They're too silly

When I first saw the daima trailer, I assumed the makaioshin would be an evil Shin clone! So here's a design I made for him! :)

Evil Shin criticizing Shin for his past actions, belittling him like Beerus and old kai and telling him everything is his fault....the angst is crazy y'all.

Designs for what I call "Post-Killer" Sans, inspired by thinking about @rahafwabas 's second comic on Killer's origin, where he's re-programmed by Chara. The one on the left from an "interrupted" Bad Timeline (a timeline where Killer helped Chara or the Bad Sanses), and the one on the right from a Good Timeline (a timeline where he killed Chara). More information about them under the cut~!

The "interrupted" Bad Timeline is one where someone partially undoes Chara's programming. Because this version fully became "Killer" and murdered his friends and family, the person who rescues him leaves him a little bit of Determination -- as Alphys describes it: "The will to live. The resolve to change fate."

If he were turned fully back into "Sans," he might destroy himself in despair after what he's done. However, the Determination is contained safely inside his soul now.

This "Post-Killer" doesn't feel that he is still Sans, and so he goes by Z now. When people ask him what it stands for, he'll give them a different answer every time. He dresses very differently to distinguish himself from the skeleton he used to be, and though he can manifest his eye lights, he prefers to leave them off, because it gives him an air of ~mystery.~ However, he'll use them when he wants to express himself in a more forceful way, and sometimes they'll appear on their own when he feels a powerful emotion.

Although he doesn't see himself as Sans, some of Sans's core personality remains. Z is still a jokester and a prankster who enjoys having a good time with the people around him. He's more of a chatterbox, though, as well as more optimistic and willing to do things in self-interest. Z likes to present himself with a certain amount of swagger and very much enjoys flirting, especially with his S/O(s). He's very romantic and wants them to feel swept off their feet even if they've been together for a long time.

The Sans from the Good Timeline never fully succumbed to Chara's re-programming and never killed anyone, although it was very difficult for him. With the help of his loved ones, he's able to either resist the urge to gain LV, or is restrained when he's overcome until he can get control over himself once more. Together, they come up with a plan to defeat Chara. After Sans kills them, he uses their soul along with the other six to break the barrier, allowing the monsters to return to the surface.

Before leaving, Alphys uses the DT Extraction Machine to remove the extra Determination from Sans's soul. It hasn't quite fully gone back to its former shape, and Sans still feels the effects of the reprogramming sometimes. He has trouble making decisions -- when asked what he wants, his mind sometimes goes blank, and he genuinely doesn't know how to answer. His emotions also aren't as strong as they used to be, but they're still present -- just quieter.

For a while, Sans goes through a period of wondering if he is "really Sans" again, aware that his programming was still changed and that he's just one of a version of various Sanses. [Art of him during his recovery period.] However, in the end he decides that yes, he IS still Sans -- it's who he wants to be. Now that everyone's free from the resets and have a future to look forward to, he also feels a little more optimistic and energetic, and likes to dress in brighter colors than he used to.

[Although he just calls himself "Sans," as a nickname I refer to him as "Sans Avec," to distinguish him from the other Post-Killer and from Classic Sans.]

Both Z and Sans Avec have stains from the black overflow of Determination that used to leak from their eyes. Sans A. sometimes likes to put cosmetic glitter over his to make it look more like an intentional style choice.

especially if you've ever struggled with eating/eating healthy/remembering to eat, you shouldn't use meals as a reward.

a treat can be a motivator, food in general can't.

you need to eat, even if you're not being super productive, or putting out your best work. everyone needs to take five every now and then. touch some grass, stretch, have a snack. remember to stay hydrated -not just when it's melting-hot, but all year 'round.

People point out the dreadful John/Joan case, (dr. Money did do useful research in his time too, but, ew) and somehow frame it as evidence against trans people. Absurd, since the results are actually proof, that neither sex & biological factors, nor the environment (upbringing, social roles etc.) affect our gender -just the extend to which we're comfortable expressing & discussing it. Poor David was a boy. He didn't turn into a girl, despite the sex reassignment surgeries, and being shoved into the feminine mold by his social surroundings. Which made him extremely uncomfortable. (I won't go into details, the life of the Reimer twins was a tragedy, but do read up, if you're interested.)

I've heard some extreme people claim we're 'making people (think they're) trans', or encouraging children to have surgery. I've never heard this happen, but it exists in these people's minds. I would agree; it's a terrible idea to actively try & change someone's gender experience. We shouldn't be messing with children's healthy genitals. No one should be forced to abide by gender roles. Thing is, that's exactly what the world is currently doing to many trans & intersex (as well as cis) kids. I wish the general public would understand how crucial this is.

'Evolution's just a theory' So is gravity, but I don't see you floating off to space. Just because you don't fully understand how something works, or came to be, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

This seems to cause some confusion still, so let me crack it open a little..

Girls & elderly women before puberty & after menopause. Trans women. Pregnant people. People with menstrual disorders. Genderfluid & intersex people, who may or may not be women. Trans men. People of non-binary genders. Agender people.

Only marketing period products to cis-women causes many to feel uncomfortable & left out, and buying them (we damn need them still) can cause dysphoria & even put people in danger (see 'hate crimes') No woman I've talked to actually likes the pretty-pink girlboss -aesthetic for these hygiene products anyway. So we plead: GENDER-NEUTRAL MENSTRUAL CARE <3

Oon sanonut ennenkin, että nää 'paremmat' journalistiset, ja keltainen lehdistö alkaa huolestuttavasti erottua toisistaan entistä vahvemmin vain ulkoasullaan. Hyvää lehtimiestapaa on loukattu mm. plagioinnilla, kyseenalaisella kuvituksella ja kunnianloukkauksilla laidasta laitaan jo pidemman aikaa. Siitä voidaan sitten puhua erikseen, että millainen julkinen spekulaatio on ok ja millainen ei, etenkin lasten ja yksityishenkilöiden kohdalla. Pointti on siinä, että kun valtamediassa julkaistaan suoraan ja kritiikittä äärimielipiteitä samalla, kun ihmiset arkielämässään kärsii niiden vaikutuksista, jokin on vinossa ja pahasti.

Se, että jossain menee huonommin, tai että Suomessa vois mennä huonommin, ei tarkoita, että meillä menee nyt riittävän hyvin & kehittämisen voi lopettaa. 'Riittävän hyvin'; täällä rivikansalaiset yrittää päivittäin polkea toistensa oikeuksia mm. kotirauhaan, itse-ilmaisuun, koulunkäyntiin ja uskonvapauteen. Ei kuulosta reilulta minusta.

Joku voi sanoa, että 'lehtimiestapa' on vanhanaikainen etiketti, mutta itse pidän sitä (pää-asiassa) ihan validina laaturajana. Ihan vähintään radikaalina pidettäviin julkaisuihin pitäisi aina ottaa mukaan asiantuntijan tai 'vastakkaisen' mielipiteen edustajan näkökanta.

Please, use your heads, use your voices and most importantly, use your votes, 'cause you can & we're counting on you to make a wise decision.

We shouldn't only get involved in fights that directly affect us -we should fight for everything we believe in. I know it can sometimes be a lot. Not all communities even want help from 'outsiders'. But we have to stick together. 'Cause for everything that's different about us, there's something in common for everyone.

How can we expect ALL people to make changes for our closest causes, if we're not ready to step up out of our lane even a little bit for theirs? So today I speak for everything I see is wrong in this world. And you should too.
