im not sure who first thought of "q!forever meeting osmp!phil" but my mind created osmp version of forever and theyve been living in my head for the last 24 hours

I forgot the reason I started posting stuff was so I could post this- they probably also have like better hearing/smell than humans but idk I haven't thought about it yet

'OSMP with Techno as the only human in a hybird commune' except it's also a literal isekai where the enderpearl malfunctioned during the prison arc so it's dsmp!Techno who somehow got transported into osmp but also specifically turned into a human which is hilarious to me

why I love avians in origins

I think there floating is cool people don’t really dwell on it they make a chicken or falling with style joke then move on but I think there floating works kinda like drowning it’s an instinct you can’t drown on purpose because of evolution it’s fascinating

More OSMP Headcanons!

Wilbur didn't have abusive as much as he did neglectful parents, so when Tommy (5) and Technoblade (10) paid his house a visit, they took one look around and decided "yup he's ours now".

Tommy cried a lot as a kid. Not necessarily out of sadness, that was just how he reacted to very emotional situations. When he was older, it turned to yelling because he didn't like the pity he got before.

Tommy didn't bother to make his own views on government, but looked at Wilbur getting into it and went "no king <3".

He went with Techno's ideology, "I seriously couldn't give a fuck as long as it isn't bothering me".

Niki was found as a 12 year old in the lake, and was the only kid Phil needed no persuading to keep. She was a sweetheart.

Ranboo is a jerk but. Different, depending on who he's with. He's a lovable asshole with Bench Trio, but just an actual jerk with everyone else. He has favorites.

Tubbo and Ranboo act like they hate each other, so it was a surprise to everyone when they announced they were (platonically) married.

Scott crash-landed from the stars onto the SMP when he was younger, and claimed homophobia whenever Phil tried to get him to leave. So he stayed.

Phil's the resident father figure and canon 911 so he gets no sleep and needs to be paid more. He loves them though.

Fundy’s just a random kid Wilbur picked off the streets, he's barely younger than him. Wilbur refused to let him go.

Technoblade spent a lot of his childhood looking after Tommy, so once Tommy had friends and family that could take care of him, and he was old enough, Techno left to wander the world.

Wilbur flickers from invisible to solid when he's agitated/sad, so people take objects from him when he's feeling intense emotion.

Niki's like Ranboo's big sister, and tends to mediate all the fights he gets himself into. (A lot of them). She's the only reason he's on speaking terms with like half the server.

Ranboo and Tommy met before they met Tubbo, on one of Ranboo's few trips to the Overworld he was allowed when he was younger. They kept in touch through letters and sneaking out.

Ranboo's a prince, but ran away to live his own life. He didn't know many survival skills, and refuses to accept help.

Technoblade and Tommy were attached at the hip when they were younger, and Wilbur got jealous sometimes.

Techno insisted on Tommy being named Theseus, just because he loved the name. He calls Wil Icarus. He refuses to tell him why.

Tommy introduced Tubbo and Ranboo, it was hatred at first sight <3 (then they got married).

Ranboo's of the firm belief that money can buy happiness, actually. He throws expensive shit at his friends to cheer them up.

Charlie is God. That's it. That's the headcanon.

Ranboo looks up to Phil a lot, despite how he acts. He desperately wants to make the best father figure he's had proud.

Random origins headcanons

Wilbur leans firmly into the whole “ghost” bit now, but when he was younger, being called a ghost kinda rubbed him the wrong way. He firmly believes that, while phantoms are real and based in science, “ghosts” are not and he’s conducted several investigations into their existence to prove it. However he still enjoys ghost-hunting as an activity to do with friends, even if he knows it’s a pointless venture. Everyone else is just amused by the existence of a ghost-hunting ghost.

Adding onto this post, Fundy occasionally spits things up by accident. Everyone could be chilling around the Pube, relaxing after a hard day’s work, when Fundy starts choking on his drink and next thing you know Scott discovers what happened to his fortune 3 diamond pick that went missing. If Fundy steals something from you and you’re desperate enough to get it back, just pick him up and start squeezing him like a squeaky toy. You might not find exactly what you’re looking for, but you’re sure to get plenty of other random shit.

Also Fundy’s body works with absolute cartoon logic- to store larger items in his stomach he can unhinge his jaw, and as he swallows it his body will momentarily retain the shape of the object before shrinking back down to its normal size.

Charlie is semi-solid, so he can also store things inside himself by just shoving them through his skin, but they always get covered in slime. Also unwanted things can end up in there so sometimes he’ll just be walking around full of rocks and twigs, maybe a squirrel or two.

Ranboo has noodle arms which he can extend the length of at will.

If he’s out at night or while it’s raining, Tubbo gets really weak and tired and sometimes just passes out. One time Ranboo got caught in the rain and forgot about this, so he messaged Tubbo asking him if he could bring an umbrella. He waited beneath a tree for nearly thirty minutes before Tubbo finally came slowly buzzing up, handing him the umbrella before immediately passing out. Ranboo, grateful but a bit exasperated, carried him home beneath one arm.

Tommy compulsively makes flower crowns when he’s upset (which is pretty often). Tubbo has a chest full of them and is almost always wearing one (for the saturation ofc).

The only way for Tommy to sneak up on someone is by slow-falling onto them because his chicken talons click every time he walks.

Jack has “hair” like Hades from the Disney Hercules movie- it’s a little flame on the crown of his head that can be extinguished, leaving him bald. Jack honestly doesn’t mind it when his hair goes out, but everyone else finds it hilarious for some reason.

Jack’s glasses are prescription because netherfolks’ eyes are generally more sensitive to bright light.

Scott’s eyes normally glow, but when he gets paralyzed and blinded by damage they temporarily fizzle out. Also when he falls back to earth after using his jump boost, he sometimes gets a little comet tail trailing behind him.

Scott likes to hang out both on the roof of the Pube and near the void because the unobstructed view of the stars reminds him of home.
