Do you know how many times you distracted me when I was hurt or lonely? Do you know how many times a line or a scene from fanfic marked me so much that I remembered years later, even though I can’t recall my own phone number? 

Even if the fic isn’t perfect or popular or multi-chaptered… Sometimes there’s just one sentence that changed me.

I've been drawing my whole life basically and one thing that surely helps is using references for what you want to draw (animals, humans, still life etc). I personally like to draw more humans, I think it's more organic (?).

If you have any hyperfocus GO FOR IT, it helps improving your art (spent like 8 months drawing the same character and yes it helps). Despite that I like to watch SamDoesArt and Likelihood Art both on youtube!
