Your gateway to endless inspiration
Look at my baby's! we just got them some more feed, I sprinkled some outside this morning:]]
I now have three dollars in quarters ✨️
This tutorial will show you how to do a small pixel animation in Photoshop! Of course, this means you will need Photoshop to do this and I also recommend that you have a Wacom tablet. I would also recommend this tutorial for beginner animators, young and old alike!
I chose to do this tutorial as I recently learned how to do it and am pretty proud of myself for it and was hoping you guys might want to know too! For this tutorial I’m just going to do a simple gif of a blinking eye, nothing too complex!
I am kind of bad at tutorials so sorry if this one isn't the best...
STEP 1:
Open a canvas with these settings! 100 X 100 in pixels is best to get the pixel effect!
STEP 2:
Select the brush tool! You do this by hold clicking the pencil and choosing the icon with the paintbrush on it!
STEP 3:
Open a new layer! You do this by clicking the button I circled!
STEP 4:
Click this button! It will turn the timeline into an interface that’s easier to manage!
(There was an error that happened here that I can’t seem to fix... sorry!)
STEP 5:
Now for the fun part! Draw your design and when your done, click the circled button to create a new frame! You can make the eye in any style you wish, or follow my style!
STEP 6:
Draw the previous design onto the new canvas, but make it move a slight bit. This will make it move when you play the finished result! The smaller the adjustment is, the smoother the animation will turn out but this will mean more work. When you are finished drawing this frame, make another!
STEP 7:
Simply repeat 6 as many times as you need to!
STEP 8:
Now to save your animation!
Click file, and then “save as”.
STEP 9:
Name your animation and save it in the Photoshop (PSD) format, then hit the save button! Depending on how long your animation is will determine the time it takes for your file to save, so you will need to sit tight if you’ve made an animation with a ton of frames!
STEP 10:
If you want to make your animation a gif, click file and then export.
From there, click “save for web (legacy)”. After clicking the button, this window should appear.
If you export it as 100 X 100, it WILL come out really small, like this.
but if you want to make it bigger and still keep the pixel format, I recommend changing it up to 300 X 300. You might lose some of the pixel format by making it bigger however...
Happy birthday mee <33 🌸🌸
I just showed my 11-year-old son how many coffee shop AUs there are on AO3.
Why?
He sat down the other day to write a Minecraft story about three kids who go through a portal in their back yard and end up in the world of Minecraft where they have to battle all the big bosses (I didn’t even realize there WERE big bosses in Minecraft but that’s beside the point). He wrote three chapters with a little input from me – his first beta – and y'all?
He was fucking excited. To be writing a story.
Today he came home from school and seemed a little down, so I asked him about it only to find out that some little asshole at his school told him, “There is already a Minecraft story.”
Me: Okay? So what?
Lucifer: If there’s already a story, no one will read mine.
Immediately, I dragged him in and pulled up my AO3 account. My boys know I write fanfiction, so I showed him my account and how many subscribers I have. Then I showed him how many Teen Wolf stories there are. And then, because it seemed like the perfect analogy, I said, “What if I wrote a story where two characters meet in a coffee shop and fall in love? No werewolves, nothing at all to do with the actual Teen Wolf universe. Just Stiles and Derek meet in a coffeeshop and fall in love.”
He laughed.
I showed him Mornings Aren’t For Everyone. Showed him how many hits it had, how many kudos, how many lovely comments.
Then I said, “So do you think, if anyone else wrote a story about those exact same characters meeting in a coffee shop and falling in love… would anyone read it?”
He laughed and said, “No because you already did.”
So I clicked on the Sterek tag and refined to coffee shop AU. His mind was blown to see that they ALL had thousands of hits and kudos and comments. Then I clicked on JUST the coffee shop AU tag and showed him all the fics across all the fandoms written by countless different people.
I’m going to tell you all now what I told him because it applies to everyone.
Write your story. It doesn’t matter that someone else has written a story about that subject. They didn’t write YOUR story. Only you can do that.
And I want to read your story.
