Dovekit was born beside his sister Starkit, given the name as she died far to soon. Starkit was dead, but Dovekit, he was special. Leaders are given stars on they're flank when they gain they're title. But little Dovekit was born with a star on his head.

A sickly sweet cat, Dovevine always has a warm smile plastered on his face. It seems to be his resting expression as no one has ever seen him frown. Almost like a local priest, Dovevine is a preacher. Sharing any knowledge about the afterlife he can onto any cat. Considering how religious Lily of the Valley Clan is, Dovevine is very respected. Dovevine holds a very high ranking in the clan, seemingly higher than any deputy. The only status he rivals is the leader.

Lily of the Valleys self centered leader.Thornstar has been leader since he was a young cat, rising to the position younger than most. Thornstar is now much older than he once was before. But don't think that his cruel nature comes from old age, Thorntail was also a mean cat.

Thornpaw was a very bratty and excitable apprentice, excited to become a warrior. But he ended up getting very badly injured on his leg after taking a large fall down a rocky ridge. All those moons he stayed in the med den, falling farther and farther behind. The other apprentices at the time, Elmpaw, Cottonpaw and Warblerpaw would constantly rub in the fact that he couldn't participate in apprentice activities like everyone else. A deep jealousy formed in Thornpaw, he would be the most powerful cat in all the clans.

Thornstar is what most would say, utterly obsessed with Dovevine. The main reason Dovevine has such a high position, practically being higher than the deputy. Is because Thornstar is constantly thinking about him and letting him do whatever he pleases.

Comfreydance was born outside of the clan as a kitty-pet, spending most of his kittenhood like that. He was separated from his mother by two-legs very young, wrapped in a shiny box under a pine tree too a little boy. He doesn't talk about it much but his old Two-legs loved him alot at first, but that love quickly faded. They forgot to feed him, and play with him. He felt very lonely, in that empty house.

He had began to loose hope, when chance at freedom suddenly presented itself. His two-legs had forgot to close the front door, and he wasn't gonna pass it up.

Comfreydance came to the clan a scrawny kitten, but nowadays he's very happy and well fed. He decided to become a healer as he found interest in herbs and plants, and although he often slacks off on the job, he's very loved by Dreamingclan. A generally very sassy girl-dad with a beautiful mate.

When Redcrawl first came to Dreamingclan Comfreydance thought the two looked very similar. And as the two got to chat they realized they may have had the same mother. Comfreydance feels very awkward trying to be a big brother, which contrasts from his usual laid back personality. He also can't help but feel a bit jealous of a cat that got the childhood he always wanted.

Lynxfur was always much bigger than his peers. He towered over them in both height and physical strength. But almost like a foil, he always found himself gazing at the flowers. Lynxfur never liked violence, often avoiding it as much as possible. When he was just a kit he even dreamed of being a clan healer. But when he approached Dovevine, and asked in his tiny voice to be his apprentice.. The older Tom only smiled and told him " I believe that isn't appropriate."

Lynxfur is seen as one of the clans biggest.. disappointments. So much promise from such a strong cat, and yet no charge. Lynxfur was terrified when he got assigned Novapaw as his apprentice, but still wanted to show her she was welcomed. He tried everything to talk with her, but never got much of any reply back.

An accident that would always keep him up at night. One day during training, him and Novapaw were sparring. Nova seemed to have a sudden flash in her eyes, lunging into training with her claws out. In an accidental flinch like reaction, Lynxfur raked his claw across her face. He had never felt like such a monster when everyone started screaming.

Every battle training after has been very awkward. Despite Novapaw not seeming to even react when he accidentally clawed her in the face. Everyone in the clan keeps on saying he should " Be named Lynxclaw now" seeing as the lynx in him finally "Came out".

Grotto Clan Deputy

The ever diligent Grotto Clan Deputy, rewarded for her great fishing skills and fighting prowess. Much like Eeltail Covehook grew up with a need for proving herself.

Saltpool sadly died quickly after Covekits birth due to infection. Raised by only her father, Sunburn. Sunburn was always hurt because of the hot sun, the cold winters and the sharp rocky tunnels, due to his lack of fur. Covehook always saw how sad this made her Dad, and in some way she swore to show him that anyone could achieve anything.

