three things on your mind?
We all know that when you start becoming more disciplined and start working on yourself to become a better person, you won't see the results immediately but what people fail to tell you is that sometimes it will take multiple years for you to appreciate the full results of all your hard work. Things wonât fall into place instantly, and expecting your life to change overnight is only setting yourself up for disappointment. Real progress takes lots of time, effort, and patience. At times you might feel as though you're working your fingers to the bone for very little in return or as if things are getting worse instead of better. This is not the case, you will definitely get to where you want to be but you always have to keep working towards your goals and the gains will come to you when you least expect it. Discipline is the foundation of self-improvement; you canât depend on fleeting bursts of motivation to make lasting changes in your life. You need to build strength and discipline to push past the excuses and take consistent, purposeful action, even when it feels hard. Itâs about showing up for yourself day after day. True strength lies in doing what needs to be done, even when you donât feel like itâwhich, more often than not, will be the case.
There will be times when you must decide between staying true to yourself and pursuing personal success. Your own preferences, values, beliefs, and identity might conflict with the actions or compromises required for personal success. Peopleâs perceptions, judgments, and decisions are deeply influenced by their personal experiences, emotions, and biasesâfar more than we often assume. Regardless of their position, whether they are experts, leaders, or authority figures, they remain human, shaped by their own worldviews, insecurities, and subconscious inclinations. Their preconceived notions about you will significantly influence the outcome, even in cases when it should solely depend on your actual competence. As an example - I think that investing into your looks and making sure you look beautiful before stepping out into the world is incredibly important as a woman. Beauty is power but not entirely your own, and the kind of beauty that can be used to your advantage depends on how others see it and that's just a fact. There are many types of beauty and itâs important to think about the kind of beauty thatâs most celebrated in your surroundings. For instance, the industry Iâm in doesnât appreciate any intentional attention to personal styleâthat's just how it is. Complaining about something I can't change or forcing others to accept me as I am is only going to hold me back from valuable opportunities and hurt my future prospects when I could just accept it as it is and profit.
You can't really expect things to be always going smoothly if you want your life to change drastically. Growth happens when you step outside what feels familiar, take risks, and challenge yourself to embrace the discomfort that comes with progress. It's essential to embrace and get really comfortable with the idea of change, because without it, your life wonât evolve. It's not going to feel good to give up old habits, resist temptation of short term pleasures and overcome instant gratification, step out of your comfort zone, spend hours on tedious tasks, severe ties with people you've known all your life, face your biggest insecurities, put your hard-earned money into your personal growth, or unpack your inmost pent up feelings and years of trauma. It's scary, it's difficult and it's uncomfortable. But if you want to build yourself a good life, it's absolutely necessary and there's no doubt you'll need to make certain sacrifices on the way. People often place too much emphasis on the end results, neglecting the journey itself, when in reality, it should be the other way around. The true value lies in the process, in the growth and learning that happen along the way and the results will naturally follow. Brianna West said it best when she said your new life is going to cost you your old one. Itâs going to cost you your comfort zone and your sense of direction. Itâs going to cost you relationships and friends. If you want your life to transform, you embrace change.
One of the hardest parts about trauma is overcoming hyper-independence and understanding that you donât have to do everything by your own strength. That thereâs no virtue in suffering and doing everything entirely on your own. That itâs okay to have expectations for how you want others to show up in your life, and those expectations donât make you a burden. That having faith means letting go of the belief that everything is in your hands and instead trusting your future to someone greater than you.
Overcoming hyper-independence is a journey in itself.
Hey girl love the work outs! Just wondering if you have any suggestions for fupa workouts or lower abs! Love you queen xx
hi lovely! if you want to lose your fupa, the main thing you have to do is work on fat loss through a calorie deficit. that area is a really difficult area to lose fat from for women because of hormones and how we carry our weight, but through a calorie deficit and incorporating some exercise to tighten the muscles in that area, you should be able to see a difference!

I been tracking my mood & I think social media is affecting my mood tremendously. Anything you recommend for boredom without instagram, tik tok , twitter , and even limiting myself on tumblr. I mentally canât afford to spend so much time like this behind a screen.
