Fun/Weird fact:
In general, artists have a high score in tests for schizophrenia.
Candy canes aren't allowed in prison.
They are contraband.
I searched this up.
It's true.
If you don't believe me go search it up for yourself.
fotd: gay people real
idk i can’t think of one for today, also sorry i keep missing them lmao
fotd: people on the arospec and acespec are queer.
fotd: the point of identities in the queer community is not to box yourself, but to find something that roughly describes how you feel. it doesn’t have to be all that close to your identity to use it! for example, i say i’m bisexual, when i probably fit more under sexual fluidity - my preference and sexuality tends to change a lot. i still say im bisexual as that feels more right! so don’t feel the need to label yourself as something and then when something about you doesn’t align with that label, don’t freak out. that label just describes common experiences!
fotd: being transgender is not just being male to female or female to male! the trans- prefix is a latin prefix meaning ‘across’, ‘beyond’, or ‘on the other side of’, so being transgender is identifying as anything that doesn’t align with your assigned gender from birth!
if i can remember to i’m gonna start doing daily lgbt-related facts, so here’s my first one (yes this may seem obvious, but this is to help educate people who don’t know this stuff)
fotd: with lgbt related things, the prefixes of things like sexuality/sexual orientation, romantic orientation, and gender tend to be interchangeable. take the bi- prefix for example: bisexual is sexually attracted to people of two genders, biromantic is romantically attracted to people of two genders, and bigender is having two genders that you identify with
a thing I might start doing. More likely than not this’ll likely be forgotten but still doing it-
random fun fact i draw most of my art (that i put online) using a screenshot of a blank white screen. Sometimes its drawn on real paper and edited afterwards digitally.
And that’s a random fact about me :P
Novels were forbidden in the Spanish colonies by the Inquisition. The literary genre of novels was seen as dangerous. Reading a novel could warrant one jail time and humiliation. Novels weren't published until after independence at the beginning if the 19th century. This ban on fiction was part of the inquisitions goal to rid the "fictional disease" that plagued them.

So true... children are full of gifts but we're taught to neglect and forget them in order to fit in this "ideal" world.
Initially Earthworm Jim began as a maggot character.
At this point he didn't have the Jim part of the name.
Years later when this information was leaked online,
people who'd joined the development project AFTER the change
tried to call out the person who leaked the info as a liar
only for the original character creator to confirm it as true
and to this day some people still believe the maggot story to be a lie.
The reason for the change is even more bizarre
apparently the character creator got into a heated argument
with some random other guy not connected to the project at all
the subject being what the difference was between
maggots
and gnat larvae.
after that the character was changed to an earthworm.
nobody is really sure who won that argument.
but changing the character to an earthworm removed the issue.

I knit a lot (mostly socks), but in summer I usually hit a slump and start a thousand WIPs without finishing any
About 95% of my clothes are black and/or red
I have a cute little black cat (okay, she's almost 10, but she will always be my baby)
So I've noticed that people seem to really misunderstand Maki's dynamic with Kokichi and Korekiyo(separately)...And if anything, People get them confused with each other
The fanon portrayal of Maki and Kokichi's dynamic is that they both hate each other, Kokichi jumps at every chance he has to antagonize her and she hates him enough to jump at any chance to hurt or kill him
The fanon portrayal of Korekiyo and Maki's dynamic is that they're perfectly fine with each other, Especially because of their calm and collected personalities
When it's actually..Kind of completely backwards..
In canon, After Korekiyo finds out Maki's talent; He jumps at any opportunity to antagonize her, Knowing the rules of the game and every other participant protect him from her actually hurting him. And she antagonizes him way more in chapter three even before the murder. He's also blatantly rude to her(Actively ignoring her in conversations and then asking, "Did you say something?" or "Did you hear something?/srs), And Maki is always annoyed with him even being there
Meanwhile in canon with Maki and Kokichi, Even after her talent is revealed she's literally completely fine with him, He antagonizes her for a bit but she is always shown to just not care at all or even at some points responds calmly to him..In chapter 1, She was the only person to agree with him and didn't just assume he was up to no good like literally everyone else did..She only gets more aggressive with him when he says he killed two people for fun and that he was the mastermind. She even felt guilty about killing him even when she still thought he was a remnant of despair(After finding out he wasn't the mastermind)
Am I the only one to find it funny how the fandom got those two dynamics completely confused😭😭
She hates the police, She calls them "heathens" because they get in the way of her cults traditions
She's an advocate for human trafficking because she thinks it's purely for ordering willing sacrifices
She's an active murderer(Sacrifices people who are willing or not)
She's tasted human blood before but doesn't think it's "tasty"
She can't feel negative emotions so she can only empathize with people(Which also plays apart in how she gets confused why her actions in chapter three make people upset)
She seems to canonically be attracted to Tsumugi or at least her body, She has several points in the game where she compliments her body and even once asked if she could touch her chest
She hates children and laughs at their pain
She's very proudly sexual in nature and says her god enjoys watching
Fun fact, Did you know Maki canonically looks up to Kiibo because she thinks he acts more human that she ever did
(Said in Chapter 3 during a training session with Shuichi)
Maki doesn't like coffee, She finds it too bitter
She prefers sweet things
Random fun fact:
According to some tax legislators in Colorado, USA, chicken wings & frozen pizza are both sandwiches :3
