So I only have the first book of the Kane Chronicles and lemme say something
That series is soooooo underrated. It's actually really fun to read. And it shows the reality of what it's like to have a sibling. I never thought I'd have fun reading it. And I've always been skeptical until now
I agree with you but I wasnt trying to justify Rick's actions. He does need to apologize for the wrong representation.
Stop defending a millionaire‘s honor. He doesn’t give a shit about you all he wants is your money. He’s not your sweet ”Uncle“.
This is all true and I'm genuinely pained as well (being poc myself), but we also have to look at all perspectives before singling rick out as a bad man. Based off of all the things that I've seen on this new information, I do agree that what he did was wrong but rick sid the best he could to try and at least be partially accurate, even if it wasnt done in the best way. I agree that he's made mistakes that have upset people but he did his best to do his research and it shows in his work. Could he have done it differently with a different approach? I believe so. Rick tried his best and I'm not siding with anyone. It's just better to try and understand things from his perspective before making assumptions. We can continue to show how pained we are, but we can have a different approach to show that pain. Let's just try to be open minded about everything

If autumn were a season, she'd look like this to me
Well that would be flattering in every way. It shows that someone actually cares to the point where they'll notice every little detail about you through words.
imagine being the subject of someone's poetry
I LOVE THIS GAME
That's Perry Johansson, Goat Boy and Athena
y’all who’s this (wrong answers only)
Is it just me, or does the world seem to just hate certain things based on first judgement? Like society has this image built up where you can be yourself but to an extent. Where the color of your skin matters more than your personality. What happened to humanity? Can't we all just embrace our differences. After all, we are ALL like books. You have to read it to know the full story instead of judging it by its cover
I just wanna share this gem of mine to everyone
