended and lives with her uncle Doppio after her father was stabbed to death by a homeless man on drugs. Doppio is a bit strange, but overall welcoming. This house just so happens to be next to Naranica’s house (and Abbachio’s +bruno, because Narancia’s mother died and his father didn't want him)

Abbacchio is the English teacher. He has a select few favorite students (cough cough NARANCIA cough cough) he’s like a grumpy grouch but he does care.

Bruno would teach social studies (because they are the best teachers. He gives the least amount of homework and actually makes the lessons fun.

People suspect something homosexual going on with Bruno and Abbacchio (they are right. They are married but literally only Trish and Narancia knows about it)

EXPLANATION!: Bruno and Abbacchio are the type of teachers that don't really go into their personal lives at school that much. Narancia & Trish think that its a kind of secret (it really isn't, like they can be seen going home in the same car) so they never tell anyone.

Fugo and Giorno got together last year after a painfully long year of pining for each other

Narancia treats trish like the sister hes never had and vice versa

Mista is a senior and watches over the rest of the gang, he drives everyone else places.

La Squadra timeeeee

RisPro: Ris is 38 and pro is 35 (they met 7 years ago :[) )

Risotto is the student guidance counselor

Prosciutto is the librarian/music teacher

Melo-Ghia: ghia:17 melo:18

The rest of them have no ships :) (no sorbet and gelato)

All of them are teachers except for Melone, Ghia, and pesci.

Illuso is a lunch lady (so is Formaggio but instead he hates kids and likes weed

                         TRISH POV

It was a new school year, in a beautiful fall, the leaves of the trees were orange in Napoli and there was a slight chill in the air. The typical friend group of Fugo, Giornio, Mista, Narancia, and Trish (She's a new student, they met her in august) sauntered to their school, they were about a quarter way there.

Fugo and Giorno are hand in hand, (much to the cringing of their peers) as they started going out during the summer. Narancia and Mista were talking nonsense, blabbering about some sport. Trish wasn’t paying attention, still mad at Narancia for his pestilance earlier on the day. Simply because he is a boy doesn’t mean he is above dressing up, right?

Surely she’s never had a brother before, she wasn’t sure how this whole “sibling” thing works. But alas, did he have to refuse trying on clothes for her? They were the same size and all (much to her dismay, but I digress)

She hears her name called out from behind, my my my, it’s the one and only Pesci! They had met at the movies and had become good friends. He asks her what girls like, he has a girl in his class that he wants to impress and Trish is the only other girl he knows (It’s sad, truly).

“What?” Trish remarked, tilting her head slightly. She couldn't hear over those bumbling idiots (Mista and Naranica) in front of her.

“I said, what kind of gifts do girls like?” Pesci said, raising his voice

“How am I supposed to know?” She retorted back, she was irritable this morning “Go ask Ghiaccio or something…” She grumbled, dismissing him. (Giacchio worked at the movies, the two never really clicked but she knew Pesci was friends with him)

With a sigh, Pesci walked back defeatedly, he was just gonna skip school today then.

Later on, the group arrived at their school, and despite having to go to school and all, her mood was starting to get better. They all waved goodbye as they left for their classes, Fugo and Giorno give each other a kiss before parting.

“Bleh” is all Trish can think before walking off to class.

She sat in the back of the class after having to introduce herself. Her geology teacher, Mr.Secco, look at her as if to judge her out fit, not like he could say anything himself. Compared to her jacket, crop-top, and highwaisted jeans, his outfit looked hideous, with his ground colored turtleneck, dark blue pants, and his ugly orange glasses. The only thing good about him was his hair.

Anyway, she doodles on her palm as he meanders along about things Trish deems meaningless. She blanks out for the rest of this class until the next teacher comes in.

Trish gets bored and tired quickly, fiddling with her studded earrings, getting to know the people she sat next to (she’s very sociable), she even takes 2 naps.

Were schools in Napoli this boring?

