This is literally me preaching zhongven but....
Their literally made for eachother, both are archons. Both fought in the archon war, both lost one dear to them, shared trauma brings people together!!
They've both gone through similar trainwrecks but are both such opposites at the same time which is what brings them together, you can see in multiple quests/cutscenes/wiki pages ect. that they've been close since their beginnings, since the seven met in liuye.
They've both lived for thousands of years, witnessing the uprise and downfall of things that have existed since God knows when, they both have witnessed the downfall of kh'aneriah and the uproar of man. The making of new mondstat and dragonspine, the freedom of inazuma and the banishment of the vision hunt decree.

โ 31.12.2023 โ ele tinha uma inspiraรงรฃo e um sonho, pena que nรฃo avisaram que seria muito mais difรญcil do que imaginava. Gente, nรฃo ta escrito o quanto eu sofri fazendo essa budega, quase exclui esse arquivo umas trรชs vezes e ainda achei pouco. O sofrimento foi tanto que nem tive cabeรงa para fazer um tรญtulo descente :') sรณ estou publicando pq queria fazer um รบltimo post bonitinho, e ele ta mas poxa, uma hora e meia de dor e estresse, acho que perdi mais cabelo do que na รฉpoca que fazia vestibular igual um doente. Enfim, apesar de tudo, mais tarde se inicia um novo ano e eu desejo tudo do bom e do melhor para cada um de vocรชs, bjs <33 P. The theory that Teyvat is enclosed in a false sky/prison is so devastating to venti specifically because it means that Nameless bard (and the rest of old Mondstadtโs people) never truly saw the sky, they left their old prison only to enter a larger one. They died for nothing in a sense
