I have no problems with the show designs but I just wanted to add my own spin on them
Lucifer didn't sleep with Eve lmao
I had to make this post to make it clear because I've seen a few ppl say the same thing. When Lucifer said "Well your first wife didn't seem to hate what I had to offer" he was clearly talking about Lilith and the fact that they married later, then he says "or the second" implying that he gave her something too. its a play on words because he did give both of them something but what he gave was completely different! for Lilith he gave himself and for Eve he gave the apple! so both of them did like what he had to offer, but it's important to remember what the offer actually was! that's why ep 1 takes the time to explain what happened between the 4 of them. the "bow chika wow wow" was just Lucifer being a little shit to piss Adam off because he doesn't like him and he's rubbing it in Adams face that both his brides chose something he had over Adam. so no they didn't sleep together, viv and the team are just super slick with their jokes lol

Also, there IS coming more, but school is at its worst (they're basically controlling my life rn.) so when I get the time I work on my designs. (Next up is Charlie/Charles. (And he does not look anything like fem Charlie. I might have to change that…)) I had this one stirring in my documents for a while now and scrolling through here reminded me lol.

The solo lines during the hotel rebuild in Finale are actually so fucking impactful though.
Niffty: "to build a hotel" - Niffty is the person brought in to maintain what was there; now she's actively working to build something new for all of them. She's not looking at the rubble and seeing a mess that needs to be cleaned up. She's looking at it and seeing something to create with her friends.
Angel Dust: "start with foundation" - Angel was the hotel's first patron; he was really the foundation of it all. Angel's progress is what's been keeping Charlie's dream steady this whole time. Watching him grow has been reassuring her that she's doing something right.
Lucifer: "remedial creation" - Lucifer, who lost faith in humanity after seeing what they did with free will, is remembering the hope he had for them back in Eden because his daughter taught him the potential he saw so long ago.
Charlie: "make the best of what's in ruins" - She's acknowledging that where she saw destruction and failure right after the battle, there's still hope. She's looking at everything that's happened, the successes and failures, and using it to build something better based on her experiences instead of giving up, starting over, or just picking up where she left off.
Vaggie: "new coat of paint" - Paint isn't just decoration. It's the first thing people tend to notice, because it's color. The right or wrong color can make a huge difference in people's opinions. Structure is good practically, but a bright appearance is what draws people in, NOT what's on the inside of the building. As far as making this hotel, Charlie's dream, come true, that ability to draw people in is incredibly important; and Vaggie's been trying her hardest to make that dream come true from the very start. And, just like Charlie, she's acknowledging that a little change is necessary to make this better by learning from what went right and wrong before.
Husk: "new lights across the marquee" - Husk was the least enthusiastic about all this in the beginning. He was only there because Alastor forced him to be. Now that he's seen the hotel actually helping people (Angel being the prime example), he sees it as a place that can give hope and light.
And as a bonus, because it's me so of course I have to...
Charlie + Vaggie: "we're gonna do this, you and me" - Charlie and Vaggie are the ones who started it all. Charlie had a dream and Vaggie was the only one who believed in her. In the beginning, it was just them against all odds; and it's still the two of them swearing to stay by each other no matter what. This line specifically is so incredibly emotional in its depth, and I adore it.
This song went so hard with its rebuild lines AND the Chaggie one, and I just think that's amazing.
Ardeen
A fire was cackling right underneath me whilst many people watched the pyre lit aflame. “May thy witch burn here on earth and in the pits of hell's depth.” A man beside said to the crowd as the flames quickly spread around me. I close my eyes as the heat becomes unbearable. I feel the flames melting away my skin. I want to scream. Scream as loud as I could, cry out for help and do it all over. But no. No screams. Just the immense pain of being burned alive.
You might wonder ‘how did I eventually end up in this shithole while I seemed like a normal maiden they used to burn back then?’ Hah, no. The answer is quite simple. Sins. In my case it was vengeance. Oh the wrath and the bittersweet taste of revenge I felt back then. The still delightful aftertaste after many, many decades. That is exactly why I nowadays live in the Ring of Wrath. Really, fuck this place. Everyone is always so upfront and self-centered. Honestly, I did not even deserve to be here in the first place… I mean sure, murdering your family, feeding their flesh to the dogs and yourself might seem a bit… Cruel… But I know I am a reasonable person! If they did not treat me as an animal I would not have started behaving like one. I am quite sure they are down here too and running into them would not be the biggest problem here… The biggest problem is the residence itself. You have to watch out with every step you make or take because there might be lurking danger around the very corner of your very own doorstep. That's why I decided I was going to step up my game and pay a long-term visit to the newest hotel; The Hazbin Hotel.
“Guys! Guys. I just received a notice that we'd be having our third recruit! Isn't this so exciting!!!” Charlie beamingly exclaimed as she rushed to the lounge where all her friends were gathered by her call. “Calm down, Charlie,” Vaggie placed her hand on her Girlfriend's shoulder. “No! This is the first time someone willingly joined!” She was too excited to calm down. Angel Dust huffed and looked up from his phone. “Hey, who am I then?” Charlie chuckled a bit awkwardly, “Uh, you're our first resident, but that doesn't really apply to you because you're our friend. This time…” — “This time it's a complete stranger and we're going to make this place pretty squeaky clean! We don't want to make it look like she isn't welcome!” She grabbed Vaggie's shoulders and shook her violently. “Great, another whiny woman.” Husk said, before anyone could answer him he walked to the bar and chugged the first and best bottle of beer he could find. “Wonderful, my dear. I shall prepare the hotel to your desires.” Alastor stood up from the couch, tossing and catching his cane. “Heheh, kill all bugz til clean…~” Niffty ran after a bunch of cockroaches with a knife; the usual. “Make dem suffr…~” Charlie had a satisfied and motivated grin plastered on her face. “Great, that's settled! This is gonna be fuckin' awesomeee!”

