since it won't be coming any time soon, here's asylum!g's StM surrogate replacement form

Thinking of a name for it, running for 'Unshackled.' lots of chains and shit.

It hurts both Sandra AND Gardevoir to pull it off, but it provides a substantial overall boost to Gardevoir. They can't use it for much of a crutch, or any more than like once for a short time sometimes, it just hurts them way too much