She heads to lunch, looking as if she took a tumbleweed crayon to the face (she didn’t have time to do her makeup this morning and her eyebags r showing 😔)

She scanned the room for her friends, she only saw Fugo and Narancia, what means that either the others are skipping or they got in trouble. She was inclined to believe the latter. But most importantly, why is Fugo here but Giorno isn’t? (Those two are glued by the hip and sometimes, it scares Trish)

She ignored it for now, not wanting to get into Fugo’s business and just sat next to her “brother”.

He starts talking about whatever, Trish doesn’t remember nor care enough to recall what it was. Well she wasn’t paying attention until she heard Giornos name.

“Wait can you repeat that!?” She demanded, it wasn’t really a question. Fugo still sulks, not touching his food. This prompts Trish to grab a grape while Narancia is talking.

“GioGio brought a frog into math so he’s getting detention!” Narancia whines, this means he can’t pester Giorno about homework. Fugo refuses to help him, for his mental heath and for Narancia physical.

A sigh of relief leaves Trish, she thought Fugo and Gio broke up! That would be a hell storm for the entire friend group and a pain in the ass to deal with.

“Anything worth gossiping about?” Trish sighed out resting her head on her palm

“Mr.Nero and Mr.P were caught kissing today” Fugo says, giving her the same attitude.

Trish stood up quickly and slammed her palms on the table, startling the tired albino “Holy shit! Wait whattt! You’ve know about that and DIDN’T tell me?!?!” She snaps at Fugo, he had gossip and yet he was just letting her rot away without knowing. That should be a crime!

A bunch of people were staring as the room hushed. Trish cleared her throat and sat back down, her face coated in embarrassment. She quietly and quickly apologized and the room went back to its former state.

Narancia bursts out laughing once the sound is back, Trish shoots him a glare. His annoyingly innocent laugh was enough to trick some adults, but not her.

“You better expect a beating when we get home” She warns, Narancia stops, not wanting to be hit by a slipper again.

Eventually, it was time for them to head back to class. She sits near the front this time, Mr.Abbacchio will be here soon and he would want Trish to sit up front.

He enters the room with a “I don’t wanna be here, fuck you all” expression, aka his resting face. Trish lets her bubblegum pink hair (A color around FF5C8A 😋) out of her ponytail, letting it fall to her shoulders. The hair covers up the earbuds in her ear, they were a birthday gift from Mista (the only one she used often).

Assuming it was her Walkman, Narancia’s old one from years back, she hit play on the music. She was fully expecting Cyndi Lauper and the Spice Girls. She was then greeted by “Uh, that felt good Does it baby? Yeah, rub my back for me Where do you want-“ She nearly screamed. Narancia what the fuck! She looked down at the Walkman and saw the Doggystyle CD in there. She grunts annoyed as she removes her earbuds, Abbacchio’s hoarse voice filling her ears instead.

The day was long and tiresome (you could say she’s had a “Hard Days Night”), she had walked home with Narancia, not bothering to wait for Giorno in detention like Mista and Fugo. Once at her house, she had laid in her bed. She heard a knock on the bedroom door.

“Come in..” She tiredly announced.

Doppio walked into the room with a cup of tea. Trish smiled wearily as he set it on her night stand. Seeing the mood she was in, he hadn’t said anything. He only kissed her forehead, like her father used to, and left. Trish drank some of the tea, it scalded her throat and she decided to wait for it to cool down a bit.

She walks to the window facing Narancia’s house. It was getting dark out so it was easier to tell he was still up. She picked up a large flashlight from under her windowsill (for communication purposes) and shone it at his window. She had put a hot pink film over the flashlight so now it shone pink. He opened his curtains and she turned out the light.

“WHAT!” He shouted so she can hear him

“ASK MR.BUCCIARATI IF I CAN COME OVER! ALSO DONT YOU DARE ASK MR. ABBACCHIO, HES GONNA SAY NO!” She yelled back.

Narancia closed his curtains as she waited at her window. About 5 minutes later, she saw a silhouette at the window, Narancia peaked his head out the window again and yelled “SORRY, WE CAN’T RIGHT NOW, THEY SAID THEY ARE BUSY AT THE MOMENT!”.

