Under her rule Konoha was destroyed at least twice in the span of… what, four years? And it was rebuilt.

She never did anything morally questionable - unlike all the previous kages. 

She was able to balance her duties - being a hokage, working in hospital, and training Sakura.

Thanks to her a lot of shinobis survived the 4th ninja war.

And she partook in the 4th ninja war. Another huge deal and she dealt with it tremendously.

Villages got united when she was in charge. And, as we can see in  the abominations the chapters 699 and 700 are, it didn’t fall apart as it had happened before.

Thanks to her Naruto survived. She was the only kage who agreed to let the jinchuuriki out of the village. Almost all the other ones died.

She fucking supported Naruto. The 3rd didn’t. If he did, then Naruto wouldn’t had been treated the way he had been.

She didn’t want to kill off Sasuke for “betraying” Konoha - she didn’t issue that order until he joined Akatsuki and attacked Raikage’s brother. And she did it to avoid a goddamn war. 

And, despite doing all of that, she remained herself - she drinks, gambles, is beautiful, and is able to sustain the relationships that are important to her. Unlike certain someone…

This is a nice post and all... but:

Do you have receipts on Hashirama Senju, Minato Namikaze, Kakashi Hatake, or Naruto Uzumaki?

The villages did get united “when she was in charge “, but the Gokage summit was called by the Raikage and the alliance was formed while she was still in a coma. 

After they found out that Danzo was trash the leaf villages main representative during unification was Kakashi until she woke up. Credit for the alliance being maintained after the war is also more Kakashi’s, since he became Hokage after the fourth shinobi war. How is Kakashi not as good of a Hokage as Tsunade was? 

The 3rd did too support Naruto. He had nothing to do with the villagers past hate for Naruto, and Tsunade had nothing to do with their changed perceptions. Naruto dispelled the prejudices against him pretty much through his own efforts. 

If you are looking for a Hokage that was has shown leniency and forgiveness to Sasuke the pinacle would Naruto. Heck Naruto showed lenience and forgiveness to everyone. He converted like a quarter of the antagonists into good guys. 

Naruto freaking forgave Kurama, the freaking nine tails. How is Naruto not as good of a Hokage as Tsunade?

Hashirama Senju formed the leaf village so that the children would not have to fight. He was literally willing to give up his life to achieve peace and end the conflict between the Uchiha and Senju. After already beating Madara in a fight, he  asked what he could do to achieve a peace between the clans. When Madara literally suggested that Hashirama let himself be killed to atone for the slain Uchihas, Hashirama was literally going to let him. This dude created the ninja village system to end the constant ninja clan fighting. How is Hashirama Senju not as good of a Hokage as Tsunade?

Tsunades still cool though, no hate, I literally don’t have, nor desire to find, any recepits on her.