When Covehook became deputy she knew Eeltail would be glaring at her across camp. Being as nice as she was, she always tries to compliment him. But was always greeted with glares, she would always eventually shrivel up and walk away. She thought it was just her luck when her former apprentice Wooddrift became his mate..

Her sister Slatepaw always managed to get a rise out of her, and the two would end up arguing, only for their mentors to break them up. She was embarrassed and resentful of the way Slateheart would bring attention to her. By the time she reached the age of a warrior, Willowjaw would wonder the coast-side, lost in thought. Grottoclan had always had a connection with the boat cats that came into the harbor, so opportunity for cats from each groups meeting were high. When the pretty brown and white tom said hello to her she couldn’t help but smile.

The toms name was Fliss, he was a charming young cat. The two probably rushed into things a bit too fast, the long distance of their relationship didn’t help anything either. The horrible realization hit her when she found out she was expecting. She broke the news to Fliss, and when he responded with fear, her heart sank. He told her he had the life of a boat cat, and couldn't care for his kits. Maybe it was best they didn't see eachother anymore. This hit her like a rock, she was devastated.

She raised Sailkit and Alliumkit on her own, to say things were hard for her would be an understatement. It didn't help that Slateheart didn't show her much sympathy. By the time her kits grew up they weren't close with their closed off mother, and she had no friends.

That's when she met Fliss again, to be honest she had missed their old love. The time they had been together was the happiest of her life. And Fliss was willing to give things another chance.

When she had another single kit she didn't tell him. She scooped up Woodkit and ran into the night. When his boat came ashore she told him she was ready to become a boat cat. She was ready to commit to him with their daughter. She was gonna live this dream. And just like last time he grimaced, mumbled an excuse, and turned away.

After her heart was broken again she swore off romance of any kind, she didn't care anymore. When she put Fliss behind her it almost seemed like she was more emotionally there for Woodkit. She babies Wooddrift alot and has grown attached to her. She has tried to connect with her first litter, and although they will always resent her in some way. They have begun to heal as a family. She currently doesn't approve of Wooddrifts choice in mates, thinking he'll just break her heart. But let's it slide as her daughters happy.

Grotto Clans local ditsy pretty girl. Although she may not always be the brightest, she is very nice. Constantly complementing clan mates and treating everyone with aloof respect. She spends most of her time with her mother, mostly because Willowjaw worrys for her.

Most would expect that she fell in love with the tall strong tom cat Eeltail. But how they got together left their clan mates chuckling. For moons Eeltail has been trying to impress Wooddrift, but the She-cat didn't seem to make any note of his abilities. He was so used to most cats complimenting him, so when she didn't he kept going more and more insane with the feats. In the end the two got together when Wooddrift saved him from an incoming storm, pulling him from the edge of the cliff face. Like a knight in shining armor. The two are currently expecting their first litter! And Wooddrift couldn't be more pleased, already thinking up names and potential personalities for her babies.

Lemonkit was found deep in Dreamingclan territory, no one knows how a cat would get a kit that far into the territory. He was found crying and screaming in an old tire. Whatever happened to him before they found him left him dirty and covered in fleas. When he was brought back to camp, most potential adopters were chased off by his wails. But something must have won over the young healer Teagleams heart.

Most nights in clan are now filled with crying Lemonkit who has no real words to articulate himself. And then tired and frantic Teagleam, trying to hush and stop the crying for a second. This leaves them BOTH crying by the end of the night. No one is far too happy about the predicament. Giving the kit annoyed looks, that Teagleam responds to by snapping at. Lemonkit was named after his soar yet hopefully sweet nature, and his yellow pelt.

A very young warrior, ready to leap out into the world and leave his foot print. It's a shame that he doesn't really seem to be all too good at hunting.. or fighting.. and became a warrior late..But he wears his bone bracelet with pride! And he is here to prove himself! Even if his siblings roll their eyes.

A mama's boy, licked behind his ears by her when he failed his assessment the first time. He's not too sure how his siblings already have their lives put together, he just wants to have a good time.

Born from an affair between her mother Sporetooth and a Dreaming Clan cat named Currantcry. Lily of the Valley Clan didn't want to accept her and her siblings, only barely letting Sporetooth stay. Everything causes a lot of pressure to be put on her by her mother to not displease the clan and go above your average appreciation, because she "wasn't your average apprentice."

