I have a deep appreciation for people who take care and responsibility for their own health. I have huge admiration for those who pour into themselves and create balance so that their mental wellbeing is a priority. I have loving respect for anyone I care for who doesn’t cause me to continually worry about their physical, mental and spiritual health so that I too can balance the love I have for you with the love I need for me.
May your day be filled with a heart full of joy, allowing your spirit to radiate positivity and light.
To believe that people will remain unchanged is to stifle your own potential for growth.

Self love is one of the most challenging, painful & freeing paths to unravel. It takes time & is distinctively exhausting to peel back the layers of everything that has kept you from it. It's complete loss of your identity & who you think you are to arrive at the truth of unconditional love.
It's a quest that takes complete surrendering to finally face your pain head on, to realise & release phases of existing conditioned patterning that pull you further & further away from the truth of the power in your love. It's not being perfect, it's a choice to stop escaping or running from a relationship with yourself. To get lost time & time again to discover that wholeness & unity is weaved inside of you. The most vital bond in life is the connection with yourself & how that vibrates into your existence.
So we must find the courage within ourselves to live our truth.
Stand in it,
Speak it,
Unfold it,
Seek it,
Allow it,
Be with it &
Reveal it.
