So you know how redcaps need to have their hats constantly soaked in fresh blood or they'll die right?

What if they were parasites on a Tarrasque or purple worm or some such?

A normally peaceful giant has recently been ravaging the countryside. Why is that giant so cranky? Because there's a redcap colony in his ear!
