Hear me out: Sky and Four as Gods

Sky is the god of Fate, skies and love

Four is the god of Magic, forests and luck.

This is entirely a self indulgent au that makes very little sense so enjoy

I picked these two to be gods because I love them and thats the only reason

Sky becomes a god after Skyward Sword, but doesn’t directly feel the effects until Zelda passes of old age. He properly takes up the title as god, form changing over time to become more godlike. He now resides in the heavenly realm, a place where he can watch over the world and make sure Fate goes as according to plan.

Sky’s design

He’s represented by eyes, and it is said that he can view through anything that has an eye on it. His cloak can become wings, and if you look long enough the eyes on his outfit may blink. He often uses lightning as a weapon.

Sky looks after Hyrule as it develops, until he Sees the events of Four Swords and recognises the power of a potential god.

Unlike Sky, Four becomes a god after his passing. He appears in the heavenly realm? And is shocked to be meeting THE god of Fate himself. Four is like a faun but with the lower half of a minish because they represent his domain the best. He can split into the colours who still need to design but they all look similar.

They look after Hyrule together until the events of OOT, when the timeline splits. This causes some issues, and Four and Sky have to try to deal with the time travel without disrupting the fabric of the universe, so they seperate the timeline into three sections, the smallest amount they can. This drains the both of them and they fade into myths.

Over time they will regain power, occasionally assisting the new heroes without them noticing. Four will place good items for them to find, while Sky will make sure their story ends well. The downfall timeline is the hardest to affect, because it was never meant to happen.

Then the war of eras happens.

The dramatic re-merging of the timelines causes the two to become major players in the story again, possibly even appearing in Warriors battles? (Im coming up with this on the spot okay, don’t judge).

Once that is finished, they don’t fade into legend again. Their stories are passed down and they become almost worshipped.

Time takes its course and we get to pre-BOTW. Calamity Ganon was not supposed to rise that early. He broke the laws of fate itself, which causes Sky to have a panic because wtf??? That’s not supposed to happen???

Four does his best to aid the hero while Sky is out of commission, and helps Zelda unlock her powers. He uses his magic to help heal the hero while he’s asleep in the shrine. BOTW happens, Four and Sky calls upon Fate to make sure Ganon does not rise again once Link has defeated him. That’s the end of the timeline. Sky and Four, thinking they’re done, finally let themselves rest. Hylia (because she still exists despite doing nothing to help the two), decides that she should ignore Fate and bring all the heroes together, including the two that are currently gods. When she pulls them all together, Sky and Four are very confused to wake up as mortal hylians again, and don’t even recognise eachother at first. They travel with the Chain, knowing a lot more than they let on. Eventually it gets revealed that they’re gods.

Don’t really know where I’ll go with this but feel free to use this because I know I’ll likely never touch it again

When life gives you lemons...

The Fsa/Fs version:

Green: Take them and make lemonade!!

Red: Make lemon cake!

Blue: Shoot the juice into the eyes of your enemies to blind them.

Blue: You have f#cking lemons, man! What the hell is wrong with all of you?! )

Vio: Eat them. *Starts eating the lemons whole, like an apple*

Erune: Don't make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back!

Ganon: Throw them like rocks!

Zelda: make lemon tea!

Shadow: Make grape juice, then sit back and watch as the world wonders how you did it

Vaati: use those lemons to make sacrifices as the world watches in fear.

Tingle: Sell those lemons!

Vaati: Shad-ow, I know how we're going to defeat the Hero once and for all!

Shadow: Let me guess. We're going to kidnap Princess Zelda.

Vaati: No! We're going to steal from him the source of his power! And then we will use it against him.

Shadow: His Piece of the Triforce?

Vaati: Foolish fool! The Triforce is not the source of his power, his power comes from (close-up on Vaati) ...his pointy hat!

Shadow: Seriously.

Vaati: Yeeees! Come, Shad-ow, let us attain his pointy hat!

Shadow: I guess I have nothing better to do today.

Blue: You think you're smarter than everyone else.

Vio: I don't think I'm smarter than everyone else. I know I am.

Vio: I swear to the goddess, I'm the only one here with a braincell.

Shadow, Blue, Green, and Red: ALL HAIL the keeper of the sacred braincell!

Green: We’re playing Scrabble. It’s a nightmare.

Red: Scrabble? Scrabble’s great!

Green: not when you’re playing with Vio. They put in words like “ephemeral” and I put “dog”.

Green: you know you have more weapons then your fire rod right?

