SOYABEAN FRIED RICE
Accidentally favourite.
Ingredients 🎀
Soyabeans (quantity depends on your serving, so take accordingly).
One onion.
One capsicum.
Green chilli.
Cabbage. (Less quantity)
Ginger-garlic paste.
Steamed / cooked rice.
Coriander (opt.).
1 tbs soya sauce.
Laal mirch.
Salt.
First cook your rice then start with the following steps.
Step 1 : Basic preparation
Soak the soyabean in warm water with a bit of salt for at least 15-20 mins, until you feel they are soft.
Drain water fully from soyabeans and then add ginger-garlic paste , laal mirch. Give it a good mix and then add 4-5 spoon of oil into the pan and fry them till they are crispy.
You can also deep fry it.
Step 2 : Cutting
Cut onion and capsicum into small pieces.
Finely cut the cabbage.
Cut corriander.
Chop small pieces of green chilli .
Step 3 : Pan enters
In the same pan in which you fried the soyabeans, add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and give it a good stir.
After add chopped onion and fry until it turns golden.
Then add cabbage and let it get a bit softer.
Then add finely chopped capsicum. (We are adding it after onions and cabbage to give them a little crunch)
After add 1 tbs soya sauce, laal mirch, a bit haldi, salt and a pinch of black pepper if required.
Then add our cooked rice and give it a good mix.
Tada!✨ Your soyabean fried rice is ready! Serve hot!
You can add any vegetables of your choice. I personally prefer these only. Carrots give good flavor too.
Episode 1
CHILLI POTATO
My Absolute Favourite
🎀Ingredients
One potato.
One onion.
One tomato.
One capsicum.
4-5 cloves of garlic.
Ketchup.
Laal mirch powder.
Soya sauce (optional).
Step 1 : Cutting Vegetables
Cut potoato in French fries shape (idk what that shape is called. Rectangle? Dk!)
Slice onions , tomato and capsicum.( Do not finely chop it , it will ruin the whole taste)
Peel the garlic and then finely chop it.
Step 2 : Preparation
Fry the potato in pan or you can just deep fry it like we do with french fries but if you wanna use less oil ,I suggest you to just fry it in a pan with little bit of oil. (Or you can always air fry it! >.<)
Pour ketchup in a small bowl and add finely chopped garlic in it.
You can also add chilli flakes, oregano, soya sauce in it.
Step 3 : The Final
Grab a kadhai and add some oil in it then add sliced onion and tomato. Then after 1 min add capsicum ( let it stay a bit raw because it tastes good like that).
After adding all the vegetables add some laal mirch , haldi if you want but add just q pinch.(or as you wish)
Then add the ketchup and garlic mixture that we created earlier and give it a good mix.
After that you can turn off the stove and add our fried potato.
Adding the potato at last makes it stay a bit crunchy. It eventually gets soggy but tastes good.
Step 4 : Done
Appreciate yourself and eat with pride and joy and happiness!!❤️❤️
Love you alll!✨
P.s - this is my version of chilli potato. I try to keep it a bit healthy and avoid adding sauces and vinegars.