She never felt as close to anyone when Bryonypaw came into her life. The two were the most head strong apprentices in the clan. For a good time she felt as if she didn't need to prove herself of anything. Apart of her knew they weren't just joking when they said they loved each other. Before their warrior assessment they promised themselves that if no tom caught their eyes they would become mates. They both laughed about it, but both truly wished the other meant it.

They really did get ahead of themselves when Bryonystep went after that coyote.

From a young age Teagleam had always known he was.. different, he didn't know exactly what it was that made him feel so different. He always had this emptiness that festered and ate up at him. This feeling stayed with him into the start of his apprenticeship. After a moon of training to be a warrior and not feeling anything, he eventually broke down. Those around his thought it being best if he tried another path, as a healer.

Teagleam is a strict and antsy healer, not to say he is mean though! He's capable of a lot of kindness, his patience just wears thin. Especially with his ex mentor and lead healer Comfreydance.

One day a kit was brought back to camp by Cranefoot, no one knew what to do with the little kit. And despite it all the very young medicine cat took Lemonkit in. He's very stressed out and has no idea what he's doing. Alot of the people around him think he should just give up and that he's being silly. But he's not going to give up on his baby.

RedCrawl was born as a loner alongside their litter-mates Merluzzo, Gia and Minnow. They were born with the name Froggy. They grew up under Comfys kind and loving presence, and Tonno's watchful gaze. Froggy began traveling when they reached the age to wander on their own, waving their mother's goodbye.

For about 10 moons they spent their time wandering around, though despite finally being independent, they felt lonely. Without other cats around them. And it looked like they were gonna stay alone like that, until they ran into a cat. A she-cat was seen running away from a large dog, the She-cat was frantically losing speed as the dog grew closer. Froggy knew how dogs acted in town, and this one didn't look all that aggressive. Knowing what they did they took a chance for this stranger and ran in front of the dogs path. The dog stopped to a halt in front of the small cat. Froggy anxiously smiled as the dog shoved its big wet nose in their face, aggressively sniffing as if searching for something. They cautiously gave the dog a good bap on the nose, it shook its head with the rest of its body before play bowing and running off in a big zoom. Froggy never understood what went through their heads.

The She-cat watched as the dog ran into the bushes, sitting next to froggy. She asked how he knew that trick and where they were from. They had to admit they missed talking to other cats like this. She soon introduced herself as Bluebrook from Dreamingclan, they had never heard of Clans before. Bluebrook showed them back to their camp where they decided to stay awhile, taking a warrior name to truly mark their place in their new home.

Eeltail is your strong and fierce warrior, looked up to by Grotto clan for his strong muscles, no doubt built up by swimming against harsh currents. Because of this praise, he's built up an almost arrogance about him. Rumor has it he tries so hard just to get his leader Dad's attention, trying to get him to look his way.

You could imagine Eeltails annoyance when his girly and absent minded brother, Bubblepaw, was made his apprentice. He found himself constantly bonking him on the head when he wasn't paying attention. Though Bubblepaw may not be warrior material he can't help but feel protective over the little guy.

Eeltail after finding a new fondness for looking after his younger brother is very excited ( and secretly nervous ) about his mate expecting kits!

Brightfreckle, like her name is a very Bright cat. Constantly thinking up witty things to say and always there to joke and laugh with her cheeky grin. The Leadership and relationship duo of Brightfreckle and Sharpstar naturally foil each other, but they love each other so dearly and work together well. The two adopted two kits whose loner mother died of old age. The family was very happy despite having to work through some things, but lately she’s been having some trouble with Shiveringshade. She’s very close with her introverted and pessimistic brother Currantcry, Brightfreckle being the main reason Currantcry wasn’t punished worse when he had Half-clan kits.

Lately she's been worried for Sharpstar who despite being the same age as her seems to be declining much faster than her. She hopes if she retires in a few moons Sharpstar will do the same and join her in the elders den.

