Panel 2: Repeated panel, but Sean's mother is slightly more to the left towards the edge of the page. Panel 3: Repeated panel, but Sean's mother is half disappearing off the edge of the page.
Panel 4: Repeated panel but now Sean is alone still looking to the left. Panel 5: Sean slumps slightly as the black side of the page fades into white.
Panel 6: A closer shot at Sean's face as he hangs his head with his eyes closed. It is a relieved or rueful expression. Panel 7: A hand touches Sean's shoulder from behind and he looks up with a surprised expression, opening his eyes. Panel 8: Sean turns to see a bearded man who has his hand on Sean's shoulder. It's Marion, he speaks. Text: think we'll get in trouble for not handing in 2 weeks notice?
Panel 9: Sean and Marion standing in the void facing each other, Marion is wearing a vest and collared shirt. Neither of their faces can be seen at this distance but Sean is backed up slightly as if he recoiled from Marion's hand which is no longer making contact. Panel 10: Sean takes a panicked step and seems to make an aborted motion to touch his own neck. Panel 11: Sean hunches over, hand over his face with his mouth open. Marion leans his forehead into Seans, huddling close with him and cradling the back of Sean's neck with his other hand. He says, "hey"
Text: hey hey hey it's okay Panel 12: A close up of Sean's mouth as he's gritting his teeth, there are tears streaming down and snot on his nose. Panel 13: The tears continues to fall and his mouth opens wide as if sobbing.
Panel 14: Sean and Marion as kids standing and hugging in the white void. Sean can be seen still sobbing over Marion's shoulder and clutching the back of his shirt. Marion is now slightly taller than Sean. Panel 15: A close up of Sean facing up over Marion's shoulder with his mouth wide open and tears down his cheeks.
Panel 16: Sean rubbing his eyes with a fist as Marion back's off slightly, smiling and still holding his shoulder. He still has snot and tears on his face but no longer has the red slit on his neck. Text: c'mon don't worry I won't tell them you cried Panel 17: Marion pulling Sean forward by the hand as they continue to walk.
Panel 18: Sean running with his hands over his head, trying to catch a baseball that's flying through the air. Marion is running close behind to catch up. Two older boys, Seans brothers, are standing waiting for them and the one with a baseball glove and wifebeater on has just thrown the ball towards Sean. The second brother behind him has a collared shirt and sleeves rolled up to the elbows, he also has a baseball bat propped over his shoulder and the other hand on his hip. Everyone is smiling wide enough that their mouths open. The watermark in the bottom center of the page reads, "@yeehawpim"