I have the perfect thing to focus onâŚ.. yourself đâ¤ď¸
These are all the things I do, that I thorougly enjoy and arenât related to social media⌠and they all make me better too.
Cooking, farmers markets
Learning and taking notes about health, beauty, history etc
Learning new languages
Reading
A very extensive beauty routine
Going on long walks, grounding
Making my million juices
Pilates
Stock market
Creative hobbies
Journaling
Hair, nails
More income related things
Etc etc etc
I set a timer on my phone, and I limit my social media use to one hour a day. When you focus too much on others, you end up living for them instead of yourself. But when you spend your time on things that fulfill you and help you grow, you stop feeling like youâre missing out. You wonât care what others are doing because youâll be busy doing what makes you feel good.
Start doing things that make you happy & help you improve. Think of time away from the internet as a way to take control of your mind and emotions. Value your time and invest your energy in things that truly give you a high ROI.
My type is the hot, rich, somewhat introverted but masculine nerdy men. Thereâs something about a man with deep intellect that just does it for me. Mental stimulation is such an important component of relationships and bonds between people. At this point in my life Iâm past shallow personalities, I want depth and enriching relationships in my life only.
Having money doesnât solve every problem, but it sure does help. It gives you options, resources, and a safety net that can make navigating lifeâs challenges a little easier.
Being attractive isnât everything, but it sure does help. It can open doors, create opportunities, and make first impressions smoother, even if what truly matters lies beneath the surface.
Getting an education wonât make you rich, but it sure does help. It broadens your perspective, builds critical skills, and often gives you a stepping stone toward better opportunities.
Having connections doesnât guarantee success, but it sure does help. The right network can support you, introduce you to new opportunities, and guide you through challenges.
Having discipline wonât make you immune to setbacks, but it sure does help. It allows you to stay consistent, overcome obstacles, and turn goals into achievements.
Having confidence doesnât mean youâll never doubt yourself, but it sure does help. Believing in your worth and abilities can carry you through uncertainty and help you advocate for what you deserve.
The truth is, none of these guarantees a perfect life, but each one plays a role in shaping your journey, helping you rise above challenges and reach your potential.

tips for last minute revision for physics, chemistry (phy, inorg, org) and maths? cause i got no clue
hi ml, i wish i had good enough tips to help you, but i'm struggling myself, but i'll try to help.
so, let's talk per subject, for chem, i'd suggest to revise any short notes you have and be thorough with the textbook!! just have a formula sheet ready for physical chem to skim through, for inorganic mug the textbook up, i'm sorry there's no way out, literally and the very same goes for organic, we're all scared but from personal experience, it's that damn book questions are asked from as clichĂŠ as it sounds, it is very important!!
for phy, again, short notes, that's all, skim through important theory and formulas, it's important to mug up all the formulas and i'm not even kidding, there are direct formula based problems asked, so fetch as many marks as you can.
for math, it's the subject where nothing much could be done in a short span of time, but if you're confident in some chapters, try and review how to solve the most repeated type of questions asked, identify patterns and practice as much, though personally i'd suggest to focus much more on physics and chemistry.
i hope it helped, good luck đ¤

The actuality of things is that you have to let go of your old self to get the what you desire. The old self has to go as it cannot exist in tandem as the new version. It is either or. There is nothing for you in the past, the past does not exist. What exists is what you remember, nothing more. To heal you have to stop going back. You have to get rid of the old self to allow welcome the newness. The comfort of the old self is a fallacy.

Google is so powerful that it "hides" other search systems from us. We just don't know the existence of most of them.
Meanwhile, there are still a huge number of excellent searchers in the world who specialize in books, science, other smart information.

Perspectives shifts to make peace with this:
⢠Disappointment is unavoidable; itâs part of being human.
⢠Putting yourself first doesnât mean you care less about others.
⢠You canât pour from an empty cupâyour well-being matters.
⢠People who truly care will understand your need for boundaries.
