For me, it's:
вкусно (vkusno) which is Russian for "yummy"
Dankeschön which is German for "thank you"
Très bien which is French for "very good"
Really the only reason I like that last one is because it's the catchphrase of the magician from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. At least, it's his catchphrase in the dubbed version.
