As everyone proceed to the next department, the little white squirrel followed the crowd, as usual, in the back.
Miss Cake was grateful that, by some miracle, noone seemed to get hurt by the stairs. Well, at least badly. Some seemed to trip but otherwise looked okay.
She curiously glanced around the crowd.
"So many unique people here..." — she thought.
As she observed the crowd, she noticed a white and purple-blue person, keeping to themselves but looking around with excitement too.

"Ah, it's them again". Seeing how they were alone and still didn't interact with anyone, the little squirrel felt a sense of familiarity. In a way, she was, herself, a social ghost in some sense. Always among the crowd, but never standing out. Well, at least she was having fun without bothering anyone. "... Should I talk to them?" — she tilted her head.
At some point Nira noticed her Boss vanishing somewhere and reappearing with a familiar little tv-headed creature. Ah, Animsay, was it? The head of the.... Ah, Social Media Department, right! Man, she really ought to memorise some of the important people who worked here, heh (´-﹏-`；).
When everyone arrived at the Film department Nira suddenly noticed someone tripping at the last step of yet another, but less deadly flight of stairs.

She quickly moved to help them but noticed that the blonde girl got up, dusted herself off and overall seemed fine. The squirrel sighed with relief. She decided to continue on with the crowd. But maybe she should check on the girl, just in case.
Because Nira rarely got out of her Health Department office, she was kind of participating in the tour too, listening to Boss and the crew, taking in the information with interest.
When the crew members were done introducing themselves and and the crowd dispersed in various directions, Nira decided to briefly go to the kitchen and fill up her small water bottle that she always kept at herself.
As she entered the kitchen she saw a familiar figure with horns and striking red ribbons around.

Grinnames, as she remembered. That one weird gal. The one that wanted to....eat...the fanmail...? Okay, nevermind. Weird. But funny, in some way.
As the healthcare employee moved to the kitchen counter and proceeded to fill up her bottle, she observed Grinnames putting something in the crew's fridge-... Wait- was that even allowed?? Huh??
She wanted to stop her and ask what she was doing, but anxiety got better of her. Oh well. The white squirrel finished with her bottle and moved to head out of the kitchen, thinking on her way about how many people with food poisoning she would possibly get in her office soon...
At some point while walking, she daydreamed about what if the tour visited her department. Well, It's remote and not that interesting. But the office she worked at was nicely decorated, with hung-up stars and posters and even some plushies around. The majority of employees who visited her office said they liked the place. It brought a sense of whimsy and piece to them, which Nira was only happy to hear.
Suddenly, something snapped her out of her thoughts.
Her medic senses were tingling...
Quickly looking around, she noticed a familiar figure that caught her attention .

It was the delivery girl. She seemed to storm off in the side of the crowd. But something felt off...
A concerned expression fell on her face. Looking around the crowd, she thought of what to do... Leave her post? She anxiously thought to herself. "You know what? No!" Screw it, her job was to make sure everyone on the tour was alright, even the employees, and like heck she was going to ignore someone suffering!
Swiftly, Nira moved through the crowd, silently and unnoticed, smoothly avoiding people and keeping track of Nick's directions.
For a moment she lost sight of her. Nira worriedly looked around and then saw the bathroom door.
She approached it slowly, carefully twisting the handle. Locked.
"Well, crap. What to do, what to do..."
She looked around when a glint of metal up ahead caught her eye. The ventilation shaft.
"A-ha!" — with a silent triumph the squirrel climbed up the shaft and expertly moved through it.
There was a thumping sound inside the bathroom before something fell Infront of Nicknack with a loud CLANK and thud.
Before the girl with a heart-shaped eye patch sat a white squirrel, holding onto her head and huffing from dust. Her eyes noticed Nick, sitting at the floor and gripping her legs tightly. Awkward silence followed.
—Uhhh... Hi! Are you...okay? — the squirrel asked timidly with a tentative smile, hand behind her head still.
She is ready to offer her help. What would happen next?