⢠Disappointment is temporary; resentment from overgiving lasts longer.
⢠Prioritizing yourself sets an example for others to do the same.
⢠Your worth isnât tied to how much you sacrifice for others.
⢠Saying ânoâ to others is saying âyesâ to yourself.
⢠Youâre responsible for your happiness, not their expectations.
⢠Growth often feels uncomfortable, but itâs necessary for a fulfilling life.
⢠Family expectations can feel heavier, but youâre still allowed to set boundaries.
⢠Disappointing them doesnât mean you donât love themâit means youâre human.
⢠Your needs matter, even if they donât always align with family traditions or values.
⢠You can explain your choices, but youâre not responsible for their feelings.
⢠Loving your family doesnât mean sacrificing yourself.
⢠Putting yourself first can strengthen relationships by reducing resentment.
⢠Healthy boundaries lead to healthier family dynamics over time.
⢠Itâs okay to grow in a direction that feels right for you, even if they donât understand.
⢠You are not obligated to meet everyoneâs expectationsâfamily or not.
⢠Peace comes from accepting that love & disappointment can coexist.
Clever angel: beauty of knowledgeđŚ˘
Sometimes we might catch ourselves feeling ignorant or insecure about our surroundings when others try to know us better𪡠Thatâs why I think everybody should increase theirs horizons!

Create a reading challenge list that includes:
⢠A biography of someone you admire
⢠A book about a country or culture you're curious about
⢠A piece of classic literature
⢠A modern science or technology book
⢠A self-improvement or psychology book
Each month, pick a new skill or topic you want to explore. For instance:
⢠Sign up for a beginner's course in a language you've always wanted to learn, like Spanish or Japanese.
⢠Explore a creative writing workshop to enhance your expressive abilities.
⢠Dive into a web development course to understand the basics of coding.
Incorporate brain-boosting foods into your diet, such as:
⢠Snacking on walnuts or blueberries during your study or reading time.
⢠Adding fatty fish like salmon to your meals twice a week.
⢠Drinking matcha instead of coffee for a gentler caffeine boost and antioxidant benefits.
Besides daily reflections, include:
⢠Weekly goals and achievements
⢠Interesting facts or knowledge you learned that week
⢠Quotes from books or articles that inspired you
⢠Personal insights or ideas sparked by your new learnings
To integrate mindfulness into your routine, try:
⢠Kicking off your mornings with a brief, 10-minute meditation centered on breathing, to refresh your mind and sharpen focus.
⢠Embarking on brief, mindful strolls, fully absorbing the sensations and sights around you, to rejuvenate your mind and spark creativity.
I would really appreciate if you reblog and like this post𪡠Thank you𪟠stay safe
Constant chaos in life will have you confusing peace with boredom. Keep life as simple as you can and find joy in the mundane things. Train yourself to sit in peace and enjoy peace because it is truly a privilege. Not everyone gets to experience it often in their lives.
It doesnât matter whatâs happened this week, who screwed you over, how low you're feeling.. you get yourself together, you focus on your elevation. This is your fucking comeback. You create a new vision board, you write new affirmations, you record yourself speaking life into yourself, reminding you of how fucking-badass you truly are and you loop it and listen every-single-day. You write your forgiviness list and do a mediation to clear all the old baggage, in so creating space for new energy to flow into your life. You pray, and pray some more. You remember to be grateful, always. You put your trainers on and you fucking work-out. You get your groceries from the grocery store and you make healthy clean food. You nourish your body. You remember to take your supplements. You dance, you paint, you cry, you sing. This is your month, your new start, your new beginning.Â
When the time comes you will understand why God made you wait for it.
next time if you ever feel like falling back to old habits just remember this
personally, there's no better motivation than remembering that there's probably many people out there who don't want me to succeed.