Confusion and a dream:
Jimmy couldn’t figure out why it happened. Jeremy was in a perfect condition this morning. He even made sure that the hay was fully loaded. Everyone had enough to eat and there was still left over, and yet…Jeremy still died. Jimmy felt like a failure, he failed at taking care of the animals. Suddenly, he heard footsteps coming his direction, he turned to see Tango, walking towards him. Tango put his warm arms around him. Jimmy turned around and returned the hug, sniffling in his arms. “Jim, I think I know how Jeremy died.” Tango said, breaking the silence. Jimmy looked down at Tango. “How?” “There was a small hole on the side of the cow. I found a fragment of a bullet.” Tango held it up. “Someone shot Jeremy.”
Tango led Jimmy to the barn where Jeremy had been kept. As they stepped in they realized that Jeremy was gone. All evidence on the cow had been removed. Jimmy was confused. “I-I-I’m sure it was there before!” Tango spluttered. Jimmy frowned, kneeling on his knees, inspecting the place where they saw Jeremy before. He saw a small bullet fragment on the grass. There was a little bit of blood on the side of it. Jimmy picked it up and regained his posture. Jeremy was 100% killed by a bullet shot, Jimmy was sure of that. For their meat or leather no less. But who?
Jimmy went back to his room after that, and Tango just couldn’t help but feel…guilty. Even if it technically wasn’t his fault, Tango felt really bad for the loss of Jeremy. Tango felt the need to do something to fix this, or at least figure out who killed the cow. He was out venturing out in the mountains when he noticed a goat. It was rare to see a goat around here, especially one with 2 whole horns. The goat suddenly turned to Tango, revving up to charge. The goat’s eyes turned red and ran towards Tango. In the last second, Tango jumped up to the ledge behind him and it’s horn came tumbling off. Tango smiled and picked it up. He put it to his mouth and blew it. Toot toot toot tooooot. Ponder. The best one of the lot. Tango couldn’t believe his luck. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw another 2-horned goat charge him and once again he jumped up onto the ledge and picked the horn up. Tango then climbed down the mountain, opened the door and handed the horn to Jimmy.
Jimmy’s eyes glinted, a smile he would never think to return. Soon he found himself grinning ear to ear. “How did you know that I wanted one of these?” Tango grinned, “I didn’t, I just thought it would be a good idea to give you to one. We can call for help whenever.” Jimmy felt a tingling sensation in his chest. Not because of the fact that he finally has the chance to join in on horn calls, but because of Tango. He stood up and put his hands around Tango. Tango blushed visibly, freezing for a moment. His flame grew warmer and warmer as Jimmy hugged him. Tango relaxed and put his arm around Jimmy and hugged him back. "Thank you." Jimmy whispered. "No problem Jim." Tango replied. Jimmy broke off the hug and then took the horn as he walked outside the onto the porch. He raised his arms and put both hands around the horn. He took a deep breath and blew into the horn, suddenly, he found himself hearing a bunch of other horns being blown, sound filled the air as Jimmy put the horn down. Happy with his dream fulfilled.
Jimmy woke up, the sun was blazing in his eyes. He rubbed his eyes and turned around and saw the horn was lying by his bedside. Smiling, he grabbed it and looked at it in awe. He was amazed on Tango's dedication to this job and the horn certainly cheered him up a lot. Tango is such a nice guy and those eyes, the smirk whenever he finally gets something right. Jimmy feels himself blushing at the thought. Slowly he gets out of bed and puts the horn between his hands and blows it, signaling the start of yet another day.
As Tango drove into the ranch, he saw Jimmy in the house, which was a weird sight to see. Normally he would be out and about in the fields already. Tango shrugged it off and decided to ask him about it when he went in. Jimmy's face brightened as he walked in the house. "Hey Tango! How you doing?" He exclaimed as he put down his cup of coffee. "Oh I'm fine. Why aren't you skadoodling outside already?" Tango asked. Jimmy blushed and put his hand on his neck. "Well I uh, thought I'll take it easy today. Didn't want to overwork too much. "I uh, wanted to ask you something." Tango's eyebrow furrowed, "Yeah? What is it?"
