transcript:
A person with a somewhat masculine voice says in a higher pitched tone, “Blue hair is weird!” They then change their voice to their regular tone, and say, “I’m gonna teach you this how I would teach a child. I don’t know your life story, but for the sake of making this an educational video, I’m gonna use stereotypes, so only take what resonates with you.
One child is born in a seemingly functional, to their awareness, loving family, while the other is getting quite the opposite. You can’t choose that you’re born with it, so you’re put out in this world and the majority of your peers are like you, and the majority of your teachers, parents and authority are like you, and the majority of the media out there is showing people like you. So all of the kids that are not depicted by this media feel erased and different immediately from the time they’re born, how they are born. You may feel too feminine as a boy, too masculine as a girl, like you’re in the wrong body, like you don’t think exactly neurotypically as everyone else, you’re too thin, you’re too thick, you’re too dark, you’re not dark enough. Kids like this immediately understand the struggle of not being accepted by the majority, and if it’s not the peers doing it, keep in mind they have the same authority and media only depicting the majority of one type of person.
So both the outcasts and the masses are gonna ask the same question of how do I fit into society, and the majority of the authority and media is gonna be saying things like “God is the answer,” “man marries woman,” “girls are this way, boys this way.” You have a set amount of rules that if you have no reason to question, you’re not gonna disagree with. But when this world has taught you it’s not for people like you, you’re gonna ask, “why is it that way?” which brings us to, “who is teaching us this?” Oh, people from this era or earlier, who’s making this stuff, people in this era or earlier, “Let me do my research on who taught them that stuff.”
A common flaw with human beings is that they accept societal norms that are only in place for a little bit over their lifetime because they never lived to see a reason to question it. When you are born in a world that’s seemingly against you, you have reason to research why these traditions are in place, and you say, “Wow, if I happened to be born in the 1900s, pink was for boys and blue was for girls, and cheerleading is for boys and heels are for men, and the bible was changed to be anti-gay”. It’s almost like what we are taught is unreliable and not inherently factual, and in the time this was being taught, no one in the masses was disagreeing.
Everyone’s born in a box, but we weren’t all born with default settings, so we learned that humans can express themselves however they want. The way you think that only natural hair colors is normal, or how you dress is the right way, or blue hair automatically makes you weird, or pronouns equals liberal, that is taught to you. If this existed in the 1900s, this would be awesome [he points at blue hair], and this would just be english language [he points at pronouns]. When you’re wildly accepted by the masses, I see why you wouldn’t want to step down, you’re at the top of the pyramid. But the reason that we dye our hair blue is that the only people that wildly accepted us are other people who weren’t afraid of being different.
Now listen, maybe you just like authentically being a part of the masses, maybe your true self likes this stuff, that’s fine. But you also have to acknowledge that you were taught to avoid anything that would get you bullied or a negative reaction by the masses. So therefore, who’s really the top of the pyramid? [He flips the pyramid drawing upside-down].”

Starting to think relationships aren’t for me..
I love being aroace :3 /pos
No one asked for it (and probably no one ever will), but here is a list of the kinds of characters that I like (it is very weird):
1. Emotionally stunt/ compromised with a LOT of trauma.
2. Lives in a world with magic or other tipe of power system, and either can't or doesn't want to use that system, and just uses their hands and feet to fight. Like ONLY brute strength (and maybe a gun or a big a$$ sword with it).
3. Probably as ADHD or autism or other kind of mental disability that isn't confirmed but ALL of the signs are there and everyone knows they have it.
4. Anger issues.
5. Short and have anger issues.
6. Probably apart of the aro or ace or aroace community just not confirmed.
7. Women who can kill me.
8. Really smart but also very tired all the time. They just don't have the energy to actually try. (It's a good thing, they could take over the world if they tried).
9. No gender.
10. LGBTQ+
11. Animal.
12. Tired mentors.
13. Any kind of disability.
14. Clinically insane.
15. Dumbass.
16. Really likes violence and fighting.
And that is everything that a character can have to automatically make it my favourite.
I won't elaborate more so don't ask.
Leo coming out-
Leo to the seven+nico, reyna, will, Calypso and Thalia: everyone, I want to tell you something.
Jason: what is it Leo?
Leo: for the last couple of weeks I was thinking and trying to figure something out an-
Piper: what was it?
Leo: my sexuality, it was on my mind for the last couple weeks and I finally figured it down and I wanted to tell you.
Calypso & Hazel: what is a sexuality?
Annabeth: ho right, you don't know. A sexuality is what you are attracted to or when or how or who to people.
Calypso & Hazel: thanks for the explanation.
Percy: so Leo, what is your sexuality?
Leo: everyone, I am aromantic asexual.
Calypso & Hazel: what does it mean?
Leo: aromantic means you experience little to no romantic attraction, and asexual means you experience little to no sexual attraction. Its a spectrum, in my case I don't feel any romantic or sexual attraction to people.
Hazel: oh, thanks for the explanation.
Reyna: but what about all the times that you flirted with people?
Leo: oh that time I just confused other kinds of attraction as romantic one.
Reyna: oh, alright.
Jason: and don't worry Leo, we except you just the way you are.
Leo: thank you Jason.
You know, if you think about it a little strangely, then inviting a romance-repulsed aromantic to a wedding is a bit like inviting a nun to an orgy.
It’s just gonna end up with a bunch of people having a good time while getting stared at by a confused, horrified person who has no idea what is even happening or why everyone is so happy about it.