Nira stood there, in the back of the lobby. She was looking at the crowd, monitoring everyone's behaviour and simultaneously observing anyone for adverse symptoms.
By her nature, she was rather observant in some way, and noticed some individuals acting a bit suspicious. Oh well... There were security workers and she trusted them to do their duty to maintain peace during the event.
When Mr Puzzles's speech was over, her ears perked, and Miss Cake stared to move behind the crowd after everyone.
Passing the staircase, she squinted her eyes and glared at it a bit child-like, like it had personal beef with her.
Miss Cake followed everyone at the art department. While the everyone was meeting the lovely head of the said department, Nira thought about all those valentine letters Mr Puzzles got. Rather cute, she must say. People really loved him.
She was pleasantly surprised to see participants receiving plush toys as gifts. Her eyes squinted in mirth and she quietly chuckled to herself, seeing people's smiles.
As boss' speech ended, she was ready to depart towards the next destination.

The young squirrel with a black tie stood in the lobby, further off, hands behind her back and rocking on her hills giddily.
As a healthcare employee of the Puzzlevision Studios, Miss Cake was tasked to be on a standby and monitor the groups during the tour, provide medical help to anyone, if something was to occur.
She was observing the huge crowd of various people, both very exited and nervous for the event.

🪁 What if Nira was to babysit Telly?

• She isn't entirely sure how to interact with kids, so at first she opted to let Telly play with her little fluffy tail. Despite being a living paper doodle, Nira has very soft fur that's surprisingly pleasant to the touch.
• Then she'd engage in all kinds of different activities with them throughout the day: make colourful drawings, play outside with a kite in the warm sunny weather. She would show Telly how to make paper animals, while telling fun little facts about them:
"Did you know that bunnies like to jump around and play with their friends when they're happy?"
🌌 Then, after an eventful day Nira would tell Telly a bedtime story while they fall asleep on her cozy tail.
Maybe she doesn't know how to babysit
Maybe she can't often find the right words of encouragement
But she knows one thing — she will do everything in her power to make sure this precious kid's smile doesn't waver anytime soon
📏 Okay, so out of curiosity I've decided to compare the heights of a couple of characters in the RTV au
So here's Nicknack. As @runrabitrunrunrun stated, she's somewhere between 5'7-5'9 feet. My oc Nira is next to her. I haven't really decided on her height at first, but now I think she's approximately 3'7-4'0 ft tall (without ears)

• Despite her harmless appearance, Nira has a little secret — a giant maw with two rows of sharp teeth. She keeps it very well hidden and almost never opens her mouth because she's afraid of scaring people with it 😥
But SMG3 will be sure to use it to its full potential :)
• How it all happened: she gets jumped in the back of an alleyway or something lol
It's over in seconds. She tried to fight. She really did, as much as her weak pathetic body could resist
• As for the consequences:
You see, Nira has an interesting special power. She can manipulate one's bodily functions with a single touch, and as a kind soul she is — uses it to help people. Now what will happen when SMG3 is the one in control? Oh. Nothing good :)
Hmmm, let's see... How about restricting the work of the respiratory muscles and watching, while the person struggles for their life and dies from asphyxiation? Oh, or how about melting ALL the bones in the body so it becomes nothing but a screaming mass of skin and organs? Oh, oh! Or how about slowly increasing the pressure inside the skull till the point everything inside EXPLODES and leaks through all the natural head orifices? The possibilities are endless ~
Hm? How would she feel about all that?

