ENG: My first attempt at drawing a Catnap. Plus, here I experimented with some effects to create the right atmosphere. Do not judge strictly.😅

I can't articulate how utterly inhumane it is that we've not only normalized, but valorized, sleep deprivation. We treat it like an achievement.

Sleep deprivation increases your risk for a myriad of serious illnesses like heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and stroke.

And that's just to name a few.

Some of the most important cellular work we do all day happens while we're sleeping. When we don't get enough quality sleep and rest, our cells literally can't effectively repair themselves.

It literally damages every system in our bodies.

Capitalism lies.

Getting enough sleep is actually one of the most meaningfully "productive" things we can do.

昨日夜更かししてたから、、まだ眠いんだよね・・ みんなはあのあと眠れたの…？ 今日は誕生日だし、せっかくだから猫たちに会いに来たら、みんないつもの場所に集まってくれてた。でも、猫じゃらしはもう飽きちゃったみたいで、猫が好きなおもちゃでおすすめなものあったら教えて。（一松）

Today's our birthday, so I went to see the cats and they were all gathered in the usual spot. But, it seems like they've gotten tired of the cat teaser. If you guys have any recommendations for toys that cats like, please let me know. (-Ichimatsu)