Red: And what is your point, hylian in fire rod distance?

Green: Don’t you think we’re missing something here..?

Red: Teamwork? Cohesion? A general sense of what we’re doing?

Vio: We left the bomb behind…

Red: Oh yeah, that too…

Blue: Who. The. Fuck. Dropped. The bomb?!

Red and Blue’s entire relationship:

Vio: Shadow is our shadow, and he is my brother!

Random hylian: he’s worked with Vaati! He’s destroyed thousands of homes!

Green: He’s adopted…

Four: I should have left you on the street corner I found you.

Shadow: but cha didn’t!

So, another fanfic... This is of Shadow pretending to be Red short little story.

Red stumbled into the forest, his fire rod casting a light glow before him as he hurried away from the angry villagers. Desperate to escape, to run away from that horrid mob. He lost his sword, so keeping his fire rod out was safer. Tears welled in his eyes but he fought to keep them down. Barely.

As branches whipped against his face, leaving stinging marks where they came into contact. Occasionally Red would glance back and see a little flash of light behind him. He would sometimes hear small yells and we would continue on with new perseverance.

He heard mumbling up ahead that sounded close and... vaguely familiar. They were talking about plants worshiping something and then continued with: "I gotta find the others right away-!" and the bad news? The mystery person was heading straight for Red.

Red blinked, seeing a familiar violet cap and clothes. Vio? Red wondered, blinking as indeed, Vio was running towards Red. Vio's head was down and a determined expression was dancing across his face.

"Vio? is that you?" Red asked, squinting his eyes at Vio, his fire rod casting a warm glow of light as Vio looked at Red in surprise.

Vio paused a bit, staring at Red in surprise. "... Red?" he asked, confusion and fear spreading across his face.

Red was so happy to see Vio well and Alive. Tears sprung at the corners of his eyes. He flinches slightly at a noise behind him, scared that the villagers were chasing him.

Vio wasn't even looking at Red now as Red blinked back into consciousness. He was staring behind him now.

"Which one of you..." Vio started, blinking, his face a mirror of confusion and fear. "... Is the real Red?"

What? Red thought.

"What...?" Both Red and his look a like said.

Red stared at Vio, failing to notice their look alike. "I-!"

At the same time, Red's clone spoke. "What do you mean?"

Vio turned his head towards the fake Red as he studied them.

"Vio, it's me!" the clone said. Red turned to look at the clone in fear. The clone looked exactly like him, the only noticeable difference being that their eyes were a tad, a bit darker than Red's eyes.

"I'm the real Red!" The clone put a hand on their chest and the other hand on a familiar hilt which looked like... no.. noo... I lost it though. The kid... Red worried.

"I have the four sword!" He drew it out of the hilt, showing it off to Vio in pride.

"But thats-! Thats not possible-!" Red stuttered "That kid from the village-!

“What kid?” The fake Red asked, their eyes shining underneath their hair. They looked gleeful as they stared at Red’s dumbfounded expression.

“… Do I get more than one guess?” Vio asked the two Reds, they both turned to him. “I feel like I need a second opinion.”

The fake Red’s eyes widened just slightly at the second opinion while real Red cheered quietly.

Vio started to walk at a brisk pace. “Both of you Reds, follow me.”

Both Reds obeyed, but the fake Red kept glancing over at the real Red with a sinister grin on their face. Gently fingering the four sword as they watched the real Red, taking in how they walk and small details and adding them.

To say Shadow was ecstatic was an understatement. First he caught Vio running off into the woods, and now making Vio question if he was Red or not was working perfectly. Now if only he could convince Vio and the other heroes he was the real Red would help him and Vaati a lot. But as he observed the red clad hero, he starting thinking that maybe he wasn’t the best one to clone…

Vio’s day was just going horribly. When two Reds appeared, it just got worse. On one hand, he recognized the real Red instantly, noticing how the clone didn’t mimic how Red’s eyes shift left and right when we was nervous. He also noted the way they walked, where the fake (which he assumed to be Shadow), walked more rigidly and the real Red walked a little more slouched. He needed the other’s opinions. They were so alike, they even had similar personalities. At least they both share a love of fire… Vio knew that if the suspected false Red (Shadow, if it really was him. The chance was really high) then they could take the four sword to Vaati. Which would be horrible.

Vio wondered what happened to his brothers and if they were alive and well. He shuddered at whatever bad things could have happened to them.

Vio knew though, that they definitely needed their help.