• "Healthy workers are productive workers" — that's something that I think even RTV couldn't disagree on and something that Nira was introduced to when she first started working at the famous RTV Studios.
Somewhere in the studio grounds there's a small department, consisting of a few staff members, that is responsible for taking care of workers' occuring health troubles. And Nira is part of that team.
• Her special powers are [REDACTED] that allow her to manipulate living organisms' bodily functions via direct skin-to-skin contact and In expense of her and/or the patient's energy (the amount of which depends on the patient's body condition, but oftentimes theirs is more than enough)
With a simple touch she can make headaches go away, calm nerves, release back muscle pain, heal paper cuts and coffee burns, make medicine work faster and much, much more. The possibilities are endless.
• As incredibly useful and amazing as that sounds, it also means she has the power to alternate anything in the body. Which is... Well... She tries not to think about it. That is the reason she almost constantly wears her gloves — to not accidentally hurt someone. Not that it ever happened, but still, she is simply too paranoid.
• She takes her job with great responsibility, trying to provide her best help and prove her worth to the company, despite her shyness and anxiety.
That is also the reason why she really admires RTV — The Big Boss rarely comes to the Healthcare section because of it's remote location and his many other more important tasks of being the CEO. But when he does (to check the employees' work, for instance) it's as if a celebrity came to visit.
Well, because he is one. He's confident, smart, charming, powerful and overall incredible figure in her eyes. Truly the most fitting to control The Studio. And that inspires Nira to her very core.

Ocs are from @icedbeverageenjoyer and @niranutcake (the interaction, dubbed a slow start of meeting new people on the tour) . And an encounter with RTV Puzzles (by @4thwallbreakerdraws2) that... not much happens, but Rayas feels overwhelmed inside.

Merry Christmas!
This whole year has been incredibly hard for me, folks. All these mental health issues, work, routine…
But at the end of the year I came across a video on YouTube with a selection of the best songs of SMG4, and there I saw him. Mr. Puzzles, who breathed new life into me, and for the first time in so many years I wanted to draw again.
I hope that things will go much better for me from now on, even if sometimes I still feel bad. But I hope that I will only grow and grow.

So, I've heard it was certain someone's special day a few days ago, huh? Well, that undoubtedly calls for a celebration then! 🥳
Even though I wasn't there when he was first introduced and haven't witnessed all of the hype and talk, I'm still pretty happy to see how much of an impact this character made on this show and how much the fans love him. This lovable bastard introduced me to SMG4 fandom and I'm grateful and definitely planning to stay :)
Oh, and also, it's my birthday today (October 31st) and that's why I wanted to do fanart on this specific day! Yipee!
But I caught a cold a few days prior lmao
A fresh banner with a new look!
I love my sona, and a lot of time I use my sona to reflect my personal journey. It's original was very different but it had a lot of problem and it was during a chapter of my life where things weren't great. So my idea of moving on from it is by changing my sona, like I'm starting a new chapter. Some of you probably remembered I had a poll asking what color scheme you like on my sona which was a huge mistake for me.
The issue was that I was trying to force some stuff to work together and as any experienced artist know is that you can't FORCE things to work! I was trying to keep the original dark pink hair and force some colors to work with it. When the pinky color scheme had the most votes I put them on my second draft for my sona and I wasn't happy at all.
The dark pink and lighter pink just makes my sona look like Pinkie Pie! I have nothing against her but I just know people will just be thinking "It looks like Pinkie Pie as a unicorn" and that's not what I want! So I took out the pink and tried different color pallets to see what I like and works well together. The indigo/violet colors works so well with the gold accents and made them pop.
Another issue I was struggling, which I had struggled with for years, was my art style. I love zoophobia and the potential it has, so much that I tried to work with the style. But it made me struggle with how my sona is structured in the face! It didn't look right or just looks scrunched up. I took a break from drawing for that Fandom and moved on to others like Welcome Home and Smiling Critters.
NOTE: The smiling critters a separate from the horror elements as it canonically has it's own show before the plushies in Playtime Co.
When I was drawing the characters that are more like plushies, dolls, or puppets I felt a lot better. When I gave up on making my style like zoophobia it just feels like it came more natural, like I'm not forcing it to work. Drawing like this felt more freeing for me and it made me happy. It left me feeling happier with the result, especially with the face!
So if you're struggling with your style or designing something don't try to force it. Just have fun with whatever style you want and you'll feel happier.