Coyotestar, once Coyotebark, was the child of Morning glory Clans old leader, Drystar. When the loner Drystar was seeing, left a small mewling kit on Morning Clan territory, Drystar panicked.. So he did the same, leaving his small daughter outside the territory. Luckily a Morning Glory Clan warrior while hunting stumbled upon the small kit. Though Marblewhisker found The newly named Coyotekit, The entire medicine den quickly fell in love with her. Drystar almost made them throw her back out, but his own cowardice made him keep his mouth shut. As Coyotebark grew up, Drystar started to feel love for his child, but in a form of jealousy. He hated how much everyone loved his own "Mistake" more than him. He appointed her deputy as a way of being able to give her harder tasks, hoping that she would give up and leave entirely. But to his surprise Coyotebark only excelled at every task.

As a leader Coyotestar is light hearted and more go with the flow. She is a lot less serious than the other leaders which leaves them feeling somewhat annoyed.

known for her stoic face and seemingly sharp exterior. Sharpstar deeply cares for her clan and is willing to fight any battle for them. Sharpstar always chooses the peaceful option when she can. The other clans make fun of dreamingclan for being such softy's though, considering the amount of cats they just let in.

Sharpstar is also the clans only openly queer leader. In an environment where things of that nature are/were looked down upon. It's a breath of fresh air for the queer elders in dreaming clan. They love Sharpstar and the change for newer generations she brought.

Though she's always stoic and blank faced, there's one cat who will always get her to crack a smile. Her mate Brightfreckle. The two are the most loving couple in the clans. Even any harassment from other leaders, or other clan cats couldn't make them drift apart.

Recently Sharpstars health has been declining with age, seemingly much faster than a cat her age should be.

Olmstars cute fluffy son, often mistaken for a she-cat and looking much younger for his age. Bubblepaw is also often times seen as annoying and privileged by a lot of the Grotto clan members. He asks many questions that seem weird and psychological. Like "Do birds have favorite prey?" "What makes the sky blue?" He asks before swiftly being wacked on the head, of course only when his parents aren't around though. Bubblepaw seems almost used to this though, continuously walking through life, keeping his head up in the clouds.

Glasskit

This girl is very unsure of herself and everything around her. She tries her best to be energetic about things but she just doesn't like getting wet. Sadly for her she was born into a Clan, founded on a swamp. Her parents are trying to slowly get her used to standing in water, baby steps Glasskit!

Barnkit

What a cheeky young girl! Always coming up with a joke to say a loud, she might seem like any mean toddler, but she really just likes to make people laugh. When she accidentally made Puddlekit cry, she quickly comforted him and apologized.

Raccoonkit

Head empty.. well not really. Raccoonkit loves to stare at whatever whenever. But recently her parents have noticed when she stares at something long enough, she almost feels entitled to the thing she's been studying. Wordlessly picking up that object and carrying it around with her wherever she goes. She got in a lot of trouble when she stole Muckpatches fun new bones.

Puddlekit

The oldest! And though Chickadeepaw is actually the oldest, well.. he's the one in charge! Though his parents have told him he doesn't have to take the role so seriously, he has to!! And that's just the truth. Though this spunky little guy tends to tears very often, being olds just hard. And he has so many responsibilities!

Tonno

Tonno used to run in a cut throat rouge gang, tough rules and no softness aloud. She learned how to take down a cat in seconds. She didn't expect though, for the soft sweet toned cat to win their heart. Comfy let her come out of her shell she didn't even know had been formed. But Tonno couldn't just leave the gang.. Comfy knew she could. The two faced down the rouge gang kicking butt and escaped. All the while The two fell in love.

Tonno now lives in a butcher shop with a small Italian family who named her Tonno. She says they don't mind them, but you know she cares for them.

Comfy was born to a mother who escaped from the confinements of a Kitten mill. Early on in her life Comfy had to support her mother through the mental pain she was going through. So when she was free to venture out on her own, there was no end to the amount of things she did and saw. Many tom cats have tried to claim her heart over the course of her life, her fur being so pretty she's bound to always have a few attempted suitors. But she never really cared much for tom cats. She found the deepest love in her mate Tonno.

This lady has had quite a few litters, even so she can remember all her kids with detail. Some kits she still sees, others she can only hope to see again.

In retirement she spends her days lazing about the twoleg town close to Lily of the valley Clan. Due to slowing down in her old age she was finally caught by some two legs, and promptly put up for adoption where she was adopted by a twoleg couple. She could leave but, she just doesn't mind the extra food.

