I feel like if you guys liked my curry recipe, you're gonna like this one as well. I like to call it "ed approved curry noodles"
✨Ingredients✨
👉 200g of konjac noodles (I used fettuccine shaped ones) - 12kcal
👉 1tsp of curry powder - 16kcal
👉 1tsp of garam masala - 9kcal
👉 salt and pepper to taste
👉 30g of white onion - 10kcal
👉 30ml of 3.2% milk - 18kcal
👉 water
~total: 65 calories!!!
✨Instructions✨
Drain your noodles and set them aside. Then, cut up your onion and fry it for about 2 minutes on a dry pan before adding milk and water (Idk how much water I used, maybe about 70-100ml). Stir everything and then add the seasonings before dumping in the noodles. Leave it to cook until most of the water-milk mixture evaporates, making it a thick sauce.
Dump the meal into a bowl and you're done!

I've seen someone on Pinterest make a broccoli grilled cheese and I was like "Hey! I need to give this a try one day!" And... Well, here it is! ^^
2 slices of bread - 122kcals for me (you can use a different type of bread)
25g of broccoli - 7kcals
(optional)5g of butter - 37kcals
25g of cheese - 79 kcals
(optional) 16g of ketchup - 24kcals
TOTAL(with ketchup) - 269kcals
TOTAL(without butter and ketchup) - 208kcals!!
Cut up your broccoli and mix it in a little bowl with cheese and (optional) some black pepper. Melt your butter on a pan and place your bread on it. After about a minute flip the slices of bread and add you cheese and broccoli mixture. Then pour a little bit of water into the pan and cover it with a lid. After the cheese melts, remove the lid and put both slices together. Cook it for a few more minutes on both sides and then remove it from the pan. Enjoy!! ^^
I'll definitely make it again soon :>

Have you ever tried the korean cucumber salad? A few days ago I've made it for the first time and I'm currently OBSESSED with it ^^ Today I wanted to at least try to make a proper meal out of it and personally I think it came out great! Here's the recipe:
100g of konjac noodles - 9kcal
127g of cucumber - 18kcal
0.5tsp of soy sauce - 2kcal
1tsp of Gochujang paste - 20kcal
2 cloves of garlic (minced) - 15kcal
0.5tsp of chili pepper powder - 0kcal
0.5tsp of vinegar - 0kcal
(TOTAL: 64 calories!!)
Cut up your cucumber, place it into a bowl, rub it with salt and put in the fridge for 30-60minutes. Then get the cucumber out of the fridge and rince it with water at least 3 times. In a seperate bowl, mix your soy sauce, garlic, chili, Gochujang, vinegar and a little bit of water(the original recipe asked for chili/sesame oil but I replaced it with water) in order to make the sauce. Prepare the noodles according to the package and add it to the cucumber, then pour in your sauce and mix well. Enjoy!!

Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^

Here's an easy, low calorie and filling breakfast idea for you ^^
Ingredients: 30g of oats - 110kcal for me 20g of an apple(with the skin on) - 10kcal A dash of cinnamon - 5kcal 15ml of 2% fat milk - 8kcal A little bit of 0kcal sweetener
Total - 133kcal
Pour water into your oats, cover them with a plate and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in you sweetener, milk, cinnamon and stir everything until fully combined. Chop your apple into tiny cubes, put them on top of your oatmeal and you're done!
I must say that this was my first time making oatmeal from "scratch" instead of those ready, instant oatmeals I used to buy in the supermarket and it actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't too sweet and it's taste was similar to apple pie. The serving looked quite small but it was quite filling and it left me satisfied

My mom cooked way too much rice for yesterday's lunch and there was a bunch of it left in the fridge, so I wanted to cook something with it in order not to waste it. Let me present you my low calorie curry recipe. It's suitable for everyone, no matter if you're vegeterian or vegan, because: -It has a bit of vegetables in it (and veggies are both delicious and great for you) -Meat is totally optional, you don't have to use it if you don't want to -You don't need any milk or coconut cream to prepare it, we will be using water instead
ingredients:
water(I used about 200ml I think but you can use more/less)
70g of cooked rice - 84kcal
10g of white onion - 10kcal
20g of peeled carrot - 7kcal
1 small turkey sausage(optional) - came out to 46kcal for me
1tsp of flour - 28kcal for me
curry powder(as much as you like, depends on how spicy you want it to be)
a dash of garlic powder(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Total: 168kcal
Heat up a pan (don't pour any oil on it) and throw in your meat and your vegetables and try for only about 1 or 2 minutes. Then add water and seasonings and stir everything until fully combined. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables get more soft. In order to thick up the curry, mix your flour with just a little bit of water (the mixture shouldn't be too runny or too doughy) and pour it in. Cook for a few more minutes and you're done! You can serve it with rice or just eat it on it's own!!