For the past month or two I’ve been trying to come up with Swap designs for Vaggie and Alastor. It’s been a slow and agonizing process. I feel like there’s an easier way to do this.
I headcanon that female Angel Dust human's name will be "Anastasia" since it's similar to "Anthony".
(i did my research, and there's actually italian girls who are named like that)

Episode 5
. I liked Lucifer, he was cool. The dynamic between him and Alastor is something else.
. I liked both songs, preferably the 2nd one.
. We finally got to see Alastor snap and curse, which I liked
. I liked Husk and Sir Pentious in this episode
Episode 6
. Honestly kind of boring, I honestly preferred the B plot with Sir Pentious and the others over the A plot with Heaven.
. Heaven is cool
. Sir Pentious being confirmed to have a crush on Cherri Bomb I did not expect, but it’s welcome
. Personally, I’m not a shipper, I just go with whatever’s canon, but good for you guys
. I liked the scenes with Husk in it as well
. Vaggie being confirmed to be a fallen exorcist, I honestly kind of expected
(SPOILERS) My review on Hazbin Hotel (Episodes 1-4)
(Ps. I had early access and watched the 1st 2 episodes on the 12th and watched episodes 3 and 4 on the 18th on Prime due to my timezone or smth)
Episode 1
. I liked the songs, but there is one scene where Charlie is talking and then she immediately starts singing her I want song. I felt like there should have been a small melody that played before she started singing or something.
. I like the characters they’re fine with except Adam and Angel Dust. Adam (as many others have pointed out) is just Chaz as an angel and he’s just kinda annoying. Angel Dust is also kinda annoying makes sex jokes every 5 seconds, but he’s ok I guess.
. I liked Alastor in this episode, he was cool
. I honestly feel like Vaggie needs more screen time, cause compared to Angel Dust, she gets little screen time
Episode 2
. I liked Sir Pentious in this episode, he did great
. I liked both songs, but I feel like the song with Charlie and Sir Pentious should have just been a duet between the two instead of Angel Dust and Vaggie being in it, and personally I feel like the song should’ve been a bit longer.
. No hate to Joel Perez, but his accent keeps switching from American to Hispanic, and I honestly wish it didn’t switch like that
. I like Vox, he reminds me of Ratchet from the Robots movie ngl
. Alastor was also good in this episode
Episode 3
. Sir Pentious is good in this episode
. I enjoyed the new characters. Carmella Carmine kinda sounds like La Muerte from the book of life movie ngl imo
. I like Zestial, he’s chill
. the first song was ok, the second one was mid imo

Episode 4
. That ‘one’ scene was something else and I felt a bit at unease when watching it, ‘‘twas honestly sad
. I liked the duet between Husk and Angel Dust. Best song in the show so far only in front of the Charlie and Sir Pentious song
. Valentino’s voice keeps changing like I mentioned before
. I liked the brief Vox cameo
. Keith David’s singing as Husk is amazing
When Alastor begrudgingly tells Charlie and Vaggie about the deal he's been tangled up in, they ask him how it had happened.
"Why, I was apparently very desperate in my last life! Now it's me who has to pay the price!"
Charlie gives him a very confused look, "You mean, when you were alive?"
What a hilarious misunderstanding! "Oh no darling, I mean in a past life! Reincarnation! Who knew deals from a past life could follow you into the next? Certainly not me!"
Charlie still looked confused. It was Vaggie, staring at him like he'd said something peculiar, who said, "There's no such thing as reincarnation, that's just a myth humans made."
Well, he had a very irksome leash caging him down that said otherwise.
Eve Reincarnation!AU