I used to want to be something bigger than myself. I wanted to make an impact that lasted longer than I did. But I learned the way to do that isn't by trying to be bigger than you are. You do it by taking up the space you naturally fill in every moment. You do it by loving the people who naturally come in to your life. You do it by gracefully handling the hard circumstances that naturally occur. You do it by being a friend. A conversation with a stranger makes a bigger impact than a voice to a crowd ever could. Your love for one person can change generations. It's quiet. It's humble. Impact isn't always measured by numbers, it's often times measured by a single life. Your impact may be quiet. But it's rooted deep. May it flourish in ways you may never know about.
How I got my life together.
Getting your life together, and I mean really getting it together, should be a priority of yours. You canât miss out on your life by staying in a pattern of losing it all, pulling it together as quickly and as carelessly as you can, and then losing it all again because you werenât ready enough or devoted the first time. I made a choice to pull my life together when I was 18, and Iâve stayed improving myself ever since; I bettered my mental health, fixed my body, changed my mindset, found an aesthetic and style that worked for me and that I loved, and have done my part to keep steadily improving my life and my mindset. If you are devoted to yourself and your life, you will do well and find that the path towards your future will become much clearer as time goes on.
Exercising.
You need to be exercising, bettering your body, and taking the time to nourish yourself and your health. This means eating whole meals and taking the time to cook and prepare them, considering removing heavily processed foods and alcohol from your day-to-day diet, and taking the time to do at home or in gym workouts. I do Move with Nicole videos in the morning, finish up with a quick yoga session, go to the gym in the evenings, and make sure that my body is being fueled by real foods and being properly hydrated throughout the day. You will live in the same body for the rest of your life; you need to make sure that youâre caring for it and nourishing it in ways that will let it support you for the rest of your life. You wonât regret a health journey, and you should actively be on one.Â
Socializing.
Isolation will kill you, and if you already have anxiety, it will worsen it. You should be meeting people, getting to know them, leaving your comfort zone, and trying new things. Your late teens and early twenties are all about taking the time to know people, making and losing friends, and figuring out the sorts of people you want to have in your life forever. You have to socialize, go to social events, join clubs and different activities, and get out of the house. Iâm a person who believes in spending time around and loving other people, and that has saved my life. If you arenât sure how to socialize, donât have friends, or arenât sure of what you like, nowâs the time to learn how. You donât become good at meeting people in one day; it takes time and failure, but the more you do to leave your comfort zone, the easier it will become as time moves along.
Studying.
I believe that life is meant for learning. Itâs important to always be learning, to always be bettering yourself, and to always be keeping your mind busy. While I strongly believe that every woman should have a university education and a degree, I understand that itâs not always feasible. If itâs not possible for you to get a degree, you have to learn a trade, a skill, a language, or find something to occupy your mind so that itâs not idle. Itâs important to always be doing something, and itâs important that youâre pursuing a passion; life isnât much if youâre not passionate about what youâre doing, so you have to find them and do more with them. Education can come from work experience; it can come from pursuing projects, cultivating wisdom, and spending your time nourishing your mind and reading books. Life is a learning experience, and you should be in constant pursuit of educational excellence.Â
Seeing More.
Life is about seeing more and seeing things youâve never experienced. If youâve always wanted to watch a tennis match, step into the ocean, or see the sights in a new city, nowâs the time to start making plans to do those things. We all deserve to see and experience beautiful things, so itâs important that we find the time to do so. If I hadnât made the time to find beauty in the mundane, I wouldnât have made it far. You donât have to spend money pursuing beauty; I find the most beauty Iâve seen in my life is found on short walks and time spent around my city. You should spend your time both looking for beauty and becoming beautiful too.
Doing More.
Doing more is next. Iâve spent my life trying new things, failing, succeeding, having a good time, and learning about what I enjoy. You should be doing more; your twenties are for moving away, visiting new cities, trying new foods, working jobs you hate and finding jobs you love, going to new restaurants and getting into new relationships, and doing more with yourself. All of the greatest women Iâve ever known have told me that they spent next to no time resting in their twenties because they had so much life to live. Iâd encourage you to do things without holding yourself back, and if you donât know what to do with yourself, find things to do. You can't waste your youth being idle; now is the time to get out of your room, see the world and what it has to offer, and do more with yourself and your gifts.