"Well I know how expensive your rent is and how difficult it is to stay in your apartment and this house feels really empty with just me living in it. So I would just like to ask if you would like to live with me.?" Jimmy smiled awkwardly, "I mean you don't have to and you don't have to drive over here all the tim-" Tango smile turned into a full-blown grin. "Of course! I would love to- I mean it would benefit me a lot to live this close and the rent guy is a arsehole anyway."
Jimmy shared the smile, "That's great! You can start moving your stuff tomorrow. I'll help you."
"Ok, as long as we have separate bedrooms."
"Why? Don't want to be near me?"
"No-no I didn't mean it like that I-" Tango flustered. Jimmy laughed "I was kidding. You can have the room upstairs on the right."
"Yes sir!"
"I said don't call me that!"
I appologize for retweeting pomni x ragatha images instead of posting art, it will happen again.

(Oh, look! Another Tang au)
(TW some descriptions of throwing up, but it's very brief)
Sunlight shines onto Pisgy's early in the afternoon, bathing everything in a warm, cozy light. The sign outside is shown brightly to the busy streets.
The weathering on the door and outside counter gives it a homey look. Everything to the way the windows are opened just enough to let the smell of noodles out, to the chalk announcement board with swoopy letters making its charm.
Inside the hole-in-the-wall restaurant, the sound of bubbling and the flickering lights above add to its atmosphere. The growing pile of to-go orders now shoved to the side so the chef can see the lobby.
Barely anyone is actually sitting in the restaurant. Just the chef in the back, with a green teenager and an older looking man with glasses sitting at the bar.
The chef seems to be fed up with the both of them. "Can't you two do something other than taking up valuable space while I'm working?!"
The man in the glasses just shrugs and smirks at the outburst, continuing to sip some noodles he grabbed from the ever growing to-go pile. "Pisgy, Pisgy, Pisgy. If we were to leave, who would give you such riveting conversation? And besides, we're patiently waiting for Mk to come back."
Pisgy just glares at the man before speaking up louder than the first time. "Mei is waiting for Mk to come back." Pisgy gesture with a wooden spoon to Mei, who's looking at her phone with an unserious expression.
The man with glasses just raises a brow in response. Pisgy sighs heavily before continuing his rant. "And heck, so am I! He's left so many orders here, I could probably afford to fire him if I sold 'em all myself!
"Now what are you even doing? Mooching off of Mk's generosity for free noodles, and just sitting in front of me with a smug look on your face like I'm an idiot, which I'm not! Your so lucky I don't kick you out any time you set foot in here Tang."
Tang just laughs in response, spilling some sauce onto the ground as he readjusts his glasses to look at Pisgy. "Oh please Pisgy, you know you love me~" He said in a jaunty tone, smirk never falling. "If you didn't, I would've been in the hospital by now! Probably with a wooden spoon lodged in my head."
Tang continues to chuckle, with Mei joining in soon after Pisgy stomps off back to the kitchen, grumbling up a storm.
"He's always so grumpy! Maybe he's a bit more ticked today because Mk 'ain't back yet for all those orders." Mei says to Tang absent-mindedly, eyes focused on her screen as she slouches on her stool.
Tang huffed, amused. "Hah, maybe. I just think he has his apron in a twist all the time." He giggles at his own joke before pulling a stained and well-worn book off the counter.
"Journey to the West ", a classic in Tangs' personal opinion. He immeadietly flips the long time annotated pages to a specific bookmark, stopping right on top of a bright red post-it note.
Most of his scribbles were how inaccurate some of the legends were, how the stories were twisted to be seen in a good light for an easier consumption, Tang guesses. It hurt him to see so many people enjoy these fake stories, but at least he knew most of the truth.
However, there were parts that were kept somewhat accurate. Those were the ones Tang liked to reread the most, ones marked with bright red, from the only version available in metrapolis.
1, 2, 3.
4 red post-its fly past his vision as he takes in the legends, smirking at some passages before the next page was turned.