With a groan of disappointment, she closes her window, shuts her curtains, and sits on her bed, waiting for the day to be over.

idk if I’m gonna try to get an ao3 account but I enjoyed writing this, feedback is appreciated :))))

EDIT: I meant tumbleweed as an adjective, not a noun 😔

Untitled Jotakak

Name: Untitled

Fandom: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Ship: Jotaro/Kakyoin

Status: Unpublished WIP; unedited

Notes: AU where Kakyoin lives; post Part 3/ pre Part 4

Untitled Jotakak

Here's the thing about heartbreak: sometimes it's gradual. It's in the days of waiting for someone to come back, in the listening for a phone call, in the wishing and pining and knowing it will never work. Heartbreak is in the growing apart, the falling away in slow motion. It's in the sudden stop.

Kakyoin took the long way home.

He lingered in the cold, mostly barren streets, pausing often to look up at the few stars he could see through the streetlights. Heavy footsteps finally found him in front of the convenience store.

Perhaps it wasn't his brightest idea, but he bought a six pack. It didn't matter what kind of beer it was, really. As long as it worked.

The cashier rang him up, a knowing smile on her face. Or maybe that was just his projection. Surely unhappiness was plain on his face. Either way, he paid and went quickly on his way.

Down to the riverbank. Someplace as in-between as he felt.

He didn't want to go home and he couldn't really keep wandering forever. Sitting in the grass, he cracked open the first beer and sipped at it. The taste was sharper than he remembered. Not unpleasant, though.

The word that had been chasing him the entire way finally started to fade: engaged. Engaged. I'm engaged. Engaged.

Of course Jotaro's tone had been almost unreadable. But there was something strange and cruel wrapped up in his announcement. Why? That wasn't the Jotaro he knew… The man who tried to hide it but was kind down to his core. The man who was shedding his delinquent facade as he grew older, becoming a better version of his old self every day.

The one he'd wait patiently by the phone for in anticipation of their weekly calls. Who he'd reschedule his life around to make sure they could meet during breaks. The man who he was planning to follow to America as soon as he was fully healed and able to go.

His best friend.

The man he loved.

He was partway through beer three when things started to sting a little less. The idea of helping Jotaro plan a wedding and giving a speech praising the new union was painful. He was giving Jotaro away.

But, so what? He took another long pull from the can. I never planned on confessing or anything. I was going to keep the boat steady. This upsets everything, though. That bastard… we had a good thing going. Why waste it on a woman? On love?

Kakyoin made a derisive sound in the back of his throat.

"A good thing"? What good thing? A long distance friendship. Eventually going to the same college together. More of the same until they died? How would that have worked? Of course Jotaro would get married and carry on the Joestar line. Stupid to think that he would die a bachelor. Stupid to think that he would consider being with a man and losing the opportunity to have kids.

Kakyoin crushed the mostly empty can, the remaining liquid at the bottom spraying out suddenly. He barely noticed, his mind still wrapped up in his own thoughts.

They could have had kids together, damn it! There had to be options! Options that would be an uphill battle to obtain. And they could never get married, not really. Their families would be so disappointed. He imagined Holly's confused, upset face and it was too much.

He let the can slip out of his grasp and held his face in his hands. He was crying freely now.

All these feelings for Jotaro were wrong. He'd always known that this was part of his life he'd never be able to live. Stuck in a place that didn't understand or approve of how he felt. It was so painful. He had hoped moving to America would make things easier. It seemed so much more free over there for people like him. Maybe he'd even find out Jotaro felt the same way, eventually.

Not now.

He had to steel himself for the days ahead. The engagement changed nothing. He was still going to America. He'd still stay by Jotaro's side no matter what. Even if it meant pushing everything he felt so far down that he could never reach it. No matter what, he owed Jotaro his life and he would repay that at any cost.

His resolve strengthened a little, Kakyoin cleaned up his empties and pushed himself to his feet. The world felt fuzzy around the edges and his steps weren't the most steady, but he managed to make it home.

Once inside his apartment he collapsed on the couch and fell into a blessedly dreamless sleep.
