Lizzie and Scott are both sacrificial lambs, but like.

Lizzie is a sacrificial lamb in the sense of. A wounded animal fighting against its bindings, because it isn't fair for its life to be reduced, time and time again, to what cleansing flames can offer other people.

On the other hand, Scott is a sacrificial lamb in the sense of. An animal who follows you and lays down in your lap as you prepare to slaughter it, because it's accepted that it's only worth is in the gain of other people.

I was watching his video, and I could tell you the exact moment I knew he was going to win. I mean, it was quite clear the whole time, but when Joel died I knew he would win. I could feel it in my bones, and it was clear that there would be a repeat winner for even longer than that. But people don’t just “have pain for no reason” doctors say this all the time (especially to women and chronically ill people) and the truth is, Thats literally not possible. Even if your pains are psychosomatic (a word I hesitate to even use because of the way its used so often) there is a reason you are having those pains whether its mental illness, abuse, etc. If your doctor consistently tells you that “well some people just have pain for no reason” get a new doctor. That’s a doctor who is not going to give a shit what your actual symptoms or experiences are.