An hour had passed if Tang had to guess. The pile stopped growing after Pisgy gave up on Mk coming back in time. He's now sitting next to Tang on the bar, with Mei sitting at one of the nearby tables, seemingly still scrolling on her phone.
Tang had been working on his fifth bowl of to-go noodles when the ground started to rumble violently. It shook everything in the shop; things like chairs toppled over and loose kitchenware fell to the floor.
Mei screamed as her phone flew out of her hands and onto the table, Pisgy tried to stabilize himself on the counter while swearing up a storm, and Tang held up his bowl so nothing spilled out, one hand on the bowl the other holding on the counter for dear life.
It finally subsides after a couple of seconds, leaving the shop in disarray. "What the heck was that?!" Pisgy shouted as he righted himself back onto a bar stool.
"Ugh, I don't know, piggy. That was definitely stronger than a mega street race or an out-of-control party at the anti-gravity arcade." Mei answered as she sprawled across the table to take back her now cracked phone. She let out a small Aww, man! afterwards.
Tang had been gasping the entire time, seemingly trying to regain lost breath from the mysterious earthquake. "I don't know how *huff* you guys recover *huff* so quickly like that! Phew. It took all my strength just to save these precious noodles!" Tabg held up the bowl as some sort of proof, with half its contents missing.
"Maybe that's just because you're old, Tang." Mei smirked at him. Tang just scoffed after her with Pisgy giving an amused huff in the background.
Tang put his bowl of noodles back onto the counter before bending down to retrieve his book. It had a few noodle stains, but it's been through much worse than that. It isn't that bad.
Just as Tang sat back onto his stool, the restaurant doors burst open with a winded Mk in the middle of them.
"Mk! Where have you been? We've been stacked through the roof with noodles that were ordered ages ago! Our customers have already given ZERO STARS Mk!" Pisgy said, grabbing Mk by the ear and sitting him down across from him at one of the tables.
"Now you better have a good reason for this, or else I'm cutting your pay for a month with full work hours."
Mk seemed to go through a mix of sheepishness, awe, confusion, and shock before he answered in long winded rambles.
"Pisgy, Mei, Tang, the legend of the Demon Bull King is real! The Demon Bull King family took Monkey Kings staff off his prison, which I took in return to defend myself, and now he's probably out there wrecking everything! And now he's probably after me too because I have the staff and all those legends Mr. Tang told me were true, and now I'm freaking out!" Mk finished his ramble by lifting up the red and gold staff in his hand.
The restaurant was silent... before hysterical laughter from Pisgy and Mei filled the restaurant. "Bahahaha! You can't expect me to believe that kid! Those are all just legends!" Mei spoke up. "Hahahahah! Yeah, Mk! Are you sure you didn't get a concusion from that earthquake?"
Mk pouted as he raised the staff once again. "But I'm telling the truth! This is the Monkey Kings staff, and all those legends were true! You at least believe me, right Mr. Tang?"
But Tang didn't answer. He just stared at the staff blankly. His hands dug into the pages of his book until they were wrinkled beyond repair. "Mr. Tang? You okay there?" Mk asked in concern.
"That's... that's Sun Wukongs staff." Tang whispered through short breaths, still staring at the staff.
Mk quickly turned around to Pisgy and Mei. "See? At least someone sensible believed me."
Pisgy scoffed before challenging Mk. "If that really is the Monkey Kings staff, then why don't you show off some of its oH MY-"
But it was too late, as the staff elongated quicker than light and smashed straight through one of Pisgy's tables.
Mk showed them a bright smile. "Haha! See that?! That was freaking monkey power -"
Sounds of scraping metal and something hitting the floor stopped Mk mid sentence. Everybody turned around to face the bar.
Tang was on the floor, shaking violently with laboring breaths between small mumbling. His stool and book strewn to the sides as Tang kept staring at the staff, eyes unseen behind the reflections in his glasses.
Pisgy rushed over quickly, reaching out to shake Tang on the shoulder. "Woah, woah. Tang, are you doing alright there?"
