You always try to be practical, try to choose just one, the true drink you've been craving, but he sees it. The tiny furrow of your brows, the way your gaze flicks back and forth between two options, lips pursing thoughtfully.
So when he steps up to order, he doesn’t even ask. Just orders both. Hands you your first choice, then gently sets the second one down in front of you with a soft, “I figured you’d want to try both.” Acting like it’s the most normal thing in the world. Having a husband who is constantly expressing his love and how attracted he is to me is so wonderful 😭 having struggled with weight and just not feeling my prettiest the last few years because of it has been rough. there's construction for an ugly building down the street? you're clearly planning to stay.
he left the toilet seat up? he'll kiss your face all over until you giggle, promising he won't do it again, he might, just to hear you complain about it.
he's just so giddy when you complain about mundane things, he's so happy you don't have to worry about blood and war and death, you get to live in peace. even if that peace is disrupted by a stupid toilet seat.
I just know i was born to be a housewife, wife and priority for a rich, playful, gentle, patient, mature, serious man who works hard so we don’t have to worry about anything and so we have everything we need and want and i take care of most of the housework even tho he insists on helping me at least a lil sometimes, born to be a girl mum for two twin girls who look just like me but have their fathers eyes and he treats them with pure love like their his lil princesses and treats me like im his whole entire world and he can’t live without me, period.
