Ben drowned art ??

I feel like there's something wrong with the art but I was trying to base it off a specific pose in which I took a picture of as an example... I sighed..

HIS ARMS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AWKWARD HE'S LIKE THOSE IPAD KIDS WHO MOST DEFINITELY HAVE THE WORST POSTURE KNOWN TO MAN KIND TELL ME OTHERWISE.