But before Pisgy could even tough Tang's shoulder, his arm was swat away with a surprising amount of force. Pisgy cursed as Tang gasped and mumbled something out in response. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, Pisgy. I'm sorry, I'm sorry; I just, I was shocked to see Sun- erm, the Monkey Kings staff in person like that, with the implications of the Demon Bull King back out again in out city."
Pisgy just huffed, "You're fine, Tang." Pisgy slowly put his hand around Tang's shoulders, giving them a slight squeeze.
"Thanks, Pisgy. I'll just... I'm gonna need some time for a moment. Go get Sandy; I'm sure he'll have some ideas about this." Tang gave a wobly smile as he slowly stood up.
Pisgy gave a scrutinizing look before seemingly giving up. "Yeah, you're right. He would know what to do." Pisgy turned back to the worried looking Mk and Mei. "Were gonna go meet my friend Sandy. He was THE MOST blood thirsty person I knew before..."
Their voices faded out of the restaurant as Pisgy ushered them out, with Tang left standing in the lobby. He just stood and let his smile drop for a moment. Eyes seemingly glazed over as he slowly walked back to Pisgy's bathroom.
His thoughts became louder and louder as he got closer and closer, collapsing as they started to become akin to stabbing his skull. Tang grits his teeth in pain as he lurches forward. Tears ran down his face along with black liquid out of his mouth, dripping onto the tile. He threw up.
Dark liquid and chunks of what looked like characol flooded into the toilet. He coughed violently before sagging onto the floor, mouth tasting like ash.
Tang takes off his glasses and puts them to the side as he puts the toilet seat down and flushed it. He sat on the toilet seat and forced himself to take deep breaths.
He thinks back to Pisgy, Mei, Mk, and that fucking staff... he hopes they'll be ok.

Shadow Trails
This is just a random fic idea where just Alastor and Husk switch roles in Hazbin Hotel. It's taken over half of my brain. (I'm still gonna update A World Without Him). (Also, it's almost all Alastor centric)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
*Before the hotel*
The dark red surface of the Pride Ring is almost completely silent, which isn't unusual this time of year. Only the occasional demons' screams and feet splashing against puddles could be heard through the vacant roads.
Yellow acid rain relentlessly pangs down onto the pavement that travels through the city. Roaring thunder can occasionally be heard through the pounding rain.
All shops are closed, with no light or movement coming from inside. Even the brothels are shut down for the night in preparation for what the morning after tomorrow will bring.
An out-of-place golden clock tower is right in the middle of this city. Second by second, the clock counts down. Just as the 24-hour mark hits, the clock lets out 4 clangs from the bell nestled at the top.
The acid rain seems to fall harder and faster after the bell chimes finished. It seems to never end as it incinerates any small vermin still running around the drunken streets.
The stacked and bunched-together buildings stand tall, though, seeming undisturbed by the new onslaught of downpour.
This is probably why no one noticed the clouds that started to unnaturally swirl. When they darkened into voids that sucked in the redish lights from below.
When the acid turned a toxic green from those transformed clouds, that acid which could easily eat through sinners bone.
The wind picked up, swirling the green into a funnel-like shape, with the clouds of void following suit quickly.
A bolt of black lightning suddenly struck through all the drops of colored acid at once through the center, evaporating the perfect shape and the void fell down in drops from the clouds.
A big swarm of green is all that was left of the incident, slowly dissapating until all that was left was the blob of void and a crumpled body at the middle of the strike site.
The void slinked into the beings shadow before anything else. Then the body writhed in pain as it stumbled to its feet. Black soot covered its clothes and head, as it coughed up more black, then took a breathe, before finally standing straight.
"Where-" The being stopped talking as it's voice came out with major feedback. It tried to cover its ears, but realized they were... further up than they were supposed to be?
It suddenly looked at what it was wearing. Black dress shoes, brown slacks, a black belt, dark brown undershirt, some black framed glasses, and a brown overcoat to match the slacks. Yet everything seemed worse for wear.