Eve was bored. Heaven's wonders could only entertain her for so long. And she was sick of the pity and condescension.
For all that Lucifer was damned to the hell he created for his actions, he at least had Lilith with him to bare the burden.
She was not so lucky. Adam would sooner die a second death than take accountability. And the angels regarded her alone with mixed pity and suspicion.
Adam thrived in heaven, but it stifled her like nothing else. Eternal peace was stagnant; she missed Earth and eagerly watched the planet and her descendents antics with curiosity.
It was her who first put forth the idea of reincarnation. But Sera, bewildered by her desire to leave heaven and wary of having her alive after her first fuckup (honestly, eat one fruit and they never let you forget it!), dismissed her.
It was just her luck that Adam, who ran his mouth faster than his brain could keep up, bragged about getting the Seraphim to agree to his yearly hell extermination where her request had been rejected.
And wasn't it just grand that it was supposed to be a secret? Wouldn't it be a shame for that to get out, right, Sera?
Her reincarnation request was approved. She was the first and only soul to be granted this. Per her request, heaven would be barred from viewing or interfering with her new life.
And it was wonderful! They had a new life, a new name, a new gender! And no one to hold them back and say 'remember the apple, Eve?'
Then they died. And back to heaven they went, unknowing of their past life as Eve. Until Sera accousted them before they'd even made it through the gate.
Sera conjured a glowing white apple and offered it to them. Their curiosity had followed them to this next life so they accepted and the Seraphim smiled sardonically and said, 'Welcome back Eve.'
But they. weren't. EVE! Not anymore. Or at least they were not JUST eve.
But being the only soul to reincarnate, the angels just didn't understand that. Nor would Sera care to, she allowed Adam and Eve's requests only if she could ignore the consequences.
The human who once was Eve, decided to reincarnate again. Anything to escape their dreary eternity in heaven.
And then he died. And Sera offered him the apple, said, 'Welcome back Eve' and on and on the cycle continued.
He tried to lead his next few lifetimes into sin, maybe in hell they'd get at least some of the excitement she'd loved from Earth.
She had no clue how she kept getting into heaven. Over the course of several different lives, they'd committed all sorts of sins. And yet it never stuck.
So they struck a deal, and in his next life, she finally got what she'd been craving.
Eternal Entertainment.

Because lowkey I feel like after the initial hurt, Charlie will hear out Vaggie's side of the story. There will be a bit of drama but knowing her and how much they both truly love each other, it will work out in the end. Vaggie will of course be very apologetic and do her best to explain the situation, while charlie will be understanding and know to work through it with the other. I have a feeling Charlie had her doubts about Vaggie's past and if anything, this will just make them understand and trust eachother even more.
Adam is fucked, basically.
I think making Vaggie a former executioner is a brilliant test of Charlie's character.
Now she has to show how hard she really believes in forgiveness and second chances.
I think that Adam just wanted to prove that Charlie's faith in redemption is superficial and she would fail at forgiving when it's her that was hurt.
But he's going to make a massive fool of himself.
I'm still surprised people still believed they were best friends, like if you see the official merch designs with the 2 of them its very obvious. But regardless, love the wlw romance, their dynamic is so sweet and wonderful. Cant wait to see all the fan work that comes out of this :D
CHARLIE CALLED VAGGIE HER GIRLFRIEND, WE FINALLY FOUGHT OFF THE BEST FRIEND ALLEGATIONS
One thing I saw people like contantly complain about when Vaggie was revealed to be a fallen angel was that it was to predictable.
Which first of all it wasn't people would be essentially virtually fistfighting over this
And second of all to me it signifies good writing why? Because that means that there were building blocks for the theory and in fact we were kinda wrong given one of the main arguments (not the only one but people were using this alot) was her eye and as shown in the show that was from sparring a sinner most exorcists have both eyes. Something I fear is that I feel like this same thing will happen if Alastor does end up on Liliths leash but once again I think thats good writing as it prooves that the evidence is there and that this isnt coming from nowhere with zero proof. It also makes the fandom more alive and I think its better if a fandom is able to get things right as its really gratifying.
anyways I just felt I should mention this cause so many people were pissed and criticizing that when if you’re gonna critizice the show (which is very much allowed and fair there are parts that need working on) do it for something actually important.