The asexual community's antiblackness is so heavily tied towards ignorance about Black sexuality in music. There's some viral post on here of predominantly non-Black aces being upset that 'match my freak' is about sex and upset about 'how allos sexualise everything' 'allos are obsessed with their sex lives' 'why does everything have to be about sex' 'why are the allos making it about sex again' when the allos in question are BLACK MUSICIANS expressing sexuality freely in their own music. The way you lot talk about Black people ace or not is just horrid.
Tinashe's song Nasty helped popularise 'Match My Freak' last year. R&B literally stands for rhythm and blues. Black singers have always sung about romantic and sexual yearning in R&B. Going back to slavery, Black people's sexualities have always been stigmatised and demonised as an animalistic, insatiable hunger. Through music, Black artists especially Black American artists would express sexual attraction on their own terms to push back on those myths. The Black "allos" never stole Match My Freak from you because it was never yours to begin with.
Antiblackness in the ace community manifests in this narrative of Black people 1. As thieves and 2. That we force sex onto things and people. But also 3. Through colonialist attitudes and mindsets.
'We should asexualise it' 'Allos shouldn't hoard it' 'Well it can mean both!' 'Words evolve its linguistic change!' Pardon my French, but fuck off.
The gag is, there's already loads of phrases in AAVE for platonic relationships. 'Match my energy' 'homie' 'twin' literally hold the same meaning. (But seeing how ignorant some of you are I think you should leave AAVE tf alone actually). I briefly covered this another post on main but the (white) ace community feels the need to have ace versions of existing things e.g. 'How comes there's no asexual___' 'We need an asexual__' 'We need an ace ___!' instead of creating something original. Hence the invading Denmark 'jokes'. Some of you don't know how to create things. And honestly, I think some of you don't want to create. I think some of you like complaining about the lack ace representation instead of making it. I think some of you like to 'asexualise' things from marginalised forms of sexual attraction because you look down on them. I think some of you like being complacent.
So, this whole narrative Tinashe took a pure uwu platonic ace phrase with her lightskin fingers and made it all about sex is complete nonsense. It's one thing to consistently demonise Black sexuality but to take from it and then claim Black people have sexualised something that was originally ours is just foul.
Mine's probably between Xeno'jiiva or Namielle from Monster Hunter: World Iceborne. Durneviir Skyrim is up there also

If you enjoy or have possession of “woke” media, remember that if a republican wins this year then all of that great media will be considered child porn, isn’t that great?
One. If you enjoy things repubs consider “woke”, I would vote blue so you don’t get executed
Two. Just incase one WOULD win,
TREAT “WOKE” MEDIA LIKE GOLD
If you find some buy it, If you are in possession of it hide it. Use a flash drive for digital stuff. I swear to GOD please.
This includes queer, poc, and anything that republicans won’t like.
(ps, for queers it won’t matter if you have this stuff, you’ll probably get arrested anyway)
You read that right! Removing WHAT terms???? WHAT will be considered child pornography?????
This is NOT just transgender people in trouble, this is every person who would be considered woke, aka ANY GAY PERSON, so STOP infighting because we are BOTH going down. They may use trans people as a cover up, but if you ACTUALLY read it its all of us.