The left sleeve of the coat was completely torn off, seemingly in a violent fashion, with the right shoulder having been torn through both layers. The slacks were no better. The right had a torn patch near his lower thigh, and the right had a big hole on the outside of his calf. His glasses were shattered in both lenses.
It huffed in annoyance. Couldn't this place have transported it into something at least a little more decent?
It finally looked at the shining clock tower in the distance, seeing it slowly counting down to... something it didn't know.
It had a bad feeling.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The neon lights were blinding to anyone who stared for too long, with many arrows and signs pointing to store entrances.
These small establishments are trying to get the demons attention among all the other bright and colorful lights on Betters Way.
At the end of the road lies the biggest of all the buildings. At least 13 stories high, with all the lights shining even brighter than the others before it.
Cards symbols and gambling chips mark the exterior design, with some being part of the neon light all over the front of the building.
At the top is where the owner stays and works. Who is now currently on some of the lower floors because of his secretary's whining.
He'd been doing a routine check of the tables, seeing if any souls wanted to gamble with the King of Cards himself, when he saw sinners betting around a lobby TV.
He went to check and make sure people weren't loitering when he saw what was on. The Princess of Hell fighting Katie Killjoy, the reporter, on 666 News. Which was weird because all his TVs were supposed to play in the lobby were ads.
The demons in front of the TV had started to make bets on who would win the scuffle, yelling at the TV and starting to make a ruckus.
He sighed before intervening. "Well what do we have here, gents?" He spoke behind them, spooking some to turn away from the frankly loud fight.
Some started to berate him for interrupting while others ignored his presence completely. Damn, had it really been that long since he'd been out in public that no one recognized him? He needed to up his game.
In the end, he riled the sinners up a bit, let them dig their own graves before offering a 'simple' bet, while after he got a few more extra souls to his overlord name.
Not that he would force them to do anything. That privilege was for special cases. He can only hold so many cards in one deck at a time.
But that fight on the TV did intrigue him. What happened for the "sprinkles and rainbows" Princess to go ham on that she-devil? He remembers some subtitles about a hotel. Did the princess start one?
He decided to leave those thoughts for later as he went back up to his office. He did need to get his name out again. Maybe he could pay a visit to that hotel sometime, see if it's a good investment.

Hello! Guess who finally got motivation to write? I'll be posting chapters on Tumblr for now until i can FINALLY get an ao3 account.
-About 2 months after LBD defeat-
Nothing.
Everything around him was just void. No color, no feeling, just, nothing.
He couldn't move, couldn't speak, couldn't see, couldn't hear, anything.
He was stuck.
So he waited. Waited for something to happen. Something to change the endless black around him, so he could feel anything again.
Then everything became too much.
Overwhelming colors and sounds suddenly filled the area. Voices overlapped, and silhouettes blended together.
He could hear people speaking, to him or to someone else he didn't know.
They suddenly got louder, and the colors got brighter as they burned into his vision.
He could suddenly feel hands grabbing his ankles, trying to pull him down to somewhere.
The voices didn't stop, they only got louder as more and more hands tried to pull him down.
He started to thrash and pull away, but he couldn't escape. Every hand that let go, two more would start to drag him down in their place.
He felt hopeless. He felt useless. He felt weak.
He was stuck.
But still, he continued to thrash, kick, bite, anything just to slow down his fate.
Maybe his efforts would amount to something, maybe all the work he's put in will let him feel anything, or at least get away from them.
He was scared. Scared of what would happen if they dragged him down far enough, scared of what he would become after.
He. Was. Stuck.
Now all he felt was anger. At this stupid situation, at them, and at himself. He couldn't do anything at the end of it all.
So he became engrossed in his thoughts, as the hands reached his head, and his vision turned black.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tang shot up from his desk. He looked franticly around where he woke up.
He realised he was at The Metrapolis Library. The section near the back, where most of the architecture and city records were located, with only a small lamp for light among the shelves.
"Dang, not again..." Tang groaned as he started to look through the scattered papers and opened books laid on his desk.
