Human rose would be a veterinarian that does gardening and dancing as a hobbyΒ
she met pearl in ballet class as kidsΒ
she comes from a family of very Β talented notable and rich doctors that own multiple hospitals get it doctors sounds like dictatorsΒ
Her family thought that she was to childish emphatic and careless to be a good doctor they wouldnβt pay for her to go to collageΒ
she ran away got fat dyed her hair and started a rock band get it rock
Β the money she made being the lead singer of the crystal gems went into her degreeΒ
her family hates the crystal gemsΒ
Greg is a fan that wants to join the band Β

Before you inundate me with asks, Iβve made my stance on fusions weβve seen on the show, but with different component gems (ex a ruby and sapphire but not the cg ruby and sapphire) very clear. I think they would have different names.
I do wanna make fusions with Blue Pearl and Aubergine too, but Iβm not sure who with since Iβve done all the diamondsΒ :V

You met her from being a friend of Greg and remember how her eyes stayed on you the whole time.
At first when you met her, you realized that she was different but you never spoke up about it.
Rose is so curious about you and Earth. Whenever you explain a human tradition or something basic as how cars work, she's listening intently but somehow manages to get close, too close.
I headcanon that Rose only stayed with Greg for Steven.
Rose is always worried for your safety since you're a human and so fragile to almost everything around you.
If Rose likes you romantically, she learns how to be "affectionate" but her ways in affection is keeping you in her room, usually breaking boundaries, pushing you into things you might not be ready for. But isn't this how humans show "love"?
If it's platonic, she's still keeping you in her room and acts more motherly around you while always being concerned for your well being.
Rose is always so eager to learn, it's like a craving to her, she needs you to teach her, she needs to hear you explain everything about Earth and humans.
She knows how humans have short lifespans, but she needs you! Who else is going to teach her about Earth if you die? So she makes you immortal.
At first you're confused on how that was even possible until you looked at your skin. Pink.
What have you done? And this happened all because you got close to an alien.

I also headcanon that the obsession might get a tad worse when Steven is born, its mainly platonic but there's a slight chance that those feelings might turn romantic in Future.
Steven just has the urge to just care and smother you 24/7, but when you try to tell him off, he gets upset. Why can't he care for you like his mother did? Your the one person that makes him feel like you're his parent, can't he just return the favor?

really random thought for a su fanfic but imagine if Greg never existed and you took his place during the events. Just thinking about it makes me curious, meaning you and the crystal gems raise Steven all together. Just something really random.
