Oh hey! It’s Ruth! A character most of you don’t know and that’s ok!

INFO DUMP WARNING!

Ruth is an Engineer of the late 1800s and early 1900s. A chaotic engineer and conductor of a train by the name of Pearl White. Her train is mostly referred to as the Devil’s Train as it delivers criminal passengers to towns and never stops running.