That dream... wasn't an uncommon occurrence for Tang. He seemed to always have it when he fell asleep at the library, or when he passed out after reading too many articles before bed.
It was never a pleasant experience, so he usually didn't try to think about that dream after waking up.
Tang finally decided to check his phone when an alarm went off while he was putting away The Mythos Sites: Professional Study.
He set that alarm for an event at the library tomorrow so he could leave 5 minutes early to avoid the crowds. Apparently he set it a day early. Just great.
He groaned in annoyance, but when he went to turn it off, he saw the time, and then started to panic.
"Aw crap! Nonononono-" Tang then started to clean up faster as he was apparently late for the weekly noodle night at Pigsy's.
This was a night every Friday that Sandy, Mei, Mk, Pigsy, Tang, sometimes including Red Son or Wukong, where they would all come to Pigsy's at a set time and then just hang out and talk for an entire evening.
This wasn't high scale or anything like that, but it was important to Tang. This was the one day of the week he would finally see everyone for once.
Mk seemed to almost always be either hanging out with Mei and/or Red Son, training, fighting demons, or delivering orders for Pigsy. He barely got to talk to Mk even when he was 'Freeloading' (as Pigsy would call it) at Pigsy's.
Everyone else also seems have their own things going on. Pigsy obviously has the shop, and now he seems to have more customers than ever after the whole LBD situation, so he usually has less time to talk, inside and outside of his restaurant.
Mei is usually just hanging out and having fun, but will almost never answer texts when she's 'in the zone' with video games, streaming, or anything else, which has been almost her entire mood lately.
The only one he really does talk to more than once a week is Sandy. But Tang does stay at home most of the time while Sandy also barely leaves his boat as is.
So you can understand why Tang is speeding towards Pigsy's with apologies and excuses about to tumble out as he crashes through the doors.
"Phew... Hey *huff* sorry I'm... *huff* late again!" Tang yells as he lays his messenger bag down and sits on one of Pigsy's stools.
Tang starts to stretch as he looks around Pigsy's. He then notices that the only other people in the restaurant are Pigsy and Sandy.
"Hey Sandy, where's everyone else?" Tang asks as he goes to sit down with Sandy at one of Pigsy's tables.
"Oh, hello Tang! We were worried you wouldn't show up!" Sandy exclaimed as Pigsy came out from the kitchen, noodles in hand.
"Hey Tang. Yeah, the kids left after Mk got a demon attack notification, and Mei followed after him. So it's just been me and Sandy for a bit." Pigsy said as he sat down with them.
"I missed them?! Aw, I haven't seen them all week! I at least wanted to see how they were doing." Tang then grabbed his own bowl of noodles, eating with a sour look on his face.
"It's ok, Tang! Maybe you can join them in something else? We all know you've been pretty couped up recently." Sandy said as he started to brew his own tea to go with the noodles.
"Maybe, but I'm not sure there's anything we can do together, especially with all of Mk and Mei's new responsibilities and my own... uh, research I've been engrossed in." Tang sighs as he pushes away the now empty bowl.
"That's why I'm always excited for this hangout every week. It's some of my only time to see you guys and for all of us to have a break from everything. And who can say no to free noodles from Pisgy's?" Tang smirks as Pisgy chuckled a little and murmured something along the lines of "freeloader. "
"I guess I can't argue with that. But don't worry, Tang, I bet that those kids will be here next time." Pisgy says as he puts an arm around Tangs shoulders.
Tang smiles softly at Pigsy, "Yeah, I hope so."
After that exchange, they trio hung around a little longer, talking about their days and interesting things that happened in their own time.
But of course, these things eventually come to an end, so Sandy and Tang eventually left to let Pisgy close up shop.
Sandy and Tang then have their goodbyes outside of Pisgy's and went their own ways.
Tang walked along cracked sidewalks on his way home. Streetlights lighting almost every section.
It was an oddly quiet night. No music, no yelling from demon fights or otherwise, and no bright lights shining in his face.
It was calm. It was nice.
'What are we going to do about him?'
It was too nice to last, apparently.