Chickadeepaw

Chickadeepaw doesn't like being looked down on, but everyone around him seems to love it. Chickadeepaw is a nice but also pretty opinionated young cat. His parents love to coddle him, and although he loves them, he hates it. Luckily for him Batecho and Fogseep recently had another litter of kits to fuss over. Which leaves a lot of room for him to explore. Chickadeepaw managed to befriend a Lily of the valley Clan apprentice, Sheeppaw. The two bonded over feeling alienated and enjoyed looking at things through a more analytical lens.

Combeye used to be a fairly happy kitty-pet who always was allowed to roam outside by his house folk. During this time he was named Scooby by his house folk. Everyday he would wander off farther and farther, he loved his two-legs but at night he would yearn to be curled in the grass. One moon while he was adventuring he was grabbed by his tail and lifted into the grasp of a group of young two-leg kits. He hissed and attempted to fight back, but he was swiftly shoved into a bag. The walls of the bag closed in and the darkness was unescapable. When he was released from the bag he was violently dropped into a fenced off area with a large dog, it drooled from its mouth and wagged its tail when it saw him. It’s orb-like eyes caught the light like two headlights staring straight into him. The twoleg kits behind him called and cheered with laughter. He ended up escaping after quite a few attempts, but not before gaining a few bite marks and losing most of all his right ear.

After that incident he didn’t think he could return home, he felt as if all two-legs would feed him to dogs. During this period of his life was definitely his lowest. He could barely survive on his own, he was about to give up, when she found him.

( During the time between, when he was on his own he got conjunctivitis in his left eye that still stays with him )

When Martenrush found him, she said he could give up and die or find a purpose. His eyes gleamed at the idea off a purpose, so often he yearned for more. When he ran from the life he thought he settled for, when he slept in the grass each night. For so many moons he thought their was nothing left for him..But there was truly a blessing when she came, and she confirmed it so, she was a blessing.

When Combeye joined the clan he gave up his old life. He was a clan cat now, a new name and a new home. He was trying to recover from everything, to find peace

Over the corse of their relationship she attached Combeye to herself to an unhealthy degree. Instead of healing he was falling farther into disrepair.

Cometpaw is the most happy and laid back apprentice there is in Lily of the Valley Clan. Whenever you’re feeling blue he’ll be there to offer you a shoulder to lean on. I mean, I think that’s what she wants to do! From kit-hood Cometpaw and his siblings were a close knit trio. Even when things got rough they would always support each other. It’s hard when things are bad with your parents, and it warmed Cometpaws heart when her father looked at him with the same compassion he longed for. With each lick behind the ear, she fell deeper into the new found comfort. Sheeppaw and Novapaw were quickly being left in the dust, Cometpaw was just so caught up in everything when Dovevine chose Cometpaw as the clans next healer. Quick hellos and goodbyes is all you can manage to blurt out before Cometpaw was whisked away back to the side of their father. And it’s not like Sheeppaw and Novapaw would want to ruin their sister’s new found love for life.. it’s just that he can get so frustrating.. how was the difference fair?

Novapaw, Sheeppaw and Cometpaws sister. While Sheep and Comet were preened into place, Novapaw has always been left on her own. Though she seems to find that just fine, her heart would tell you otherwise. If Novapaw was raised in a loving environment perhaps she would still have that same compassionate love she once had as a kit. Novapaw instead of family or friends has quickly thrown herself into her training, to much in fact that she sustained the scar across her nose. When training one day with her mentor, she unsheathed her claws. In an attempt to defend himself her mentor accidentally scratched her along the face, much to the large Tom’s horror. Even when everyone started panicking, Novapaw still had that same dead pan expression plastered on her face. Trainings have been awkward for them ever since.

Sheeppaw! The basically main character of my story lf there is one. She’s upset at the world and I don’t blame her. Her father is Dovevine, the lead healer of the clan and a very well respected religious figure. Sheeppaw was often outcast in favor of her brother Cometpaw, who had been chosen as their father’s favorite and as his apprentice. Grown up with a lot of religious trauma and guilt due to seeing herself as doing the wrong thing. Her mentor Basilroot seems to be the only one growing increasingly worried about her.
